I bought these Uggs out of intrigue. A lot of my friends have them and being an anti-trendy girl, I've resisted the temptation to buy them for three years now. I gave in about a month ago. These are the best shoes ever! They're comfortable. They keep my feet warm at all times. I feel like I'm wearing uber warm slippers when I'm walking outside. It keeps me in my lounging mode. A definite must buy, but you need to be aware that Uggs do not stay fresh. They start to get that worn look easily. The creases, the wear marks, the salt stains. You have to buy these shoes with the mentality that they're not going to look good for long and that they're going to get dirty. That reminds me, these shoes will never be the same once you wear them in salted snow.

I absolutely love these boots. I am an Ugg fan, and have numerous pairs. These are my favorite. They did run about a size big for me, so I had to exchange a 6 for a 5, but thanks to Zappos' unbelievable customer service, it was taken care of in a matter of days. I've got my eye on a few more, so I'll definitely be ordering again.

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my granddaughter; I couldn't believe how fast they arrived. She loves them and has already worn them. I feel Zappos is very reliable and I was not worried about using a credit card with them. I highly recommend them as I called them about another matter and they were very helpful.

I bought these very comfy boots for my 3 1/2 year old daughter. They look really cute on her! I told her you now have boots like mommys! She ong-ga (it\'s like she\'s proud in a little girl kind of way, while she shakes her upper body and kick her feet all at the same time). They are very warm and easy to put and off. When she out grows these I have a niece that would look very cute in them! Thank you Zappos!

Wonderful. I have worn womens uggs for years and loved them, but I tried the kids size for the first time and like them better. I\'m a size 6 1/2 and the Youth 5 fits perfectly. I\'m about 5\'2" tall and the slightly shorter height boot is better proportioned to my leg. I wear M width shoes but my foot is not big and the kids\' ugg is a little smaller all around which feels and looks less clunky with still plenty of room. Zappos service was fantastic as always.

These were for my 9 year old daughter. She absolutely loves these boots. She says they save her a minimum of 20 seconds of life every day because she doesn't have to wear her socks. She says they were instantly comfortable and she wants to wear them all of the time. Zappos was awesome as always with the description and the shipping!

Ugg boots! I really love them. I never liked Uggs, though I got these for winter, and I have to say they feel amazing on my feet. They look a lot better than I thought they would. They are kind of big, but I am going wear them with socks anyways. Plus, the Zappos people are so nice.

These boots are so cute. I purchased them for my daughter and she loves them. I think they are a little expensive for kids shoes but feel like they will be able to be passed down to her younger sister without a problem since they are so well made and timeless. I also love the new gray color.

I ordered these for my three and a half year old. She loves them! She says they are so comfortable and cozy and they really look adorable. She is between a 9.5 and a 10 in shoe size. I got her the size 11 and they are perfect for now, but still have room for her feet to grow. One word of warning: they do not look like a rich dark chocolate brown. They are more of a muted brown color. Overall, great boots!

Our granddaughter was thrilled with the Ugg boots we gave her for her birthday, but the size was wrong. We contacted Zappos by phone and they immediately shipped a new pair of boots at the same time we returned the pair that was the wrong size. Our granddaughter received the new boots in less than 48 hours. Zappos made it painless to make the exchange. We had visions that we would have to return the pair, purchase another, etc., but that wasn't the case with Zappos. Zappos took great care of us. No shipping charges, rapid and professional action, thorough email communication to keep us apprised of the transaction. Excellent service!

Although expensive, these are so comfy, they are worth it. The first pair of boots my daughter has actually worn. In fact, she wears them as slippers now (at least until the snow flies). Run true to size, although may seem a bit wide. However, I think it's just the wonderfully rounded shape that makes them a bit roomier in the toe box.

Believe it or not, I bought these to replace 20 year-old Ugg slippers that finally wore out. If you have average to smallish adult feet, I recommend getting the kids size; it's half the price! Although for lasting 20 years, I guess it'd be worth adult price, too.

