Nice Surprize -
Took a chance on these shoes and ordering online. I have very hard to fit feet (two different sizes, wear orthotics, have very tender spots due to several surgeries), plus I have had Naots in the past, that I loved, but that got to be too short on my long foot.
But, these shoes are great! They fit, accommodate my orthotics (and the insoles that they come with are really great too!) and were pretty much totally wearable and comfortable from the first minute!

Listen to the suggestion of buying a size smaller than normal -- that's what I did and shoes fit perfectly. I have a lot of foot pain and was really looking forward to getting these shoes. I did have to break them in, minor blisters, but on the whole a great shoe. I wish there was more cushioning in the heel, but otherwise I highly recommend them. I have custom orthotics which were incredibly expensive and don't help with the foot pain, so these shoes, even though expensive, were a better purchase than the orthotics.

I do love this shoe - this is my 3rd pair!!
Very, very comfy & they look nice too for a hip gal with problem feet & a bad ankle. First pair were black in a 39, my usual EU size. But since then all have been a little short, so I'm wearing a 40 (as I write this). The padding went a little flat after many miles of wear, plus the elastic broke, thus the 2nd pair, and then a 3rd in the Bronze, which is very nice looking too. I wish they had lasted longer, but do feel that they are worth it. Being able to walk comfortably in a sandal is a must!

I ordered this bag as a diaper bag and it is PERFECT. The bag is incredibly roomy without being bulky. There are plenty of pockets to fit things in and the side pockets are perfect for baby bottles. If you call the Haiku company, you can order a matching changing pad to go with it.

I love Naot Matais. I have plantar fasciitis, bunions, high arches, wide toes, narrow heels, and one foot 1/2 size larger than other. Sounds bad written out! These shoes are like slippers with support! I love Zappos!! I needed to try different styles, sizes, and brands. Zappos made it easy!!!! I like several styles of Naot but not all (still trying out some). At night I have been wearing Earth/Solar, they are very comfortable too, but still getting used to negative heel.

Had to order two sizes larger to get length. I have other Naot shoes that are wonderful. I like the look but definitely not in the category of the other Naot shoes in comfort. I needed comfortable white sandals is why I pursued the length. Big mistake. Will order other Naots in future, but will be SURE they fit properly. Big disappointment and waste of money!

Very useful sandals -
I own the gunmetal Ashley and I'm wearing them right now. They're super comfy. The only complaint I have about these are that the gunmetal finish is kind of wearing off (there's gold underneath which is okay). I've had them all season and I can wear them with anything. It doesn't look bad--most people probably wouldn't even be able to tell, but it bugs me a bit. Otherwise, these are fabulous and extremely useful sandals.

Great summer shoe and super-comfortable! The cork footbed molds to your foot like a Birk, but so much cuter than any Birk I've seen! I wore them all over New York for a week and my feet felt fine! Well worth the price.

So, so comfortable - I would like to recommend this boot to anyone who is on their feet all day and wants to look cute. Your feet will never hurt at all after wearing these boots. They are not the most haute boot in the world, but they are pretty stylish and I get a lot of compliments on them. They look great with dresses. I wear a 9 1/4, so I often have a hard time deciding between a 9 and 9.5. I ordered the 9 and they are very comfortable with tights and thin boot socks alike.

I have always loved the comfort of Naot's but had to confine their wear to casual jeans. This style has all of the great comfort features I expected but I will definitely wear it to work with tights and a skirt, other casual pants, etc. This style is so versatile and feminine looking - I love it! Can you please get it in brown??????

A great-looking comfy sandal - I was visiting a friend in NYC who had these and I coveted them. We walked a very long way from 48th and Lexington to Lincoln Center. I had blisters in my little sandals, she did not in her Naot Ashley. After the theater we took her laptop and I ordered a pair. They are both comfortable and great looking. My heel hangs off the back a little but I think as the elastic stretches, this should correct. I saw a woman at the green market yesterday morning wearing them and her heels were hanging off a little too. But, don't let that stop you.

I have been wearing this shoe almost daily for 3 months and love it. I wear them for hours and forget I have shoes on! The elastic makes them a perfect fit for my high instep and wide foot. I wear a size 10 and ordered a size 41, and they fit like a glove. My podiatrist recommended Naot shoes and they are indeed more stylish and comfortable than Birkenstock. P.S. Zappos is great!!!

The quirky swirl gives the shoe a unique look. I also like the look of the leather piece above the toes. I have very narrow long feet w/ the left foot being 8.5 and the right side a half size smaller at size 8. I got size 39 which was about the right length for my left foot but too big for my right. The shoe kept slipping on my heel so I put in some inserts which helped a bit, but they still slip a little and a very loose around my narrow ankles. Another small annoyance is that the left side zipper often gets stuck and I have to jiggle it up and down a little before it moves. Other than that, the shoe feels very comfortable and the support for my low arches is great.

The best sandals I've ever had -
For everyday sandals, these are terrific - comfortable and good-looking. Especially wonderful for travel as their design allows them to be worn even in the evening - usually I have to pack a pair of dressier sandals, but these work fine. Great features are the adjustable straps… not just at the ankle, but across the toes AND the closed heel which adds to their comfort and support and helps to make them look less casual.

I have very sore arches and achy knees so I can't always wear certain types of shoes with a lift. These are incredibly comfortable and I'm bringing them to Las Vegas next week for a 5 day conference where I'm on my fit most of the time.

Form, function, and style - Love these shoes. Naots are the most comfortable around, and they look cool and girly without being impractical. The right shoe, top strap rubbed slightly on the top of my foot until broken in, but otherwise great.

My daughter has had two pairs of the white color of these. You have to paint the toes with leather whitener from time to time but they're quality leather, they last, and really do age well. I handed down the first pair to my best friend's little girl who wears them non stop. Our second pair is slowly getting too small. We're currently contemplating the folly of a third pair. These are beautiful shoes.

These shoes are fantastic. The soles are quite gummy and preform amazingly. My only complaint is that they are somewhat narrow. Also, people saying that they are a size big, that is for added toe room, due to the somewhat narrow toe box. Oh, Chaco knows whats up.
