Very happy with this backpack. Good size for a Junior High Student's books. And rugged enough! Also a very fair price based on what local stores are charging. Got this for my daughter after the $10 backpack we got from Walmart fell apart (after less than 2 months). Originally got it from Walmart out of desperation, as local stores seem to charge a lot more for the same backpack. Glad we went with Zappos the 2nd time around!

I love/ed this bag! It was the perfect fit and color. I was so bummed when the woven strap pulled out of the side after using it for 2 weeks. I hope I just got a just a bag that was made wrong. Seeing I haven't seen anyone else complaining of this. Other than that, I loved it!

I really love this backpack. I needed a new one because my old Jansport had fallen apart, the straps were uncomfortable, the plastic length adjusters broke and became really sharp, and it was too small to hold my laptop, books, etc. This backpack was perfect for what I needed. It fits everything, it's comfortable, it's got two side pockets for water bottles, and a special pocket for my sunglasses!

I love my new bag! I just got back from breaking it in on a 2 week New Zealand vacation. The two side water bottle holders are nice and more versatile than I thought (also give quick access to other items like maps). I didn't carry my laptop this trip, but it fits nicely. The organizer section neatly held my passport, phone, ipod, lip gloss, pens, etc. and the outside mesh pocket stashed anything in a hurry! The only tiny thing it is missing (which I can do without) is a key ring. My keys quickly fell to the bottom of the pocket, but maybe I can get a hook and fix that myself? Anyway, it is a great bag!

This is my first ever rolltop backpack, and I love it! I wasn't too sure if it was going to be practical for everyday school use, but it isn't at all difficult to get stuff into and out of this bag. Besides, it will come in super handy when I go on short trips to friend's houses for a few days. It also proved extremely water-resistant the other day when I walked about 45 minutes with it in pouring rain (don't judge, I was stranded!). Anyway, I love this bag, it's very comfortable and large, and it suits my everyday needs perfectly. And of course, Zappos' service is, as always, above and beyond. I love this bag, and I love Zappos.

I got this backpack for my son to use for school. It was a splurge for a school pack but I thought he would be able to use it for several years. He\'s been using it for only 4 months now and the mesh fabric is separating at the seams on the bottom of the bag. We are very disappointed. I didn\'t buy it from Zappos and now I have to go through the hassle of finding my receipt and paperwork and see how well Oakley works with me on replacing it. One of the reasons I spent this kind of money on a backpack was so I wouldn\'t have to bother with this sort of thing.

This bag is cooler than cool. Holds a bunch, and still looking good. I'm in college. This bag really hauls around all my 100 lb books. North Face is a trendy brand name. Nordstrom sells this bag for more than Zappos. You guys/girls are the coolest, nicest, and the friendliest reps that all other stores should copy from. Keep doing what you do Zappos!

Solid back pack. I wanted something that was large enough to hold my laptop, clothes, etc. for random trips and this does it really well. Construction is solid, lots of pockets, etc. Highly recommended.

This bookbag was chosen on-line by my daughter who is a college freshman. After getting there she realized she needed something very specific for her bookbag and did some browsing. She found this on Zappos and is even more pleased than she thought. The pic actually doesn\'t do it justcie because it\'s actually a really sturdy backpack, very very roomy without the bulk of the new type shoulder bags and of course the pattern is cute! I thought I\'d take the time to write and recommend this bag because my daughter is very petite and does have trouble managing large loads of books! As a chem major, these are inevitable. This bag helps my not-tall daughter to gracefully get her books around campus so thought it was worth 5 minutes to fill out the review.

I needed a bigger backpack for all of the stuff I lug back-and-forth from graduate school and this seemed like a good option. I love the sleeve for my laptop so I can leave my bulky laptop cover at home; it slides right in and out easily and there's still plenty of room for books, etc. There are also lots of compartments so you can bring along the little office supplies that a "mobile office" should have. The bag distributes weight well so if you're worried about hurting your neck and shoulders, this bag will work for you. My only criticism is that it is a little busy and has a lot of straps that get in the way. I've thought about cutting them off, but it would look a little strange. I guess this is technically a skateboarding bag (who skateboards any more?) so that's a drawback. It's not a big deal, though.

I love this backpack! If you\'re looking to lug around a ton of books, you might want to keep looking, though. It holds my 15 inch Macbook and 2, maybe 3, law books (depending on how big they are). That\'s enough for my purposes, but there are roomier backpacks out there, if that\'s what you\'re looking for (for example, LL Bean). It could also have more padding on the straps and back, but, I think it\'s generally the larger backpacks that have the thicker padding, which makes sense, and it\'s never really compromised my comfort. Also, I\'ve been caught in the rain with this backpack, but my books and computer have stayed dry. Overall, I\'d recommend this backpack--excellent combination of style and functionality!

This bag is awesome! I wanted something that was durable, efficient and good looking! This bag has it all. I love the space for my laptop, the easy to access pocket on top for my bus pass, keys and chap stick and it even has a cooler! I keep my Diet Cokes in there. The wheels are pretty smooth compared to others I have tried and the bottom has rubber in case it's wet out. The other thing that this has that is essential is that it can stand upright by itself, this is not true of all rolling backpacks. The handle is easy to use and goes up and down quickly for when you need to use the top handle to carry it up/downstairs. It also maneuvers well; sometimes I push it forward like a cart and it handles well! I have only worn it as a backpack a few times, the straps are comfy and I have not had a problem with the wheels digging into my back. I never write reviews, but love my bag so much I had to write this.

This is a nice bag. It feels good and doesn't seem like it is made out of cheap materials. I like the feeling of the straps, it has a little padding in it and it seems to mold to your shoulders. It isn't a large bag, which I am happy about since I am a small person. The only thing I don't care for, and hope it never happens to me, is that there is a tag on the bag that says that due to the dying process the black ink might transfer over to light clothing. I'm not sure if that means the strap areas, or the outside of the bag. I hope not the straps, I'd rather not be wearing a white shirt or coat and have black smears on it. I hope if it gets wet that won't happen either, if it does then the bag is terrible, but if it doesn't then I really like the bag and plan on keeping it. I like the small zippered pocket inside and the little slip pockets also. It can hold a lot and still feel good. Zappos, like usual, was fast!

It\'s much smaller than I thought it would be. It looks like a kids pack. I wish the description mentioned how tiny it is. It will just fit a water bottle and sandwich, that\'s about it. The whistle is shrill and hard to use, not what I expected, but still it\'s Patagonia so you know that pack will last forever. If you want a simple tiny pack this would be great.

Large and beautiful. Ultra fine customer service and next day shipping. Wish this purse, in fact all of the Dooneys, had zippers instead of other closures. This will be used as a tote instead of a purse. Classically lovely. Thank you.

 | | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service! This is the first site Ive encountered that does this. I will definitely be back and other some more shoes for the future. | | ~ , September 28 2009
