The story of the legendary Levi’s® jean began on February 26th, 1829 with the birth of Levi Strauss. Creator of the classic “blue jean”, Levi has seared his way into the hearts and souls of people across the globe. Representing the spirit of bold independence, Levi’s jeans have always been built for pioneers of the past, present and future, making them a household force to be reckoned with.
Originally an immigrant of Bavaria, Levi traveled westward in search of greater opportunities and fortune. An eager businessman of his time, he established a wholesale dry goods business simply dubbed “Levi Strauss & Co.” It was through this outlet that he imported dry goods, including clothing, umbrellas and fabric. Business was blossoming with the rise of the gold rush, but it was in 1873 that Levi struck gold. Levi Strauss, along with co-creator Jacob Davis patented the process of adding rivets to pants for increased strength and durability. Their creation of the classic “blue jean” can now be found in households and catwalks worldwide.

I love Levi\'s, and I love these skinny jeans even more! They have a fabulous fit, and have a slight stretch to help you move easily in these jeans. They look great, very slimming, and go well with some boots, or even just a pair of flippies.

Levi's 515 are my staple. I have these in several different washes and leg fits and I rarely leave the house in anything else. The quality of the jeans has suffered a bit in the years since they shut down their domestic manufacturing. I'd be willing to pay more for these if they held up a little better, but I get a good amount of wear out of every pair for the price.

Every "body" is different, but if you're a curvy girl, I would recommend that you give these jeans a try. They fit me perfect. They couldn't fit better if they were custom made for me. They're also comfy and don't lose their shape. However, I have a feeling that Levi's has discontinued them. If they have your size, buy now!

Believe it or not: these jeans looked and felt as good when I first got them, 7 lbs. heavier, as they do now at a slimmer weight. The stretch made them comfortable, even when I was a bit chubbier, and the black wash is slimming, too, as well as being more versatile. Boot cut is flattering, and the mid-rise not only covers a bit of muffin-top, it covers your rear so you don't have the dreaded "plumber's butt"! They are definitely a good buy.

Love these jeans and the skinnier leg ones as well. I wear them for everyday jeans and don't feel like I'm wearing sloppy jeans as they keep their shape and color after several washings. I only wash in cold water, but do put in a hot dryer because I like them to tighten up again. They are true to size if you are a true petite and want to wear flats, otherwise they will be too short. I wear a 0 or 2 petite in most pants (usually Ann Taylor) or other jeans and always have to hem them, but not these. 2 medium petite was perfect. Last summer when I was out of town I forgot my jeans and found these in a country store where they only had them in 2 short, not petite, and they were also fine. Hope that helps with the sizing. Love these for daily wear!

Great jeans. Roomy, but not baggy. I\'m an average-sized guy (6\' 180lb) but I\'ve got a fairly big ass, and these fit just right. Buying another pair shortly.

Good jeans but these run small. Must be the fit. It happens with different brands, makes, designs, fits, and other variables within the fashion industry. I can fit into the same size in designer jeans (who I will not mention), yet I could not fit into these. The only good thing is that I've been losing weight steadily for 4 years and as I get closer to my goal I will definitely fit into these. The bummer is that I have to wait. I've always liked Levi's Jeans but I have to say that they've always run small (well, since the 80s anyway).

These are great jeans for a middle-aged woman who wants to look good, but isn't trying to look young and hip. The midrise suits my short waisted body, with the waistband hitting right at the bottom of my belly button. I did notice, however, that the sizing differs for each pair you may try on, i.e., you can try 4 different pair of size 6, and they all fit differently. The darker colors seem to run tighter. In general, this style seems to run big, and it gives you some space for your potbelly, if you have one. (If you are flat bellied, you will have some extra material there.) I normally wear a size 6 in Levi's, but I had to go down to a 4. Unfortunately, the people at Levi's don't believe that a size 4 woman might have long legs, so the 4s don't come in a long length. All in all though, I love the fit and look of these jeans. They look attractive, yet "adult". I do not look like I am wearing my teenage daughters jeans. They are flattering yet forgiving in the butt area and they don't squeeze the crap out of your thighs like a lot of bootcut jeans. If you want to try these, your best bet would be to go to a store where you can actually try them on and see the fit of each individual pair, because Levi's has gotten very sloppy about ensuring a standard of fit.

My first pair of perfect jeans. These are fabulous! I'm a full figured woman, usually a size 14 in most high class department stores, but with Levi's I'm a size 12! They're snug on my thighs and butt in a good way and at the same time they fit my waist! They're a little higher than most lose rise, but I need that so I don't pull a plumber look. I'm only 5'4" but a 12 short is perfect. Thanks Zappos, you're the best!

I am thoroughly impressed in every way by Zappos. I found them on Google while searching for the impossible to find size that my son wears in Levi's. None of the major department stores had them, not even online. I thought Zappos must be too good to be true, but gave them a shot. They were everything they claim to be and more! I worried that the jeans might be irregulars, because I ordered them at a price that was better than the sale prices at my local dept. store. I placed the order on a Sunday evening and was shocked (pleasantly) when they were delivered on Tuesday - with free shipping to boot! The jeans were exactly what I ordered and I couldn't be happier. Zappos has my business and I tell everyone how great they are. They definitely have the right attitude about good customer service!

Great jeans. They are true to size and wear very well. I will order another pair because they are going to be one of my favorite jeans. I wear a standard size 8 and am 5'7" and the length is good with a low heeled boot or sneakers. If you are planning to wear a higher heel, I would suggest getting the longer length.

I have bought several pairs of Levis, especially the ones with the flap pockets, but this is by far the best fitting pair of jeans I own. In fact, I loved them so much I recently ordered a second pair. Can't go wrong with these jeans. Have to admit have had several compliments on how these jeans look on me and the way they fit. Try them, you'll like 'em!

Great jeans, as always with Levi's. Dark color, well constructed seams, will wear-in well. Looking forward to continuing to wear these, but I'm going through a diet plan that's helped me lose 16 lbs (and I plan to keep it off and a few more!) so I hope I can get full use out of these. Levi's - always recommended.

Nice jacket. I\'m a small but the small was too small and the medium is just right. I\'ve always wanted a cropped Levi\'s denim jacket. Classic look and good to wear to work or the club, or just around. Perfect.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it!
