I really quite like these shoes. I'm sort of a 'soft core' runner/walker and they're comfortable, look decent, and I've been happy with them.

I love the Keen Ormonds, very comfortable! I wear them everywhere. I have very small, narrow feet so it's great that I can cinch them tighter when I don't have socks on. Very cute color too. The delivery was amazing, I ordered them in the evening and got them the next day! Thanks Zappos!

I was very happy with my Chaco Hipthongs. They provide a more supportive footbed than the classic Chaco flip. The extra strap also provides a little more stability for outdoor adventure. Zappos was great as well-- they had them to me the next afternoon! I definitely recommend both the Hipthongs and Zappos!

These are my new favorite flip-flops. The little bit of arch support is perfect for my feet, and they are super comfortable. At first I didn't think I needed two pair, but now I am so glad they came in a two pack. I even had to tell my boyfriend to keep his mits off the plain black pair!

I have several pairs of Chaco sandals and love the footbed. This shoe is not quite as supportive, but very comfortable. It's cuter than shown. Wish it had the same support as the sandals but will enjoy it anyway.

I have very high arches; most sandals just don't work due to the lack of arch support. These are different; I can feel the sandal supporting my foot, even the arch. The strap adjustments do take a bit of tweaking, but give it an hour of walking around, slight adjustments along the way, and perfection. These are by far the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned.

I like It! Very comfortable footbed and you get more airflow than you would think. The elastic straps make it very soft but still holds the shoe to your foot. Had many compliments on the looks of it too! Should come in more colors!!!

Montrail Molokai Flip | Montrail Molokai Flip 2009-06-21 18:10:02
Reviewer:John M. Overall Rating:
Buyer beware: Although these shoes have the famous Montrail thermo-moldable PRFRM footbed, the straps are not comfortable at all. The cross straps over the top of the foot are thinner than the Montrail Molokai and Illakai versions; and the strap between the toes is shorter causing the stitching connecting the cross-strap and toe stap to gouge into the area between your big toe and the second toe. Bottom line, these are the most uncomfortable Montrails I have ever owned. And I have been buying Montrail sandals for the past 5 years.

I buy Teva flops all the time. They are comfortable and usually true to size yet this time they seemed too wide. There is too much play room so that my foot isn't as secure as the same style I have bought in the past.

I have both the gortex lined and regular wings and love them. Used the gortex lined pair all winter on snow and ice and down to -10F. Kept my feet toasty and the traction is great on both pairs.

This shoe works so well for me that I own it in several colors. I especially like the light weight, but it still provides ample support. Have received lots of compliments and questions about it too! And it does pack flat and light for travel.

 Keen Coronado | Keen Coronado 2009-06-21 11:37:14
Reviewer:Anonymous Overall Rating:
These are my 2nd pair of Keens, and Im now a bigger fan than ever. Love the old-school sneaker look - but these are a lot more comfortable than Converse Chucks. They have a removable inner sole, which is perfect if you wear orthotics like I do. The toe is very roomy. These shoes required no "breaking in" - they were perfectly comfortable right from the first wearing. I plan to wear these pretty much every day, just as I did my Keen Venturas. I like the look of these Keen Coronados a little better though and I prefer that theyre made of canvas rather than suede. I got them in the olive-green color, which looks great in real-life. Its a nice neutral color that isnt boring and is dark enough to mask minor dirt stains! These shoes came with white shoelaces, as well as a replacement pair of shoelaces in olive-green (to match the shoes).

from New York Overall Rating:
The concept sounded phenomenal. The reality was a nightmare! I wear an 11 4A sized shoe and I live in adjustable athletic sandals during the summer. For years Ive worn Tevas, but after a few summers of watching people wearing daintier looking Chacos, I decided to give them a try. They look adorable and are comfy. The HUGE problem I had is that the adjustable straps didnt lock in place once I had adjusted them to suit my super narrow/skinny needs. As I walked, they got tighter around the toes. I gave them about 6 long & short walks with the same result each time. Their last chance was 7 days ago. They caused so much damage to my left foot that Im currently wearing an extra-large bandage to cover the area when I must wear shoes.

from South Elgin, IL Overall Rating:
This flip flop is awesome! Right out of the box I was disappointed because the instep was uncomfortably tight. However, after following the heating instructions to the letter and wearing them for an hour, I detected a loosening in the strap. After wearing them for a few hours every day, they are without a doubt the most comfortable flip flops I have ever owned. I buy mens because I have a very wide foot. The "Molokai" footbed is a tad narrow...My foot comes right to the edge on both sides. All and all it's a great flip flop. One final word, Zappos is the BEST!

Great minimalist, low profile, racing trail flat up to 10 miles. Upper is thin fabric that wraps midfoot very well. Midsole is very cushioned for a flat. Sole is not very aggressive so not extremely effective in mud, however flares . Hopefully this company stays around.

Not bad, but not for me -
I thought these might be an alternative to my Rainbow flops, but they are not going to work. They fit strangely - kind of wide and hard to keep on your feet. Also, even if the upper fit perfectly, the sole seems a bit cheap and flimsy. They looked pretty good; nice casual style and I'm sure they will work for some feet since Columbia is a nice brand.

from Seattle Overall Rating:
Straps too wide -
Maybe I just have short toes, but I feel like the strap was too wide for mine. The ZX/2 were much better in this department. Some people have complained that the sandal is heavy which is true, it's heavier than other sandals, but unless you do next to no walking ever, it shouldn't be a problem. What I did have a small issue with is that the straps holding the heel strap to the shoe rub against my ankle in a way that resulted in small blisters after walking for several hours. Great arch support though!

from Geneva, IL Overall Rating:
This was my second pair of Teva Kayenta. I initially bought the blue and now the yellow. I think this is the first time I have bought two pairs of the same style shoe. I loved my first pair so much, and was wearing them so often, that the thought of wearing them out drove me to my second purchase. These sandals are exactly what I had been looking for, the perfect combination of style and comfort. I bike and walk quite a bit in these sandals and they are very comfortable and keep my feet cool. I also wear them to work because of how cute they are. I have also received many compliments on these sandals. It did take me a couple of days to break them in but after that they were very comfortable.

 | | Let me just say I cannot believe the service of Zappos, WOW! I ordered my daughter a pair of sneakers she wanted for her birthday from your company and after reading reviews, was concerned about the sizing. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who explained the exchange policy and checked the availability of a size up or down. I was also upgraded to VIP and overnight shipping. Well, when I went out the next morning, the Zappos box was already at my doorstep! I figure it took about 15 hours to receive this item! UNBELIEVABLE! I have already been spreading the word and will continue to do so. Your site will be my new go to site. I am so proud to see a company in the USA with such high standards of service. This company should be a model to everyone. The shoes fit and my daughter and I are very happy. THANK YOU! Carmine | | ~ Carmine, May 28 2009
