These shoes rock! Or so thinks my nine-year-old. In fact, my boss tried them on the day I got them at work! They fit well and they look good. But more importantly as summer approaches, I live in a beach town and my son has stinky feet. These are easy to clean and his feet look much better than when they're hanging out of sandals.

My kids really liked this shoe -
I bought two pair of these when my kids grew out of their North Face Waterproof Hiking Boots. I bought the North Face last year because I really liked the way they looked. My kids liked but never loved the North Face ones...they were very hard to get on. I was worried because I got these new Salomon hiking boots the day before we went on a 3 day camping trip. I was worried they would not have time to break them in and if they wore them for 3 days strsight they may hurt their feet. I was pleasantly surprised because they both wore this shoe all day for 3 days straight and both said they were very comfortable and never hurt their feet. They also walked along and through a creek and these shoes kept them very dry.
They also really liked the look of the shoe. So far they seem like a great waterproof hiking shoe for kids.
