About Bruno Magli...
Bruno Magli was founded in Bologna, Italy in the 1930’s when three siblings, Marino, Maria and Bruno Magli were taught the art of shoemaking by their grandfather in a small basement. In 1936, the siblings transformed their basement factory into a small business, otherwise known as The Magli Shoe Factory (Calzaturifico Magli). Propelled by the "Made in Italy" craze, Bruno Magli quickly became a leader in design, fabrication and commercialization of high-quality fashion shoes and became a major competitor in the Italian footwear market.

I discovered Sofft shoes a year ago and love them. I have found that the shoes are snug for the first 2-3 wearings, but the leather gives just enough to make them comfortable. I mistakenly returned my first pair (Cordelia) in a size 6 for a 6.5 and wish that I had stuck with the size 6. I do wish that the size 6 was just an inch larger, but I have found sizing to be consistent in the 5 pair of Sofft shoes I own. For this pair specifically, extremely comfortable - especially for a 3" heel. The toe box is snug, but not too narrow for me and I expect the will continue to mold to my feet over the next few wearings. I have a narrow heal & arch, but my toes are a little wider so wide shoes never work for me. As for the look, I love the piping detail that is on the edge of the suede.

Bruno Magli dress shoe -
I almost returned this shoe because the heel is so high. But I loved the look of this and decided to keep it. I wish the heel were slightly lower, maybe 2 1/2" or 2 3/4". Would definitely get more wear out of it if the heel weren't so high.

Heel quality not worth the price -
These sandals are very cute! After the first wear, the acrylic heel wore down and chipped. I would have kept them if they could be repaired. If you plan to wear these sandals inside all the time, they would be a great shoe.

Overall Excellent Shoe -
Super comfortable, quality made, and sharp looking shoe. Really brings a high end suit together. For me the shoe runs a full size larger. Normally I am a 10 Men’s, but after a few tries, the 9 seemed to do the trick. Oh, I have wide, flat feet and the shoe feels very comfortable and accommodating.

Great shoe -
This shoe is a wardrobe make - great with skirts and dress slacks - great arch support. You could dance in these.
The right heel is a bit loose but the overall fit and look is perfect!
Get a size larger!

Top quality shoe -
This is a very nice looking shoe. It fits me well. There is a little slide in the heel. The sole is made out of a composite that seems quite durable and has a good grip on smooth surfaces. The shoes will require breaking in and will not be the ones to take a long walk in. They are not cushioned.

Stop looking. This is the one. Worried you'll order and they won't be right? Forget about it! These shoes felt as good as my favorite slippers and you wouldn't know just by the picture. These shoes are top of the line in construction and consciousness given to every angle of comfort from strap shape, stitching, width, shape of toe box, shape/width of heel. This is a sturdy shoe with elegance. Can easily be worn with long gown, slacks, etc. I would buy half a dozen pair if available in other colors. I have told many friends to stop the search, order these shoes. Money spent is 100% worth it and these will last for years because of the high quality in every detail.

Very sharp shoes.
I like these shoes. Very sharp looking - and feel great on. I have read on some other BrunoMagli reviews that this brand generally runs big - I concur. Knowing the reputation, I ordered 10 1/2 as opposed to my normal 11 1/2. They fit - on the roomy side of fitting, as opposed to the snug side of fitting. But the fit.

What a sexy shoe -
I first saw this shoe at a local store on South Beach, the guy was charging $415+tax for those. Too pricy. I was impressed by the shape (which you can't really enjoy on the pics @ Zappos) and eventually found it here at Zappos. Long story short, if you are looking for classical shoes with a beautiful Italian touch, these shoes will do the trick... they are... so SHARP!!!

I love this shoe - Comfort plus. This shoe is so comfortable that I ordered it in another color and hope to find more colors. It is great for walking. I wish the wedge was sculpted a little for a sleeker look. It is a comfortable fit from first wearing and is roomy but not sloppy. No pressure points of discomfort.

I love this shoe!!!
VERY comfortable, SOFT, and EASY to walk in!! The shoes are so well-balanced it did not feel like I was wearing 3 1/2" heels. I would love to own one in every color. I would also like to mention how great Zappos customer service was. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and helpful!

Great shoe too big -
Normally wear a size 12, ordered them in this shoe and they were at least a full size larger, reminded me of clown shoes. Zappos amazing as always with returns so i need to get a size 11 now. But other than that great shoe, not very wide, but a shoe that looks this great is worth a little discomfort for me.

Gorgeous, well-appointed shoe -
This shoe is super-fine. It looks gorgeous and expensive and is worth every penny. However, do not plan to wear these all day... these are strictly special occasion shoes. They hurt badly if you walk on a hard surface all day (like when shopping and walking on black top, etc). The soles are cracking a bit, but it is covered by your foot. As I said, I LOVE these shoes and they are so stylish and expensive-looking, but I don’t think they will last long. Get 1/2 size up if you think there is a chance of it running small and just wear them for a minimal amount of time. I can't say enough how beautiful they are. I commend you for finding this sandal as it never came up on a search for me and I found it from a direct link on Google.

Beautiful Bruno's -
This is a really gorgeous, sexy shoe (of course, Italian shoes are supposedly the best-made shoes because they have the best lasts and leather). This is my first pair of "slides" so I had to sort of learn to walk in them but that was not too difficult. The leather is exquisite. Of course, my viewpoint on shoes is a little skewed since I became a Bruno Magli fan a long time ago due to their style and durability.

Nice shoes -
Bought this at a department store before I discovered Zappos. Sad to say I paid over 400 dollars for them. However, they are a very nice shoe. Not in the area of comfort, but just from looking at them you can tell they’re Italian. They do look superb with any black business suit.

Had been searching for an elegant high-heeled sandal. Found this and ordered it on Memorial Day, received it the next day. It's perfect and beautifully crafted. Got it to wear with a couple of pair of nice jeans and pants. So glad I bought it. A great addition. Thanks, Zappos, once again.

Lovely shoes...
Lovely Bruno Magli shoe, true-to-size. A very elegant shoe with the added feature of a wedge which provides support and comfort. Soles are rubber, which adds stability. I have this shoe in both black and gold and use it primarily for evening wear with silk trousers.

A great shoe!
The Palio by Bruno Magli is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. They look and feel fancy, but demand a casual sense of style. These shoes can go with almost any outfit, but due the color, they are best with jeans or light-weight pants. The rope around the sides will fray slightly, but not significantly enough to warrant the shoe as poorly designed. The leather is very soft and flexible so the shoe will quickly conform to the foot. My only complaint is the ends of the stitched threads are singed, so if I try to wear the shoes without socks, my foot feels like its getting poked with straw. The sizes are European, so if you wear a size 8 in US, order a size 7 for these.

Beautiful & Comfortable -
This is a fabulous peep-toe pump! It was comfortable immediately and the heel height is perfect. Love the fabric -- looks very classy and doesn't seem to show wear. I took the advice of the other reviewers and went up a half-size. Normally wear a 10, but the 10-1/2 worked perfectly.

Great pump for the office -
This is a beautiful, classic pump, with a bit of the unexpected in the cutouts and contrast stitching. Much prettier in person than online. And very comfortable. Although I did order a half size bigger than my usual size, as I find that works best with Bruno Magli. And sure enough the half size larger fit perfectly. Zappos, this is my second order in two weeks, and I am very impressed with your speedy delivery. Keep up the great work.
