Love, love the Nina Shortcake shoes. I bought them fcr my granddaughter last fall in brown and liked them so much that I ordered them in black this fall. I love that they don't have a high heel & look like some Toddler shoes. Just a beautiful shoe and I think she is always comfy in them. Zappos is one of my favorite websites. My granddaughter needs a wide shoe and they offer more selections than anyone else I have found.

Well I had been hunting for a shoe for my daughter for my cousin's wedding and I had ordered a shoe from Zappos. I love Zappos. I have been buying from them for a long time. The shoe arrived and was too big so I told my husband and he said just send it back and order another one in the meantime that will fit. So I did and then the second shoe came in. It only took one to two days. The shoe fit this time, but I noticed one of the shoes had been worn. I have never had this problem with Zappos before so I then called because I was afraid I would not get a shoe that I liked and knew it would not come in time. I talked to a young man (sorry, can't remember his name) and he told me, "Mam, I am so sorry for what had happened," and he said, "I will help you." He told me to pick out a new shoe and to call back and they would discount me on a new pair of shoes and make sure they would arrive overnight. I was so happy when he told me that because the wedding was in 2 days and the shoe I had to pick did cost a little more and the discount really helped. I just want to say thank you so much Zappos. You guys are the best! You rock!

These shoes were for my daughter for a dance/etiquette class. She is difficult to fit, so we ordered several pairs in different sizes and styles and choose the pair that she liked best and that fit best. For the narrow/low-volume foot, they are a little big in the toe box, but an insole made them fit well.

Great shoes. My 5year old daughter had them on all night at her uncle's wedding 2 weeks ago and had a ball dancing in them all night. She had them on for over 10 hours without any complaint. My daughter has wide feet so I just went up a size larger and worked great.

I am not all that happy with these shoes. They look cute and seem to be comfortable (at least that's what my 6 year old tells me) but they are not holding up at all. I just got them about 2-3 weeks ago and already the material across the top of the toes is ripping and looks ragged. Also, the metal loop that holds the mary jane strap in place is twisting on one shoe so that my daughter cannot get that shoe to fit the same way as the other one and it flops around on her foot, which she really hates. I don't think it is just that she is hard on shoes because she goes to private school and can't even wear these shoes to school because of the dress code, so this wear and tear is just from wearing the shoes in the afternoons after school for the past couple of weeks. I've had this trouble of rapid wear out with this brand before. Zappos, I love you, but Nina Kids, I am done!

When my granddaughter visits, I usually suggest a little shopping at Zappos! Not only does this keep me out of the mall & walking miles, but she thinks it's a lot of fun having so many choices. She fell in love with the Jellybeans immediately. When they were delivered, I was very pleased with how well constructed they are. She of course, was impressed with how cute they looked. We also purchased some tennis shoes that day for back to school. I'm pretty sure though, the Jellybeans will be worn out first!

The Nina is a great-looking shoe and fits the need for a comfortable school uniform shoe. I did have to pad the inside of the shoe under the ankle because my daughter has narrow heels. I really like the cap on the end of the shoe that prevents the scuffing you experience with the solid leather toe.

Pretty good shoe!
This cute shoe is pretty flexible (not quite as flexible as the Nina Kids Muffy) in the ball of the foot and is the same quality as other Nina Kids shoes, which I find to be a brand that makes these cute shoes with basically athletic soles.

Great shoe for comfort, could be better made -
This shoe is very flexible at the ball of the foot, and had a great athletic sole. It's basically a cute tennis shoe. The sole is peeling away a bit from the toe and as another reviewer said, the red glitter comes off around the toe and exposes the white underneath. It doesn't seem to bother my daughter! I like the flexibility of this shoe so much I'm getting her a bigger one in whatever color I get. I do like Nina Kids.

These shoes fit our 6 year old great! She wears custom orthotics and these accomodate them very nicely without causing her foot to be raised so high that it her heel slips out of the shoe. Also you do not see the orthotic from the side because there is a deep enough heel cup. They do not have removable inserts (unless you unglue them). It took us a long time to find a shoe that accomodated her orthotic so well. Very happy so far...

I absolutely love these shoes. My daughter 8, is very picky about her shoes and it\\\'s hard to find cute, comfortable and durable all in one shoe. They look great with everything and are great for gym class due to the rubber soles and toe. I\\\'m on my third pair and wish they would make them in more colors. If you get these shoes, you\\\'ll want them every year. I love Zappos!!!!!
