We bought these boots a little bigger than needed just because Uggs hold up so well. My daughter is not a big sock fan so these will be our favorite all around, fall/winter shoe. I am also a big Zappos fan. With amazing customer service and the no hassle return policy I will continue to shop online with Zappos, even if they are not always the lowest priced.

I ordered the dusty rose in a kids 6 for myself, and when they arrived the next day they were a little too big for me. I called the customer service and set up an exchange right away. The customer service I got was unbeatable. I received my new pair the next day and it was so easy. I love my new shoes. They are really cozy and warm. I can't wait for fall!

I love these boots!!! I am a 7.5 and I ordered the 5 and they are perfect. Don't need socks, but could wear socks if I wanted and still not be too tight. I don't know if it is because these are kids boots, but they seem wider, and therefore more comfortable (for me) than the Ugg upside that I have. Plus, they look exactly like the women's shoe (except for the color zipper) and are way cheaper...

Zappos products and service -
I could have bought these Ugg's anywhere but being so incredibly impressed with the company's objectives and the polite professionalism of the employees, I will go out of my way to buy from Zappos.
AND by the way - the products match the services. I recommend Zappos to my friends so you can be sure I would recommend them to the general public. It is a treat to do business with them. They do not outsource. You get a real live person who listens to you and takes care of your needs. Bravo!!!

Great shoe!
I love these shoes! They are so great. I got 2 pairs. The chestnut & darker brown they are very nice. The chestnut got dirtier faster but what do you expect. I wore these shoes so much this winter I wore are some of the fur at the ball of my left shoe! I wore them practically every day. Definitely will keep buying (especially from Zappos!).

Awesome boots.
I love these boots! I can wear them with most of my clothes (I'm pretty girly) and sometimes I wear them around the house or out to get the mail in the morning while I’m in my PJ's. They were pretty big when I put them on but hey, that means I can keep them for next year too!

I finally gave in and now I know why the craze started!
So I held off on spending the amount of money that Uggs go for YEARS and finally caved and bought these boots (I'm small so I was able to save money and buy in kids sizes - I'm a women's 6 and bought a kids 4). I haven't even worn them yet, only tried them on when I got them and my feet were in heaven!!! They are so unbelievably comfortable that now I understand the reason people seem to live in them year round. I just came back to buy another pair in black (I bought the Chestnut), but they're not available in my size anymore so it's time to start the scavenger hunt for them!

I loved them the minute I saw them. The size is a little too big for him right now, but that is ok. He will grow into them perfect for the fall. I am going to order the natural next. I have the blue. They are so cute on him. He has fat, chubby feet and it is very hard to find shoes to fit him and these do perfectly. LOVE THEM!!!

Love Baby UGGs!!!
Love the boots - I waited until my daughter was 8 1/2 months to order them in the small - she was wearing 6-12 month shoes in Pediped and size 3 in Stride Rite when these finally fit. I wish UGG had something for new babies! She gets tons of compliments, they are easy to put on and she hasn't kicked them off!

Love these baby boots!
Gave these for a present, have for my own baby. Super cozy, super easy to get on. Couldn't survive a cool, cold, chilly day without them. Love! And usually never fall off. Bonus!

Wonderful but huge -
These are fantastic and my kid loves them, but at 2.5 years she's still in the medium with room to grow. The smalls didn't fit her until she was a year of age. She's on the small side, but not tiny. My five-month-old larger than average son won't fit the smalls for a while. Also, if your toddler happens to color or spill on them they are impossible to clean so I'd suggest a leather protectant product. Other than that I wish they made an XS, I love these. So cozy and well-made.

I bought 2 pair for my 2 and 4 year old. My 2 year old LOVES them and changes into them every night (just like mom and dad). They are a little awkward on him, but they keep his feet warm and he can slip in & out himself. My 4 year old won't have anything to do with his! But I don't think that's the slipper... we have the adult version of these: great slippers!!

This is my second pair of Uggs ...These boots are comfortable and in style. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. However the only con with these shoes is that if you don’t wear them with socks then the color rubs off on your feet....
