Dsquared2 was created by Dean and Dan Caten, Canadian twin brothers from Willowdale, Ontario. The twins arrived in Italy in 1991 with the goal of pursuing their love of fashion and realizing their dream of creating their very own ready-to-wear collection. After several major collaborations, the first real opportunity for a potential spot in the international fashion hall of fame came along in 1994 when they brought a men’s ready-to-wear collection to the runways of Milan, marking the first in a long succession of runway extravaganzas that captured the attention of the fashion world for their matchless combination of style, music and spectacle. From this moment on, the accumulation of successes will carry the Dsquared2 brand, a witty play on the designers’ names “squared”, to the summit of luxury fashion.

Nice Sandal -
These are perfect. Not huge and clumsy and not shower shoes. They look great and feel great. I wouldn't do a five mile run in them but for a dressy sandal I couldn't have designed anything better. I wear a 13 in Saucony and a 12 in most everything else and these fit perfectly.

Subtle and unique -
I'm currently in an internship at a law firm and since our dress code calls for subdued colors, shoes and bags are really the only way to express individuality. These pumps definitely do the trick! They're pretty comfortable, too, which is good because they're best seen while walking or standing when light hits the heel just so.

Expensive but worth it! Wore these to Washington DC, Israel, and Colorado on my summer journeys. Looked good and felt great. Have about 3 pair from other seasons and they hold up, wear well, and never lose their comfort ability! As I said, worth it!!! Compliments galore and many questions as to where to purchase.

These shoes are totally fabulous and incredible (and so they should be for the almost $800 price tag). I ordered a size 7 (even though I am a 7.5) because I WANTED THESE SHOES...period...HAD TO HAVE THEM and that was the only "close to" my size left! They're a little narrow at the toe, (because they are NOT my size???) BUT with black fishnets, they ended up fitting perfectly...PHEW! Due to my own decision to size down, cannot wear barefoot as my toes fall off the front. THESE SHOES ARE SO GORGEOUS and since they DO (thankfully) look FABULOUS with black evening pants & fishnets, this shoe addict will wear and be in love with this pair for a long, long time! ZAPPOS GOT THEM HERE IN RECORD TIME AND I LOVE ZAPPOS, TOO!

I just received these boots today... They are very cool looking. I went down a half size......they run big. I got the cognac color (dark tan) with blackened toes and heel.

This is very sharp luxury sneaker. It accommodates my orthotic device. My wife loves it and I have gotten several compliments and inquiries about this shoe. This is a sneaker for those who do not wish to wear an athletic shoe, but still achieve a casual/sporty look. It goes great with jeans and cargo pants. If you want to be different, DSQUARED2 is the way to go.

If you own the Dsquared cognac or brown civil war leather jackets from Spring 2006 collection then these boots are an awesome match. I highly recommend; these are lightweight & very comfortable. I couldn't find them anywhere, but here on Zappos...

Worth Every Dollar -
Terrific shoes. I never heard of Dsquared before reading the reviews on Zappos. Amazingly comfortable. I wear them over 10hrs during the day and they are never noticeable. The only complaint is they tend to run large. Although I normally wear 11.5D, a 10.5D turned out to be the ideal fit. Also, cannot say enough about Zappos and their service.

Luxury sneakers on your feet -
Great shoes, with a kick. Wonderful patent leather used throughout and soft suede toe cap. Inside leather is very comfortable. Comfort would be a 5 as long as you remember not to tie them too tight!
