This shoe is typical of the quality of Arche shoes, however, this style was too big all over for my foot. I did not think a smaller size would work as they were not too long for me. I will have to return them, reluctantly, as I like them very much, as I do all of the Arche shoes I have already.

Buy these shoes!
These shoes are wonderful: comfortable, hip, sexy, walkable. Yes, they are expensive (at least in my world), but they are well worth the price. The construction is top notch and they will last several seasons. One note: I generally wear a 39, but I had to order a 40 in these.

Wow, are these comfortable and travel-friendly! I feel like I am wearing slippers!!! Heel height is perfect, not at all frumpy... yet they are soooo soft and easy.

This is a very comfortable shoe for my hard to fit feet. It needed one wearing to stretch the Nubuck to a perfect fit. Looks great, I get compliments on the whole outfit when I wear it.

A Great Alternative to a Sandal -
This is the best shoe...a very cute flat but it is great for summer because it is so airy. It is a great alternative to a sandal, especially for city walking because your foot is protected. I have this shoe in blue and in pink as well as this black one. People always compliment me on them when I wear them...which is practically every day! I wish that they came in even more colors!

These are amazing shoes. I wore them, out of the box, for 14 hours with no problems! They are so comfortable; they feel like slippers. I bought two more pairs in different styles. I have problems with my feet, but not in these shoes.

These are beautiful and very comfortable. I bought the Sonic for walking around all day and these for those days when there's some walking and some going out for dinner in a chic cafe (wish I had more of those days!). I tried Pliners and Paul Green as well and these are by far the best combination of comfort and style. Although the toe is rounded, the top is soft and doesn't squish my square toes. Also, the wedge heel is stable for walking but the front half of the sole is flexible, so they don't "clop" on your feet the way hard wedges do. Not cheap but a lovely shoe.

Very comfortable, simple, but good design so it looks stylish. Nice with jeans shorts and a pretty top. Not sure how I lived without Arche up until this point - I tried many different brands for a comfort shoe that was stylish before I found this. Good price, too!

I was so disappointed in the price and fit. These shoes are so uncomfortable and have no arch support whatsoever. The style and look is great, but not worth keeping. Zappos is always great with their excellent service and guarantee.

Great Shoe for Walking and Travel!
I recently bought these in Paris (in a different color) when the walking shoes I'd brought along for the trip had started to kill my feet. They were comfortable right out of the box, and I walked all day (miles) in them the first day with no problem at all. The Nubuck is extremely soft, so it didn't even bother the blisters I already had from the other shoes. The springy rubber soles help cushion your feet when walking on stone floors or sidewalks where there is no "give." Fit-wise, I'm usually a 7 1/2 wide or 8 medium and the 39 fits perfectly. For travel, as an added bonus, they are really lightweight to pack, but I'd wear them! Expensive but worth it!

There is definitely something wrong with the sizing on these shoes. I have other Arche shoes in size 37 and they fit fine. I ordered these in 37 and they are HUGE--at least 2 sizes too big. The box says the size is 6, but believe me they are NOT a 6. I think I would like the shoes, but don't know what size to order.

I liked them so much I bought them in red and black -
They weigh nothing - wearing them, you feel as if you're walking on air. They give some support and work as well with jeans as they do with a skirt or a dress. I wear a 36 in sandals and a 37 in a boot or full shoe (because I have high arches and insteps).

Walking On Clouds -
This is the most comfortable flat I have ever tried! I have been looking for and ordering flats for an upcoming trip to Europe. Although many are stylish and priced well, I have had to return all of them because there is no way I can deal with narrow, rubbing, stiff, non-supportive shoes! This Arche flat is like walking on clouds! It has a tiny bit of height, it is soft around the entire in-sole, has great arch support, and looks like a quality shoe. It is worth the price and the wait to find it. From the tip of my toes to the back of my ankle I feel only comfort!

Comfort, Style and Longevity -
I have been buying and wearing Arche shoes for about 4 or 5 years, and still wear the original shoes that I bought at Zappos. They are my favorite shoes and I'm a shoeaholic! People are constantly stopping me and asking me where I got those fabulous, well fitting and stylish shoes. And to be a brat sometimes I say Paris, because I bought two pair there while I was traveling with my daughters. But usually, I tell them all about Zappos and how easy it is to order. Thank you Zappos for carrying my favorite great looking, totally comfortable shoes.

I was afraid that Zappos might run out of my size, so I quick bought a second pair of Arche Fiona. I love this shoe! It's comfortable and flattering. I only wish for more colors...
I would recommend that half-sizes go down to full size, i.e., 7-1/2 go to 7.

Nice, but pricey for what you get -
These sandals are very cute in black and a little dressier than most flat sandals. I usually wear a wide and these fit quite well and were comfortable right out of the box. I agree with one of the other reviewers that they are a bit noisy when you walk because the sandal sticks to your feet. At half the price, these sandals would be a great buy and I'd buy a pair in the taupe. At the current price, I'll stick (literally) with the one pair.

Glad for the Gladiator!
The leather is oh so soft, so there is no rubbing or chafing tender sweaty summer feet. Just hope it doesn't stretch out too much with wear, as the straps run a little loose. The sole is soft which makes it comfortable, but without much support. So the toe flops and tends to catch under the shoe at times. A little stiffer sole would curb the problem. Other wise a very chic and comfortable sandal for those mean streets of New York City.
