You met my expectations. I receive exactly what was ordered and in a reasonalble amount of time. \r\n\r\nI do feel a little discomfort on the top of one foot, but I will walk inside the house and hopefully break the shoes in to releive the discomfort.

Adorable shoe but not great on my feet. I love Merrells and have other shoes/boots of theirs. They are generally beautifully designed and usually super comfortable. Unfortunately, I have a bunion and this pair cuts right across it, making it somewhat painful to wear. So I ended up giving them away. I would still buy other Merrell footwear, but these were disappointing.

The longer I have them the move I love them. Great for ease and practicality. A bit clunky and big, but surprisingly I get compliments on them! Great for cold weather, slipping on for a dog walk or anything casual. The soles do not show wear and tear, and I've been wearing them for over a year!

Great shoe. I just love these shoes! A perfect fit for wide feet; snug but not tight. Lightweight, too. I thought the instep area where the upper meets the lower might bug me (because the upper is a little deeper than most), but it doesn't. Worked 8 hours on my feet the first day with no problems. I like the tumbled leather; a good casual look.

Nice looking shoes. Usually I wear exactly size 10M, but 10M for these shoes feel a little bit small. Next size is 11M and this is probably too big.

I was so impressed with my first pair of Merrell Glade sandals that I bought 2 more in different colors. My best friend, who has arthritis in her toes, tried on one of mine and they felt so good that she ordered 2 pairs. These are the most comfortable sandals I\'ve ever owned.

I love these Keen shoes. I own three pair in different colors. The inner sole lifts out if I want to put my orthotic in, which is handy. I took a pair to Europe with me and they not only looked great, but kept my feet happy. I recommentd this syle and Zappos great service.

Everything you'd expect from Clarks! I love the new styles that Clarks have created over the past two years or so. I used to think of them as dumpy old lady shoes with no style, but these are wonderfully comfy (the reason why people wear Clarks) and look great with my work dress pants. I bought my first pair in Vancouver, BC when on a quick weekend trip (threw my other shoes away). Once I returned, I bought two more pair of Clarks - including this style - because the first pair felt like slippers. Fit is slightly narrower at the toe box, so may not work for really wide feet.

These are the shoes I\'ve been looking for all my life. OK, that may be a bit of an exaggeration but I cannot say how much I love these shoes. They are true to size, reek of quality and look great with all pants from a suit to jeans. The heel height is perfect for comfort and style. I can wear these all day at work and go shopping in the evening and they feel great.\r\n\r\nI don\'t know if it\'s just in Canada or if the problem exists in most US retail shoe stores as well, but here, if your feet are anything other than size 6-10 and medium width, you are hunting high and low and paying a lot of money for your shoes or you are limited to the national cheap-shoe outlet and can forget about quality. I saw these shoes at several stores in the mall but only in B width. When I found they were available in C width on the Zappos website, I decided it was time to make my very first on-line shoe purchase. It will not be my last and Clarks will be the first place I go on the site. \r\n\r\n

I have several pair of Keens. I ordered them for the comfort, but have received plenty of compliments on them. It's true, you do need to order 1/2 size up. These shoes are perfect in every way! I should add that the service at Zappos is the best.

Love the shoes, my only complaint is the back is rather high and the left shoe rubbed a blister at first, but I have had tendon repair on that ankle and I have trouble with many shoes rubbing a blister. I\'ve never used Zappo before but was pleased with the service. I liked not paying postage and since I wear a 5 1/2, I have trouble finding shoes in my size in a retail store.

These are perfect "winter shoes" for Florida. Wore them yesterday for the first time for about 7 hours of shopping & cooking and it felt like I have had them for years. No pain at all, and got compliments on the style. I will seek out more of this brand.

These shoes are awesome for work and play! Not as comfortable as my Merrell Encore Chills (which I have 3 pairs), but close, especially for a a cute/work shoe. I walk pretty far for work, but have to dress up so these shoes worked out.

These are the best shoes! They are so comfy and they go with dress pants and jeans. I've gotten so many compliments on them. I have a hard time finding shoes that are wide enough for me. It was not a problem here. I'm very pleased and would recommend them to anyone! Oh, and another thing I like about these shoes is that since I'm on my feet basically all day at work, my feet don't hurt at the end of the day.

My experience with the product precedes Zappos. The Clarks brand is one I find that combines good comfort and reasonable style in "sensible shoes". As a card carrying member of AARP, reality massages your priorities towards what wears well and feels good. As long as Clarks continues to provide moderately fashionable products I would expect to remain a customer.

These shoes are a little slice of heaven! They are so comfortable and really cute, too. They seem a little narrow, so if you have a wide foot, they may not be for you, however. I bought this style because the instep doesn't come up very high and leaves me plenty of room for my high arches. I highly recommend this shoe!

I absoltuley love my new Clarks shoes that I bough from Zappos. I am on my feet at work for up to nine hours a day. This means that I need something comfortable and I found it with these shoes. I have the brown. The only negative I would say about them at this point is that the toes on top are all ready wearing, the brown leather is rubbing off. I am hoping it will not get too bad but other than that I am very happy with this purchase and have had tons of compliments already! Zappos is an awesome company to work with as well.

These shoes are very comfortable and they look great. I have a narrow foot, and the strap with the velcro is very helpful to get a good fit. I did have to put an additional insole in the shoe (under the shoe's insole) to get the perfect fit.
