I like these shoes so much that I purchased them again recently to replace the last pair that my 5-year-old son outgrew and the extensive wear and tear! The shoes are durable letting him run and play like a true energetic boy. They are also comfortable from day one. The shoes are appropriate for school or dressier occassions. Shoes tend to fit a 1/2 size bigger.

Mom of a big three year old. These boots are beautiful. The suede and designed stitching, makes my little one feel like a big girl. They are narrow; however, not a problem because I always buy her shoes 1 size bigger because I can always double the socks or get thick ones. They feel warm, but she has yet to test them. This shoe is great with the current skinny jeans trend, and they make your feet look so small. They are kind of hard to get on her feet because of the width, but once she gets it on, its hop scotch for her. She doesn't complain, so I assume they are perfect. Will write back when the cold weather rolls in, and let you know if it stood up to the wintry conditions of NYC.

I have 2 active boys, same size foot. I bought this shoe for one of them and the school issue for the other. While these appear to be super comfortable, they have not held up at all. We started school on August 17 and today I am having to purchase another pair per the school principal. I am shocked at the way these Timerberlands have held up. They are overly scuffed, the leather is peeling and they look awful! I would expect them to look like this after 6 - 8 months and not 1 month!

These boots are perfect for my 22 month old son. We live on a farm in Kentucky, and they are perfect for the outdoors. He is currently measuring a 7 wide in toddler sizes, so I ordered them in 7.5 W to try to squeeze a couple extra months of wear out of them. He loves wearing them and they are comfortable for him despite the extra space at the toe. They definitely fit true to size. I love that they are available in a wide size. He needs wide widths and there are not that many boots available in toddler sizes in wide. My son has been clomping around the house saying, "boots, boots!" and pointing excitedly to his new boots that look exactly like his dad's. They are very well made and will keep his feet warm and dry this fall and winter. I definitely plan on buying the next size when he has outgrown these. They are well worth the expensive price tag. Plus, shipping was ultra-fast. I ordered them at 11 p.m. one night and they were delivered 36 hours later. Cannot beat that kind of excellent customer service!

The customer service is the best of any company I've ever worked with. The entire process is painless. If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate. As a mother of 5, accuracy and expediency are vital. Zappos is my silver bullet and I no longer have to even leave the house to take my kids shopping for shoes.
