Just Right!
We just got these shoes this morning. We bought them for my daughter she is almost 18m. Right when I opened them she was in awe! She kept saying "shoe" "shoe". I put them on her and she loves them. She doesn’t want to take them off. I was worried that they would be to small b/c people said they run small...but the 6's fit her fine w/ room too grow...so they will last the winter which is great!!! I love Vans!

They're adorable, but OUCH! My boy/girl twins love Vans for all the funky styles they come in and luckily the regular "old school" slip on Vans fit my son beautifully. My daughter, however, has a wide foot with a high arch and never fit in the slip-ons so she was thrilled when we found this style. We put them on and they fit her foot beautifully! She loved them and wore them around the house for about 10 minutes before she started crying and trying to rip them off her feet. In that short time she had rubbed a monster blister onto the side of her heel. I can feel the part in the shoes that caused this and I don't think even with really thick socks this wouldn't continue to give her blisters so we sent them back. Very disappointing because they were so cute!

Great Experience!
Since we live in a rural area, and are very limited in what we can find locally, I decided to shop for my 5 year old son's school shoes online. I had heard that Zappos had a great selection and shipping was free. My son wanted red and black check shoes, which we could not find anywhere here. He picked out a pair of Vans. I received confirmation of the order that day, and a note telling me our shipping had been upgraded. We received his shoes the very next day and they were exactly what he wanted, he was thrilled. All I can say is that we will shop Zappos for our shoes from now on. That is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I will recommend Zappos to all my friends. Keep up the great work Zappos!

Vans Kid's Classic Slip-On -
Very very cute shoe. My son loves them. They are easy to keep clean. The shoe actually has like a coating on the canvas so dirt doesn't hold to it. Just wipe with wet towel and presto... tada they're like new again. Love it! Thanks once more Zappos

Can't get in on son's foot!
LOVE the shoe, but I can't get it on my 9 month old's foot. Frustrating! It looks like it should fit, but I can't wiggle it on. The opening isn't as flexible as say a Robeez shoe. I wish it worked. I LOVE Zappos, I think I am becoming an addict. Considering it takes about 12 hours from when I order the shoes until they appear on the front step, it's almost faster than going to the mall myself and certainly easier.

These shoes are semi-comfortable. I'm not totally satisfied. They look cute, but do run wide. They rub a sore spot on the top part of my big toe. I have slender feet, not narrow per se, with a high arch, and I can see that these are made for more of a wider, flatter foot. They are attractive, and I don't dislike them enough to return them, but I won't buy another pair from this brand.

My 7 year old absolutely loves these shoes. He wears a uniform to school, so he loves wearing stylish sneakers to set him apart from everyone else and these shoes deliver. If you are looking for an athletic shoe for soccer, etc., then I would not recommend these. These are more for skateboarding or bike riding. They are thin on the tops and sides. For an everyday shoe they rock!! My son's own words.

Great shoe!
I bought this style shoe last year for my 3 year old as an alternative school shoe and he loved the design and how easy it was for him to put on and off. It also lasted the whole year (slow growing feet!) very well and looks good enough to pass on to the next one!
I bought it again this year for my 4 year old and my 2 year old this time with bats and they LOVE it ... They call it their "Batman" shoes and they get upset if I try to put them in anything else.
My Boys have very wide feet and I find that these fit great and would highly recommend them especially for kids with a wide foot. Looking forward to seeing next years designs!

Very cool vans -
We got two pairs the blue ones with bats on them for our two boys according to them they are awesome! They are very cute and very easy for them to take off and put them on themselves. Buying them through Zappos was a great experience too.

Best online shopping experience ever!
I ordered the wrong size at first and had to reorder and return. I received the second pair of shoes the next day after calling to find out what I needed to do to return the first. The woman I spoke with on the phone was VERY nice and VERY helpful. Usually I dread making calls like this, never knowing how long you will be on hold or if you will be able to speak with someone competent enough to handle your issue, etc. but this was not the case at all. I frequent the Zappos.com website and will purchase from them again soon!

 |  | I am flabbergasted! I recently ordered these same shoes from another on-line store. Yesterday afternoon I cancelled my order after having waited over a month to receive my shoes and still not getting them. My credit card was already charged and now I have to reverse the charges. (I thought I was saving a few dollars by ordering from them.) Last NIGHT I ordered the same shoes from you and this afternoon they will be arriving at my house! I am flabbergasted!
