These shoes are awesome! I bought the red shoes. They are gorgeous, unique, and really comfortable!!! I highly recommend them. If I could afford it, I'd buy the white pair too!

Glad I went up a 1/2 size!
I really loved these shoes when I saw them in a knitting mag with hand knitted socks. I bought a 1/2 size up thinking I would need the space to fit the thicker socks. I am so glad I did! I usually wear bet. 7.5- 8, but the 8.5 just fit my foot, they look adorable. Expensive. But comfortable, at least walking around on my carpet they were... just adorable...

Fabulous! I love heels and I am always the one running after my friends with my shoes dangling from my hand because they hurt so bad. NOT ANYMORE!!! These are soooo hot, yet sooooo comfortable...awesome! I now have two pairs in the red, and one in black! Perfect!

Best retro cartoon heels ever -
These are every bit as fabulous on the foot as they look in the picture. The hourglass heel emphasizes my figure, and is super-stable to walk on; the insole is cushioned and all leather for comfort; I wore these for an entire evening out of the box with no blisters. Score! I hate heels so these are worth every penny, since I can see wearing them for years to come. Be prepared for a sort of retro-cartoon look, but I'm into that. Unlike a lot of Fluevogs these run true to size: the 9.5 really is a 9.5. I put pads under the ball of the foot to stabilize my ultra-flat feet. Awesome shoes!

I have never spent this much on any article of clothing, but I adore these shoes. Great funky vintage style and very comfortable. Fluevogs are usually very narrow and the heels are stiff. Broke my heart cuz they are so arty and stylin'. But these are super comfy. I wear a size 7 and 6 and a half fits perfectly. Roomy toe box and very stable heel. LOVE!

Awesome shoe!
When I first wore these sandals out, I actually asked my husband if the concrete felt more springy to him-- I just couldn't believe it was the shoes. They are great for jeans, great for suits, just all around sharp. They are a bit on the wide side, and the one annoying thing is that the leather on the inside of the shoe peels up in the back, by the heel. I'm hoping super glue will take care of it. I've never had a heel this comfortable! Definitely pricey, but both classic and cool enough to last a while. And need I add how exemplary Zappos is with customer service!

Fantastic shoes -
I've never been disappointed with Fluevog’s, and these are no different. Great material and really stylish look. I have the green and white ones. As they wear, they continue to break in and look cool in a different way. They do take a day or two to break in though, so don't be surprised if you get a blister. After they're broken in, they'll last *forever*.

These shoes are gorgeous and extremely well made, which is what I always expect from Fluevog. However, I have to disagree with the previous review. These shoes run almost a whole size larger than marked. I first got the 8s after reading the reviews when I usually take a 7.5. I was swimming in them. I got the 7.5 hoping they would work with an insert. Still too long and gaped in the back. I am pretty sad because the 7s are all gone, so I'm waiting for someone out there to return their shoes! As usual, Zappos is incredible and delivers extremely fast! Thanks!

Very cute!
I really like these Fluevogs. I really like the contrasting colors. The height of the heel is very comfortable and manageable. I had to take a half size smaller than my normal size.

This is a unique and pretty Fluevog. My only complaints are 1) it is HUGE...runs a full size large, and 2) I wish the heel were just 10 or 20% less chunky. I think it would be possible to have the same comfort and stability of the chunkier heel in just a slightly lighter-looking heel. Kudos to Fluevog with the whole Operetta line, though, for showing you can have beautiful, unique feminine shoes for women that are STILL actually shaped for a human foot-- i.e., the forefoot is in fact naturally wider than the heel in most women! I am so tired of supposedly medium-width shoes where the forefoot of the shoe is designed to be just barely wider than the heel-- give me a break, shoe designers!

Eight months later...
I still love these shoes. They are great with pants or jeans and look terrific with ankle length skirts. The padding around the ankle makes them super comfortable and the sculpted wedge heel reduces the weight. Another winner from Fluevog!

Delightful little shoes -
As most folks note, they run small - a half a size in my case. They are narrow as well, but as I have another pair of Fluevogs which have stretched a little bit with wear, I'm expecting a little bit of breaking in. Still, they're extremely comfortable - my 30 minute walk to work was comfy as can be. I got the brown/pink combo and they're adorable. They're pricey, but really the cutest practical shoes I've found.

I've heard that you should always order a size up in Fluevogs because they tend to run small. I normally wear an 8.5-9, but I chanced it with these and ordered an 8. They fit perfectly and they're very comfortable.

Retro Styling, Futurama Comfort!
If you're not a "heels" girl but want to add zing to your look, this is the pair for you! The rubbery sole and wide heel base give bounce and traction to your step, and the cool bicolor Mary Jane style will class up even your most basic ensemble. I got the grey and teal combo and will definitely buy the black pumps too.

I'm in love with these shoes!
These shoes are gorgeous and funky...even cuter than the photo (I purchased them in black)! I haven't worn heels in years, so I was a little worried about the height, but Fluevog’s have a great padded insole, so for heels, they couldn't be more comfortable.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They're gorgeous and fit great, if not a little bit snug. The problem with the pair I received was the squeaking. They were silent at first, but after wearing them around the house for a day they would not stop making noise. I don't know if this is a design flaw in the shoe itself or just the pair I bought and Zappos ran out of this model in my size, so I can't check this out. If you're willing to take the risk, this Fluevog is a great fitting & looking shoe. I hope you have better luck than I did.

"A lot for the look"-
The shoe purchased was the spotted pony. Nice looking shoe but over priced. The rubber sole gives the shoe more of a casual look than a shoe you can dress up or down. Once the one piece rubber sole wears you will have to spend some to have it replaced. Nicely constructed shoe and very light weight. The shoe felt a half size smaller because of the pointed toe.

Comfortable but Not the Usual Fluevog Construction -
I have a lot of Fluevogs - and I love them both for their comfort and style. I have kept some of my Fluevogs for years, and they wear well. However, I'm a little disappointed in the workmanship of this shoe. The heel on one of the shoes I received in gray is not fully attached to the rest of the shoe. I ordered a pair of the black version in the hopes that it would not have the same problem. Unfortunately it did. It is not loose, but I am concerned that this will create problems in the future.

Funky spectator -
The shoe is cute in a chunky, funky way. I tend to like sleeker shoes, but this one struck my fancy. It does run small, and the back strap is not adjustable, so if you have a narrow heel, that could be a problem. It’s comfy and very well made. Looks good with pants and longer skirts...I didn't like it with shorter skirts...but again, you may...good shoe!!!

sad but true -
This shoe looks promising but unfortunately there is no arch support. I felt like I was falling out of the shoe. No support at all. I have a semi narrow foot with a moderate yet weak arch. The design looked like it would snug my foot well, but it was just not here nor there. I must say though that the leather and color is lovely.

I haven't worn these outside yet, but around the house they are very comfortable and look adorable. But I also have the "Gracias" from the Fluevog Wearever family of shoes (same heel and basic shape) and they are the most comfortable heels I have, so I expect these will also be great when I'm on my feet all day (I think it's the rubber soles). For some reason, I take an 8 1/2 in this style, but a 9 in the Gracias, so I think this runs true to size. My feet are slightly wide, but I didn't have any problems with the width in this shoe. Fantastic choice for a fun, different-looking pump that will be great for casual wear and work too.

Cute and comfy!
Comfy suede and lightly padded footbed. narrower then I thought they would be (compared to other wearevers-as they are called), but then I have a narrow foot. Nice non-slip rubber sole and cute heel. I wear anywhere from a 9.5-12 in his shoes, normally a 10 and it fits ok, just note it’s a bit narrow.
