Fit. Function. Comfort. Quality. Since 1989, these are the concepts that Chaco adults and children’s sandals and shoes hold above all others. From new style introductions to changes in tread pattern or glue formula, everything passes a litmus test to determine whether it's truly an improvement. In addition, all Chaco sandals and shoes can be resoled, a process that saves resources and dollars. In order to maintain the high level of quality, Chaco addresses the dynamics of the stride with a combination of footbed contours, function specific materials and outsole geometries designed to enhance the walking motion. Chaco sandals and shoes are designed to cross the boundaries between performance and casual, comfort and aesthetics. Versatile shoes for active adults and children.
From glue bonds to stitch lines to polyurethane formulations, Chaco sandals and shoes are second to none in quality. With the BioCentric™ footbed technology added into their products, each shoe or sandal ensures a supported, comfortable stride in any activity and as a result, has been awarded the Seal of Acceptance by the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA).
Chaco children’s shoes are made with the same innovative technology that the adults shoes are. Chaco really knows what it means to make quality children’s shoes that are also fashionable and functional. Each pair is made to withstand hours of play.
Not only does Chaco focus on the quality of their products, but also quality of life. By creating a product that outlasts the competition, and is able to repaired or resoled, Chaco makes strides to create a product that can last as long as possible without the need to throw it in a landfill. These ideals are also put to their employees by paying for them to ride their bikes to work, volunteer their time to outside causes/charities, or to further their own education. In addition, Chaco donates 3% of after-tax profits to organizations dedicated to caring for people and the environment.

Can't go wrong with Chaco's -
I've had another pair of Chaco's with the toe loop for years. I wanted a pair that was easier to slip into & the Wrapsody is just the ticket. I've always loved how you can adjust the strap lengths to fit your foot. I have a friend who has a very narrow foot & she has actually sent her Chaco's directly to the company to cut off extra strap. Great shoe, great shoe company!

Great Sandals -
I really love these sandals! They are very heavy soled and comfy. You can pull & weave the straps around to adjust to the contours of your feet. A little pricey, but worth it!

Comfortable and durable -
After trying many brands of strap sandals, I have found Chaco to be the best. Comfortable straps and unbeatable arch support. I have had my pair for 4 years. They have survived extensive outdoor use every year, from climbing to hiking to canoeing along with simple daily activities. Well worth the price! Also, they can be re-soled and re-strapped.

In the reviews, people stated that there was a break in period. This is true, but short time. I love wearing them, the comfort is great.

I have plantar fasciitis so I need a lot of arch support. These shoes have been the BEST!!! I Love them! They are cute, have great design, and good color combos. I won't be wearing any other flip-flop this summer or throughout the year!

Updated look is nice -
I have brown Chaco Switch's and my daughter has black. I actually prefer hers, as the solid color looks classier. True to others comments, they do take breaking in, but now are comfy (not the best I have, but pretty good). The arch support is excellent.

For running shorts, athletic skirts & athletic dresses -
I use these for running-shorts, athletic skirts & athletic dresses. I wear black a lot, even in summer, and these look good with anything containing black. I don't intend to use them in the same way as my serious Tevas because the straps are very tricky and are not for long distance travel. Also they aren't quick-on & quick-off. I'm a 9-M. I think Women's Tevas are too narrow at the toes, so I ordered the 9-Wide. The fit was sloppy around the heel, so I ordered the next size down, which was an 8-Wide. That's the one that works for me. The arch support is good. They're cute and easy to clean. But I wouldn't recommend them for serious activity.

Good sandal -
I was looking for a high quality flip and this is a great shoe. Here is some size info that maybe helpful, Chaco has a size chart you can printout from their web site, follow the instructions and if your toe is over any whole size line size up. Normally I take a 9.5 shoe Chaco's chart said 9 (right on the line but not over) and that’s what I got, and they fit very well, however if the straps were any tighter they would be uncomfortable, after just a few days of "break-in" the straps are snug but well fitting. You can walk for a long while in these sandals. This was my first Zappos purchase and it was a good experience.

OK, but not really worth the price -
These are comfortable after breaking them in, but it took me several days and very sore feet in order to break them. I'm not sure they should be so expensive for the pain they put me through. Fairly good arch support. They look like average flips, nobody would guess how much I paid for these! Buy them only if you need very good arch support and you have been unlucky otherwise. Also, the "black" ones are really brown. Although still pretty, not what I expected.

Men's Chacos for Women -
Ever since Chaco changed their shoes for women, it no longer fits my wide feet. So I have to wear a Chaco Men's size 7 which is hard to find. Thank heavens Zappos has a large assortment of sizes. The Men's Chacos fit great, look great on my female feet.

Comfortable flip-flop -
I got these to go on a two week trip to India. I ended up returning them because the leather stained my feet badly. I think it was just my pair because I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem. Otherwise, it’s a perfect flip flop, comfortable with excellent support, I could walk for weeks!

Great shoes for dirty feet -
if you love to get out and get dirty, these shoes are perfect! but it is kind of hard to keep a perfect pedicure in these shoes.
they might be 1/2 size bigger than your average shoe (i got a 9 and usually wear 9.5). The tighten strap is a little long for me, but otherwise, the shoes are great. hope you find a color you like.

Barefoot'n -
Great sandal, stays firmly attached to your foot, is adjustable, and very comfortable. Narrow straps don't absorb any foot odor. Sole is textured just enough to keep from slipping, but doesn't pick up dirt and stones in deep treads like others are apt to. Love them!

Man oh man are these uncomfortable!
I had high hopes for these, as I've heard great things about Chacos. However, these are CRUEL shoes. The fabric is somewhat rough and lies flat and awkwardly between the toes. The leather rubs and I have had blisters wearing them around the hotel. The sole is hard and strangely-molded and just plain uncomfortable! Too expensive and completely uncomfortable.
