1. How do I care for my Naot's?
Keep shoes and sandals away from extreme temperatures.
Keep them dry. If they become wet, wipe dry immediately, and allow the shoes or sandals to dry completely.
Try removing any minor stains with a mild soap. If stain persists, consult a local leather repair expert for a professional cleaning product appropriate to the leather.
2. Can you resole Naot's?
Our Classic and Elegant collection styles can be resoled. Our Scandian collections have removable footbeds that can be replaced.
3. What makes Naot so unique?

These are great sandals for everyday - great with jeans and great with a skirt. I live in LA, and I could wear these for much of the year. I have these in black and brown, and I'm eyeing another color.

Naot does it again! Here is a high-heel shoe that is not only comfortable to wear but quiet on the floor. I have a narrow foot and my feet are happy. Do order a size smaller than you normally wear.

This is a shoe to buy for real comfort - you can stand & walk in it all day. It is nicer looking than sneakers & a bit funky -- but definitely not high fashion.

Most comfortable shoes ever!!
I ordered these shoes in black first. The first time I tried them on was at work. I walk a lot since my job is at a storage facility. Once I put them on I was immediately satisfied. One word explains it all: TOTAL COMFORT!!! I then ordered another pair in brown. Love them...love them...love them!! You will not be disappointed with these shoes. I have a wide foot so these shoes were great!! They are true to size but run a little wider than most. The shoes cushion the ball of your foot wonderfully. I'm hooked!! Take a chance and splurge. You won't be sorry!!

Not what I expected -
I expected this shoe to be ultra comfortable because of this brand. These are the Israeli version of Birkenstock!
I will be sending them back. Just not as comfortable as some of the other Naot's I have purchased.

Nice shoe. Very comfortable and can either go dressy or casual. Good footbed and support. A platform, but not clunky. Really like this shoe.

Walking on a cloud -
When I first ordered the Naot Oyster, Zappos was out of stock in my size and there was a window asking if I would like them to email me when my size came in. I did fill out the field, writing off the offer and assuming I would miss out on what appeared to be a very comfortable shoe. Low and behold, Zappos contacted me about a month after my initial pursuit and I received the shoes overnight. These are one of the most comfortable walking shoes my feet have ever made contact with. The toe box is wide enough to accommodate my bunions, the foot bed is extremely padded to the point that you feel like you're walking on molded foam the whole day. I walked into a shoe store in Philadelphia that carries these Noats, but not in the color I received from Zappos. All the salespeople were admiring the color combo, which is black suede and a bluish grey, not a pewter as described.

A Year Later and still LOVE these shoes -
I have been wearing these clogs for a year now and LOVE them. I am a teacher and on my feet all day. They go with everything. I bought them in both black and blue...love both colors ! They are so comfortable that I don't even always remember to change into slippers after school! GET THEM!! ~:)

LOVELY SHOE -
I'm so glad Naot has come out with a sleeker line of shoes! Naot has always been one of my favorite brands. They look elegant and are very comfortable. I did not have to order up a size. I'm a size 8 and the 39 fit just right. They are a little bit narrower than previous Naot styles, but after wearing them for one long day, they felt fine. The leather is just a little bit stiff, but is well worth the initial break in period! I've received many compliments; people were surprised to find out this was a "comfort" shoe!

This shoe is very cute, but the sling back was huge even on the lowest setting. It kept falling off my heel, but the length and width of the shoe seemed normal.

Great everyday boot!
This book is exceptionally comfortable, provides excellent support and seems to wear very well. The mottled look of the leather of this particular style is also great because it coordinates so well with other colors/textures. The style is very cute, but not too “cute-sie”. A perfect boot in my book if you are on your feet a lot and want a durable yet casually stylish shoe.

Delight Clog -
This is a very good looking shoe that goes with everything. It is a little higher heel than I usually wear, but is still very comfortable. It runs a little narrow, I think. It also, does not have the same Naot arch support hat I get in my Naot sandals and the dress shoe, so I have to wear my orthotics, but they fit comfortably inside the shoe. It does have a nice flexibility; however, which I like much better than the Dansko clogs I have that really do not bend with your foot at all.

This boot is so comfortable, it's almost like wearing a slipper. They do run wider than normal so if you have a narrow foot you need heavier socks.

I found these shoes in a local store but they were not available in my size. Fortunately Zappos had them in my size and in more colors. The shoes are very comfortable and offer plenty of support.

If the shoe fits...
The look and feel of this shoe is just what I wanted--casual and yet can be used for a dressier look. They are very comfortable. I did order a size smaller as recommended, which necessitates wearing only thin socks with the shoe.

Worth every penny!
I ordered these shoes along with the Naot Chi, to determine which I liked more, and then return one of the two. These were so comfortable and unique looking that I had to keep them, along with the Chi style. Rarely do I find this type of comfort in a stylish looking shoe! Love them, love them!!

Finally!
This is, by far, the most comfortable fitting shoe I have ever worn. I suffer from heel and ball of foot pain and all that pain disappears when I wear this shoe. The design is so fantastic looking and everyone that sees them makes positive comments. These shoes, for me, are more comfortable than my Finn Comforts. I wear a 6 1/2 and the size 7 fits perfect.

Comfortable, functional shoe -
After an unsuccessful surgery for bunions I'm now contending with both the bunions and an inflexible right foot. These shoes are great for problem feet like mine - they're comfortable, wide in the toe box, and have a removable footbed to accommodate orthodics. Although the mary jane style is cute, these shoes are more for comfort than great looks. They're a great 'on-your-feet-all-day' shoe that looks best with jeans and khakis.

Fabulous Footwear -
I have always had problems with my feet and the older that I get, the more difficult it is to find shoes that don't contribute to my foot discomfort. This is the first pair of Naot shoes that I have purchased and I will definitely be trying some of their other styles. I have had zero problems with foot pain or discomfort while wearing this particular shoe!

Exceeds expectations!
I have never spent so much on a pair of shoes before. They were worth every penny. I spend most of the day on my feet and they remain comfortable all day. I have been struggling with very sore feet on the job- not in these shoes. They look great with dresses and pants. People have stopped me on the street to ask where I got my shoes. I followed the recommendation to order a size smaller. I normally wear an 8 1/2. Actually, shoe that I've purchased with European sizing has been a 39 and these were a 39 although that size was tagged with the 8. I couldn't be happier. If you are considering this shoe I say,"Give it a try!"

I like shoes that fit perfectly when I first put them on - this one will need a little time to feel good. Even though I ordered a half size larger than needed, the toe strap is tight.

FINALLY -
This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. My foot doesn't slide in it, and it is as if I am wearing a bedroom slipper. But the style is there and it is fun to wear! I particularly love the wide toe bed. I am fast becoming hooked on Naot, but have long been hooked on Zappos.

As with your incredible shipping service, he received his Crocs the day after I ordered them! Two weeks ago, I ordered the first pair of Crocs for my other grandson. Same great service! I told the representative that this was his first pair of Crocs and that now he has the same Pirates of the Caribbean style as his dad and big brother! I was surprised and happy to actually receive a thank you card for the order saying that she hoped he liked his Crocs!!!
