Great dress shoe -
This shoe is very comfortable; although I'm glad I read the reviews before purchasing, because it definitely runs narrow. I normally wear a medium width in everything, however, in this shoe I ordered a wide width, and it fit. The look is classy-love the material and the gold accent on the heel.

Amazingly Comfortable!
I am a pharmaceutical rep and am on my feet all day up & down stairs carrying heavy bags. It seems to be my quest in life to find comfortable, cute shoes that don't kill my feet. Wow, these fit the bill. I've worn them all week and not one problem or sore spot on my feet. I've gotten many compliments on them too. These are super cute shoes with a lot of flare, very unique. I purchased the multi-colored bronze, silver, gold. They also have a good sole that doesn't scratch up or slip. Best pair of shoes I've bought in years!

A foxy little sandal. Works with capris and casual summer dresses (haven't tried it with shorts yet). You needn't be concerned that it's difficult to walk in. The design is pretty ingenious and is effortless to walk in. It's true to size and width. I'm a 9W (more like a C width) and there is NO extra room in the vamp, so if you have a D width foot, you may have a hard time getting it to fit.

I concur with those that said the shoe fits a FULL SIZE smaller than marked. I've been measured a 9W; this shoe in a 10W was the right length. I found it to be true to width. But, that curved, rigid platform feels VERY strange when walking and there's very little arch support. The heel is described as 3" in height. I own a ton of 3" heels but this was tough to walk in and felt more like 3 1/2 to 4". Besides, in my opinion, the shoe is just not that foxy-looking on. My thanks to Zappos for their return policy.

The shoe is definitely attractive. The first time I wore them, I didn't use hose or socks. Torture! My whole foot was burning and uncomfortable. My toes were rubbing the wrong way - just a mess. I'm wearing them today with hose. Much better, even though I have not been on my feet because I wore my galoshes in. Another thing is that the strap that goes around your foot already has little strings sticking out. I've worn these shoes 1.5 times! Not too pleased about that. Maybe I'll update my review after today's full day wear.

Beautiful but ouch -
Elegant looking shoe. Within a few minutes of sitting with the shoes on it hurt the top of both big toes - as if the leather was folded or something - but didn't look like it was made poorly. I was so disappointed I had to return them.

Love these shoes! I got the brown and it's beautiful with a hint of burnt orange. The elastic straps are comfortable and it's easy to wear them all day. I’m getting another pair in yellow but ordering a 1/2 size up. They fit nice and snug on your feet but the snugness gets a little uncomfortable as the day goes on. By far my favorite shoes in my closet!

Had to return them -
While this shoe is gorgeous, another poster had it right. The front of the shoe is too short and doesn't cover the bridge of your toes. As a result, aside from toe cleavage which I wouldn't mind, it felt like it was going to fall off my foot. I had to send them back. If they could redesign it and make the front part cover the upper part of your feet, it would be better.

Love the style of this shoe...very nice on my extra wide foot. The only complaint is that it has no comfort on the footbed. Somewhat hard.

I recently purchased these shoes for my vacation in the Caribbean. They are gorgeous to look at, but horrible to wear. The twist at the toe is very hard and hurts the toe area very badly. I took them on vacation and spend most of the time carrying them in my hand because the pain was so excruciating! This is my first bad buy from J. Renee...Stay away from these shoes!!!

I have problem feet from bad bunion surgery which makes my large toe on one foot lean outward a lot. I have terrible problems wearing sandals because the straps rub and/or my toe hangs over the front of the sandal. These beautiful sandals solved that problem because they have the mesh that covers the strappy area and that mesh virtually disappears when you wear the sandal so it looks like you are wearing really feminine thin-strapped sandals. They are so comfortable! Because of my bad surgery my feet also get sore after a few hours and I often have to kick off my shoes. Not with these! I wore them ALL day at work and could have kept them on longer after I got home. EXTREMELY comfortable and really really cute! I ordered all three colors!

After reading the reviews on this shoe, I fully expected it to be perfect for me. I have a very narrow foot, ordered an 8 AA, and the shoe was too wide and did not fit snugly. The heel height was great, and I would have kept them if the fit were true to width. They are very pretty, and I wish they came in a narrower width.

Absolutely love these shoes! They are beautiful and perfect for special occasions etc. I ordered on a Saturday morning and they were here at my door on Monday morning!!!!!! I am three months post op from an ankle fracture cast etc. and didn't want to hobble through the malls in search of a new pair of dress shoes that would be comfortable for my still somewhat swollen surgical foot. I was thrilled when I found this shoe on the website and especially happy that I could order it in a C width because of my surgery. I am usually a B width but with the swelling issue these shoes are perfect, beautiful, and very comfortable plus I can adjust the heel strap! Once again Zappos came to my rescue. I also must mention that if I had to send these shoes back it would not have been an issue. Zappos has been great in the past and I felt confident that if I had to make a return the matter would be a simple process etc.

PERFECT. Needed a gold shoe with a wedge heel for a lawn wedding (don't need my heels sinking into the grass, but flip flops won't cut it with my silk dress!). These are gorgeous. Dressy but not too flashy. Comfortable, fairly low heel, but still enough to make me feel dressed up. I couldn't be happier!

Beautiful shoes. I especially liked the unique pattern however I found that, even though they were wide enough, they seemed to be an unusual cut ... "too low" and way, WAY more of my toes showed which was unflattering and unattractive. I was sorry but I returned them, they just didn't right on me.

HORRIBLE FIT! I was excited to receive the sandal. I ordered bronze. Due note, I read the reviews first. I'm a size 10 so I ordered an 11. This was the smallest sandal ever. I'm sure anyone wearing a size 8 needed an 11.5 in this particular sandal. I could not believe it. As far as support, NONE! There's nothing to hold your foot in the sandal. I could see where they were trying to go with this style but didn't even hit the target. Needless to say, I will be returning. Shame on J.Renee!!!

I was blown away at how beautiful these shoes were! I wore them to my son's wedding, and they were elegant and classy. VERY dressy, but so appropriate for an elegant wedding. I love the heel height and the daintiness of the shoes!

Really great shoe for wide feet -
I have really wide feet and have a hard time finding comfortable heels. I was shocked at how well these fit. I have had moderate success in the past with Easy Spirit and Naturalizer, but I'll order J Renee for heels in the future. They are extremely comfortable, the mesh gives and although they look extremely pointy, the toe box ends well above the point. That might throw some off because you can see through the mesh and see where your toes are. Overall, I have no need for these shoes, but I have to keep them in my closet because they are so great!
