Great shoe, just like Mom's -
Here I am ordering a replacement pair -- we left my 4-y.o. daughter's pair at a campground yesterday, but don't think we can live long without these (thank goodness for free overnight shipping!). She wasn't crazy about them at first, I think because they were a little bit big. Like all parents, we try to buy kids' shoes with some "room to grow," but I think because this was her first pair of slip-ons, the learning curve was a bit steep, and the extra room didn't help us at all. But she got the hang of it, and, I think, grew into them a little bit more, which also helped. She can now run in them, climb the monkey bars, and walk for miles -- which is good, because she wants to wear them every day!

User friendly, meets requirements, :-)
Bought these for my 6 1/2 yr. old lil' boy who has a high instep. It is very hard for me to find sandals for him that don't hurt his upper arch. These are painless due to the adjustable straps. Not all that hip & trendy, but they are quick to put on/take off, and they clean up easily too. He wears them, I love them.

Awesome shoes -
I have been looking for these shoes for awhile until the Dr. we were seeing had told us about this website. Our son is flat footed and has a bone disease and we were told he needed braces for his feet. So we got them and we were told that shoes would help me during the summer. So far my child has not complained of any kind of pain.
I am thankful that these shoes were at a very low price and are helpful to our child.

Great Birkenstock Purchase -
A wonderful, convenient purchase for me! My eight-year-old son has worn Birkenstocks since age four. This was our third pair of Romas, each of which are the same color/material. He loves the style and feel, so it is nice to have access to a site where I can simply purchase the next size up. Parents may often discover department stores have reservations (and/or special order fees) when purchasing out-of-stock shoes for young children. This is not an issue with ZAPPOS. I bought the shoes for my daughter. She is required to have a back strap to her sandals by her school. She loves them. She bikes, runs, and, jumps everywhere in them. They don't seem to flop around even though she never unbuckles them. I like Birkenstocks because of the support they offer. Children’s shoes need to have support as little feet grow.

I ordered Birkenstock sandals for my 5 year old grandson. I wear Birkenstocks and I know the comfort. Zach has a wide foot and a high instep, so normal sandals are a poor feet. I had hoped the sandals we ordered would be the answer and they certainly were. And the fast, fast delivery was a bonus. Thank you. Donna A

Classic Birkenstock -
These shoes are a classic and very popular and are great if you have small feet. (I'm in high school) The only complaint is that they are very wide in the toe for being marker narrow. Other than that they are a great casual shoe!

The kid loves 'em.
We got these for our 3 year old daughter at the start of spring and so far they have help up great. She wanted to be like her Mommy and Daddy so now the whole family is outfitted with Birks.
The only con so far that I see with them is that the leather is starting to wear on the instep of the foot. I'm thinking this is just her playing hard. I highly recommend these ESPECIALLY because of the back strap.

I am a 60 year old woman with a child’s foot. This is the third pair of Birkenstock Kids Arizona's I've bought to replace old Birkie worn for at least 5 years. I always order EU size 32. This time the shoe appeared slightly smaller than the discarded shoe, but I was so happy to find a replacement I kept them anyway. Birkenstocks are my first choice in comfortable footwear.

Nathan's new sandals are wonderful!
We have had problems trying to find good sandals for our 4-1/2 year old son. He wears sandals everyday in the summer, so they take a beating. This sandal is great because I know the Birkenstock comfort & the footbed has a suede lining. That is the most important feature because any man-made lining will hold in the odor no matter how many times you clean them. I had to throw away a couple pair of his sandals this summer because of this problem. So far they still smell great! He can do the buckles himself & he looks so cute in his Birki's! He will be the cutest little boy on our Disney Cruise this fall!!! I will be back next spring for more of these sandals & some for his little sister. So glad I found this website. The delivery was so quick - thank you!

I just got this for my son. The suede is very soft so takes no time to break them. He's only three and it's his first slippers so it's taking him a while to get used to the shoes. However, he likes the fact that he has the same shoes with the rest of the family. I know that the comfort of Birkenstock is second to none so he will grow to love the shoes.
Only thing is although they are narrow, there's plenty of room. Also, he normally wears size 9 shoes including his sandals, but this is big. I guess maybe he'll get to wear them next summer also.

Along with kid's Roma, I ordered these Arizona’s for my son. I have the same Taupe Suede Arizona and my son loves to wear them every day. They are just great everyday summer shoes, which he could wear without any help. (He's only 2.5 years old.) I recommend highly of Birkenstock for the kids also because they give a good support for growing feet.

My son's daycare requires close toe shoes so I bought a pair of fisherman's sandal. However, it's really hot and humid during the summer here and I start surfing the internet and found these. They are just a smaller version of the adult's and they are just so cute on my son's feet. They go well with short and jeans and of course the Birkenstock comfort is there. Also, he's happy that he has the same shoes as the rest of the family.

A Well-Made Classic!
These sandals are truly the "real thing", a real Birkenstock, made for little feet. The heel strap adds security. They're nice, sturdy sandals, all leather and natural materials throughout, nothing synthetic. They look great on my son.
