Cute but size marked WRONG -
I bought a half size smaller and was still walking out of this shoe- the shoe pads were no help. These shoes are at least a whole size larger than marked. I normally wear an 8 and read reviews then bought the 7.5 and still way too big. Too bad cause they were a cute shoe.

These shoes are VERY comfy for flat/ish style shoes! They also look adorable with pretty much everything, ESPECIALLY jeans! I get so many compliments! I would recommend this shoe to anyone!

I usually don't order shoes that don't have any reviews on them because I like to try only shoes that are rated 5 stars in comfort – since I have so much trouble finding comfortable shoes. I took my chances on this one even though it didn't have any reviews, because I loved the way it looked. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised because not only is it comfortable AND cute but out of 19 pairs of shoes I ordered, it is one of the only 6 I'm keeping. Try this shoe! I'm SO surprised it doesn't have any 5 star reviews, like it so well deserves. Well, here is the 1st!

These boots are even better in person! I bought the whiskey color and it's a lovely deep reddish brown. The leather has enough body without being stiff, so it holds it's shape and is very good quality. The criss cross accents on the boot lay nice and flat, but add a really cool dimension to the appearance. The boots fit perfectly around the ball and arch with just the right amount of snugness around the calf. I do have a fairly wide foot and these were just right, also have larger calves and the fit on these is nice. Zero pain or rubbing while wandering around the house, which is a good sign. I really can't say enough good things about the quality of these and overall appearance. They are simply gorgeous and will see a ton of wear.

Loved them ... but they were not true to size!
I bought these in a size 10, and they were very small! My friend (who is a size 9) tried them on and also found them to be too short and too tight. Did anyone else have this problem??

Wonderful shoe, fantastic look either with pants, jeans or skirt. Feels slightly roomier than expected for a size 7 but, with little pad for the ball of my foot fit is great. Love the look of this shoe!! Plus, Zappos sent this shoe to my house within 10 hrs... free!! Talk about service!!!

Could have been so nice...
But wasn't meant to be. Weird sizing. Little tight around the toe area. The cut made my feet appear wider than they are because of the low toe strap. Maybe it's just my feet that are weird. Otherwise cute looking shoe. High quality material.

I bought the polka dot shoes and I am in love with them. I get positive comments every time I wear them. I wore them dancing for hours one night and my feet never noticed! They are comfortable and absolutely adorable. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.

I have already almost worn these out! I get many compliments and actually ordered the black multi pair in this style (which also garner many compliments!). While these aren't super comfortable for all day wear, the fun look still makes them worth it!

Love these Trevi Boots!
This boot is too cute! I purchased a pair in the Whiskey color (Thanks for the next day delivery Zappos!). I love the design, color, heel height & roomy comfort for my wide feet. My only disappointment is the extra room in the calf area. There's so much room that the boot shifts back and forth a little when you walk. Since the boot is so darn cute and comfortable, I willing to overlook that one defect.

Love this shoe! However, I had to order up one whole size. I usually wear a sz.6 sandal but a sz.7 in a 'closed' shoe. This is a closed shoe because of the heel. Have worn once, had dozens of compliments. Very comfy and just enough shoe to make a big statement. Shoe has a 'Euro' buckle which is designed with a "clip". The buckle lends you options of ankle fit, and the 'clip' actually holds the strap. My jealous friend ordered a size 7.5...but needed an 8.5! Too bad, her size wasn't available...on a waiting list though. They are worth it. Barb

Very cool, sturdy pair of boots. Doesn't slouch but isn't too stiff either. The buckles are actually a tad more "golden" than it appears on the photo.
Very comfortable on the soles of the feet, but definitely a little narrower than the average foot. Works fine for me, though.
Overall, very cute, good quality, and a classic, though updated look of the much coveted riding boots. Totally a keeper!

 |  | I just wanted to write and say "Thank You" for the phenomenal customer service I received recently. I am a long time customer of Zappos (since 2003) and have always relied on you for your great selection of wide shoes. I take a medication that causes my feet to swell, so buying shoes can be rough for me. Your free shipping both ways and no hassle return policy lets me order several pairs to try on and I just send back the ones that don't fit. Fortunately, I live in Florida, so I can get away with sandals most of the time. Finding closed in shoes is something of a nightmare for me. Recently, my aunt passed away and I was determined to attend the funeral in appropriate shoes (not sandals). I contacted Zappos customer service regarding my shoe order of three black slip ons and advised them that I needed the shoes quickly as the funeral was in just a few days. To assist me in getting the right shoes on time, they upgraded my order to overnight shipping at no extra charge to me. After trying on the shoes, I needed a size change and they sent out the new size overnight and processed the exchange without even having gotten the original shoes back yet. They just trusted me to send them (which I did). By the next day I had the perfect shoes for the occasion and they fit. All thanks to Zappos. The next day there was a knock at my door and to my surprise it was our local florist. She had a basket of flowers for me. I assumed they had to do with condolences regarding my aunt's death and thought they must be from a friend. Well, they were from a friend, but not the kind I thought. The flowers were indeed in sympathy for my loss, but the card said they were from Zappos. I couldn't believe it. I was just dumb-struck that an internet company would care so much. I told all of my friends about this and everyone just says "Wow". I have worked for Walt Disney World for many years and I know a thing or two about customer service, but Zappos beats anything I have ever seen. Thanks Zappos.
