A Nice Work Shoe -
I have really small feet (size 4 1/2 to 5) so it is really hard to find a cute & comfortable shoe. These shoes are cute and quite comfortable. My only complaint is that they could use a little more traction on the bottom. I tend to slip around a bit which could be dangerous, especially being as clumsy as I am. I would definitely recommend them though and I plan on getting them in another color down the road.

Bought these shoes for an overseas trip and to do mega walking - they were perfect from the 1st to the last step. Had many comments on the styling and gave Zappos a big boast to the fellow travelers - we hiked 5+ miles and not one blister – perfect.

I am very impressed with the shoes & with the service I received from Zappos. I ordered them on a Saturday, and received the shoes on the following Monday.
I wear an AAA width and have difficulty finding my size. I am very impressed with the quality and the customer service.

This is now my favorite shoe. It is very comfortable, well-padded and pretty in the black suede. The toe is half-way between pointed and rounded. Hard to find all of this in a 10 1/2 N. I would order more colors if they had them.

Comfy, cute shoes -
I preface this by saying I haven't gone on an extended walk in these yet, but they are very comfortable around the office. In fact, I don't want to put my old pair of shoes back on! I got my usual size and they are a little loose (no socks on) and there is a slight hard edge on the inside of the leather trim. I can tell it will rub a little, but nothing too major. The look is great and I will be keeping them.

I have hard to fit feet, 9.5WW and in need of a wide toe box to accommodate assorted "issues". And I like to wear something stylish and pretty. These shoes fit the bill. They needed a bit of stretching but the leather was pliable. The bronze/pewter combination goes well with black and gray. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love Zappos - I have ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos and have been thrilled with almost all of my purchases. I wear a size 12, a size you just can't walk into a store and try on. My most recent purchase of Trotters is perfect, a classic look, fit is exact and the comfort of this shoe is unlike any other shoe I've had. No breaking in, no uncomfortable spots, they are like an old friend. Thank you Zappos, do not go anywhere, thank you too for how quickly you sent my order, 1.5 days! How great is that? I will always buy my shoes from you and not even look anywhere else, believe me, I tried and was so upset, at the usual, “Not in stock,” overcharging both ways for shipping, and waiting forever only to be unhappy with the item.

These shoes look great on, but I wish the toe box were a little wider - they tend to pinch my toes. If you have narrow feet, this shoe's for you.

Excellent comfort shoe with some style -
I cannot wear heels anymore and find it difficult finding low heeled comfort shoes that look good. These were comfortable from the beginning without any break-in period. I'll buy another paid in brown when they become available.

Although a bit pricey, this is a nice shoe. The narrow is a true AA width, which is a big plus. The patent shoes of the same style felt smaller than the leather shoes.

I saw this shoe in a local department store in the pewter color, but the store only had the shoe in my size in plain black. I was thrilled to find it on Zappos in my size in the color I wanted. This is a great shoe for work and even for an occasional evening out. It was comfortable from the first wearing. The heel is covered by the same leather as the body of the shoe, so it looks like you're wearing really flat shoes, but there is a bit of a lift. I'm a little worried as to how this area might hold up to regular wear, but it's been OK so far. Overall, I'm happy with the shoe.

Reconsider sizing -
I just purchased this shoe and on the advice of the reviewers, ordered a half size up (8M rather than my normal 7 1/2M). I loved how it looked, but returning it because it's too big. Also, my heel hurt from wearing it just around the house - not sure if this was due to the wrong sizing.

This is a nice looking shoe – sleek design would be good with slacks. Just not as comfortable as I had expected. The extension of the toe box on top of the foot extends too far back and presses directly on the bone beneath. This could ease with wear but I'm not willing to take the chance that it won't. A little loose in the heel when compared to the toe.
