1) The Boots are so good for hiking. Is their something that helps them grip so well?
Yes, the sole designs are exclusive to our design department and are specially built for hiking.
2) Are the shoes all waterproof?
No, all are water resistant but not waterproof. Only certain styles are waterproof and they have tags indicating so.
3) The boots are so well priced compared to other brands. How do you do it?
We work hard to deliver the best quality at the best price. We use only a select number of factories keep them busy year round.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
