Great Shoe -
Great Shoe. My son started walking at 10 months so he needed a shoe to protect his feet outside. These are great and true to size. He is now 13 months and wears them everywhere. On the Stride Rite shoes the sole is pretty much the same on all the different styles, in addition they seem to weigh less than a lot of the other name brands, so he isn't tripping everywhere.

Cute but slippery sole.
I'd say take a pass on these shoes and go for the rubber sole. My daughter kept slipping on the floor on these. I like that these come in size wide, so they are comfortable for her, but spend the extra $$ on the rubber sole.

Happy piggies -
I purchased these shoes for my nephew who has wide feet... Because they were available in wide, but still a sharp looking shoe. He loves them as he says my piggies aren't squished. He also can put them on himself. Very pleased with all aspects of this shoe.

This shoe really lights up a lot. It fit my grandson perfectly! I tried to get them at the shoe store, but I was told they probably couldn't get them in. I was thrilled when I saw you had them in stock! Once my grandson saw them in the store that was all he wanted!

Cute shoe!
This shoe was my 1st order with Zappos. Everything went superbly; the shoe was received the day after I ordered!!! Zappos also gave free shipping on the first order, which was a very pleasant surprise. I can't say enough good things about the way the order was processed & fulfilled.
The shoe is pretty nice, but the green glow-in-the-dark hearts started coming off, at the top edges, within the first month. The shoe also doesn't breathe very well, as my daughter's foot gets really stinky when she wears these shoes (even with socks). I think they make her feet sweat a lot (maybe because they don’t have a lot of venting). But, overall, I'd say it's a cute shoe & she says they are super comfy & springy.

I purchased these for my three year old granddaughter; she will be given them on Xmas day as a present from Santa. It is impossible for me to rate them fairly since she has not tried them on; but---I have purchased similar shoes by Stride Rite from Zappos in the past and been very satisfied. That is why I was not afraid to take a chance on these. Of course, your return policy makes it an easy choice as well as a pleasure!

Great Shoe!
We received this shoe very quickly. It is a great durable shoe and quick to apply for those who don't like shoe laces. It takes a lot of wear and tear from my 6 year old boy and holds up great.

The cutest darn shoe...
We ordered the white/lavender ones, they are so beautiful! I almost don't want her to wear them. Had to buy the pink ones, too. We ordered the new Jax style (pretty shoe, but runs small in the toe area - unusual for Stride Rite) but, she liked these best. Her feet are narrow in the heel and wide in the toe area. I like how the rubber sole goes up the back of heel and up the toe. Can't say how they do long term, we’ll see.

Townsperson Sandal for Christmas Play -
My 6 year old grandson needed sandals for the Christmas play at church. He was a townsperson in Bethlehem. I didn't think I could find anything locally so I ordered online. They were a perfect fit and will be great for spring and summer too.

My son has been happy with these shoes. He has wide feet and we've always been pleased with the Stride Rite fit. The only drawback to these shoes is the strap is not very secure (just one small strip of velcro). He has literally run out of the shoes on occasion when the strap unsnapped. So, not the best design, but decent overall.

Arrived next day!
For some reason, all the stores were sold out of this shoe in the size I needed. Zappos had them in stock and they arrived the next day, even though I placed my order after 5 pm EST. Super happy with the service. I already knew I liked the shoe. Stride Rite is still a quality kids shoe and is very well designed.

Beautiful shoe, but narrow...
This is really a beautiful shoe, but I noticed taking them out of the box, they looked small. There was not very much height and width in the toe box, unusual for Stride Rite. My daughter went for the Andra style instead. She would definitely have to wear the wide width in these.

Perfect for toddler!
I saw these at the store, but they did not come in size 5 and were more expensive! My son has been walking for about a month and these are perfect - flexible so he does not trip over them. I would definitely buy again!

My 4 year old is already in a 12, it is hard to find a "little girl" shoe in this size range, and this shoe fills the bill perfectly. Still great support and traction for stability and looks very nice. I ordered a size too large, the size chart said she was a 12.5 but when I received the shoe, it was too big! Well, she loves the shoe so I ordered the size down and kept the bigger size for when she grows into it. Really wished it had an arch support though, there is molding in the sole but not a true arch support.