Love these! So much cheaper to buy the kids Uggs than the regular. I have a pair of women's Uggs in brown and I wanted a black pair so I went with the kids Uggs this time. They are very comfy. Zappos has the best customer service ever. I have never had such a great experience ordering something online before. I ordered them at 4:00 yesterday and I have them today. You can not beat that! Thanks Zappos for my comfy Uggs!

I ordered the Uggs Classic Youth for my daughter and received them quickly. I have ordered from Zappos in the past and was completely satisfied. Free shipping, free returns, no risk. What more could I ask for? I will continue to be a loyal customer. The boots were just as described and my daughter says they are very warm. She loves them. They come to about mid-shin, which is just what she wanted. Nice looking boot and the chestnut is such a rich-looking brown.

I purchased a pair of Ugg Kids Classic boots and I am absolutely in love with them. I wear them almost everywhere! They go great all different types of outfits and styles, and are extremely comfortable. They were definitely worth the price. I would recommend getting a pair of Uggs to anyone looking for a nice attractive, versatile,and comfortable pair of shoes. They're just great!

The Uggs boots were the "official" boots that are so popular and of high quality, and not knock-offs I was led to believe were the real deal. They were available in the size I wanted and were shipped in perfect condition in a timely manner. I would definitely check Zappos before any other website in the future. And there's no risk, because postage is free both ways. That is the best selling point.

Boots fit great. I ordered them for my daughter\'s birthday - she is a size 6-1/2 ladies but the size 6 kids fit great! They fit me too and I am a size 7 ladies. The best part however is how quick they arrived. I ordered them in the day and the next day they were at the door. Fantastic customer services by Zappos!

I bought these boots as a birthday present for my 6-year-old daughter. She loves them and they look stylish; however, I wish they wore better. After only three weeks, they are stained and the material that holds the upper to the sole is frayed. They are currently at the shoe maker being cleaned. I would recommend these boots because they are warm and don't need to be worn with socks, but I would get them in a darker color for little ones and would recommend they only be gently worn.

These boots are great. My two, almost three year old, loves them and wears them every day. They match everything and look great with jeans and leggings. A little Scotchgard spray (cheap) and they are water resistant. There was no break in time either. Lastly, my friend thought I was crazy for spending the amount I did for these boots; however, I pointed out to her that I spent the same amount she did for 3 cheap pairs of shoes "on sale."

 |  | Hi Fabulous Zappos Team: Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Barb and I just finished reading an absolutely delightful article about your company and corporate culture. I was so genuinely impressed that I wanted to send you all a note of thanks. Thanks for being the genuine article! My entire adult work life I have tried to promote a happy, customer focused work environment. While I have always been extremely productive from being authentic and caring, certain supervisors looked at my ways as being suspect and a little weird. Yes, it's true they felt a respectful, caring attitude was a waste of time and actually did not care if their current customers were satisfied. How they didn't equate that current happy customers equals monetary success now and later through referrals is still beyond me. They also never "got it" that their incredibly high employee turnover cost them dearly. Trained, happy people produce positive results. I worked with a company as a manager for the past 8 years that went through 29 managers in the 2 locations closest to me in my 1st two years of employment. Finally I decided to leave after not being able to effect positive change in my boss. Amazingly at Zappos the positive goes CEO down and back up - way to go! Being the eccentric optimist I am, I left my job and figured I'd have a great job in no time. Unfortunately, I am still looking for a positive, proactive position and was getting a little blue until I read the article tonight about Zappos. The great news is that my faith has been restored. There actually is a company that values what is really important and not just in a PR lip-service kind of way. I wish you all enormous success, big bucks, and happiness. I hope that your corporate culture spreads out like wild-fire to other businesses so that people like me who live it and believe it can experience it in our careers. If my husband wasn't off serving in Iraq, I'd probably be there beating down the door for a job, but it is in extremely bad form to sell the house and move away while the husband is out of the country for a year.
I most sincerely appreciate: Your Zappos core values that you really follow. Your supporting your employees to learn more, be happier
