So, what’s in a name anyway? The name Diba was formed from an acronym using the words Dutch, Italian, Brazilian, and American. Here’s what each letter means:
D: The D is for Dutch design because Bronx footwear inspires Diba shoes. Frits Dijkmans and his design team in Holland design Bronx shoes.
I: The I is for Italian development. The Dijkmans design team works in unison with the finest artisans in Italy to produce the hottest new bottoms, materials, toe character, and heel shapes in the world.
B: The B is for Brazilian manufacturing. Most of the Diba shoes are produced in Brazil using great leathers and fine factories. Our Diba Design Team often works with factories to develop new and improved ways of producing beautiful fashion footwear, thereby allowing us to offer the best quality possible.
A: The A is for American ingenuity. Diba’s World Headquarters in St. Louis is always looking for the most effective way to bring high quality, high fashion shoes to American women.

I ordered these boots in red last year and received rave reviews, I was actaully stopped in the street. This boot fits small so order a 1/2 size larger then usual boot size and the calf is slim. \r\n This boot makes everybody jealous .

I bought an 8.5 and foot fits like a glove, but the calf is way too tight! I\'ll try to stretch them through wear, but it\'s too bad.

Best thigh high boots! I have been looking for thigh high boots for a while and all the others seem to look very cheap. These boots are perfect! They look amazing and you have the choice of either folding them down or wearing them as high as you want! I love them! If you don't have any thigh high boots in your closet, you are missing out. These boots are hot!

I usually wear size 7 and ordered size 7. Perfect fit. My legs are pretty thin and the calves feel very fit. If you are not thin, they are definitely too tight for you. Overall, a great purchase. I am glad I found this pair.

I bought this boot last year, and just LOVE it! If I were to receive $1 for every compliment I get while wearing them, this would have long ago paid for the boots. I normally don\'t wear this high of a heel, but the balance is superb & the paisley textile is soft, flexible, & seems almost stretchable, making it easy on the feet. If I didn\'t have a boyfriend already, i\'d be sure to get one because yesterday 4 different men complimented me on these boots in a 2 hour time span!

I haven't worn these boots a lot yet, but so far they are very comfortable and look great! The leather is soft and supple and the fit feels true to size. The style of this boot makes my size 8.5 feet look small! I generally like a higher heel, but these look and feel good. The fit around my leg is good, although it could be just a little tighter. I have fairly thin legs and these fit better than most. They look good with jeans, skirts, leggings. Zappos, as usual, is great! They make it possible for me to try a much wider selection of shoes and boots than I can get in the area I live in. I love the opportunity to try my choices at home where I can have time to decide if they work for me. This wouldn't be possible without their free shipping policy. Thank you, Zappos!

Love them! I was so pleased when these boots arrived (on time might I add). They feel true to size, but as most Diba boots, there was little arch support. The boots are fairly tight on the legs, so if you do have big legs, I suggest you do not order them. They looked great on as well.

These boots are so classy and beautiful, but your calf has to be a stick because they are so tight and do not stretch. I wanted them so bad that I had to take them to a shoe and boot repairer and get them to insert a larger piece of stretch material so that I could zip them up. You know I had to love the look. But I get a lot of compliments off of these boots. They may want to consider using a stretch material and then I would purchase the other color.

Hot fashionable boot! Well, I agree with the one review about the thighs. I should have went up a size because I have very muscular legs. My calves are bigger than some men's and it was almost difficult to zip it up over my calf. Other than that, they are a great boot; I just couldn't fit them over my thigh. I recommend going a 1/2 size up if you can.

My black boots are really nice and long with the tops pulled up. The price was very low for real leather thigh boots. The spike heels are too skinny and the plaforms arn\'t very comfortable. I\'ve worn them to work. They look great on my legs when I\'m seated at my desk. As I walk a half mile to work from the bus stop, I\'m sure they will be warm boots all Winter.

These are some of the coolest boots I own, tons of compliments! The heel is low enough to wear all day, but they do fit fairly snug so a half size larger than normal might be a good idea if your calves aren\\\'t super slim.

Just got these boots! They are so cute and a perfect fit, too! I'm 8 1/2 or 9, I ordered them in 9 since I could wear socks with them, but they are perfect without. They arrived less than 24 hours after I placed my order! Zappos is amazing, they always come through with great fast service. I'm testing them out at a concert on Halloween; as far as I can tell they will be nice and comfy.

If you have thighs, they won't fit. I fell in love with these boots when I saw them and promptly ordered them. Only issue is that I actually have thighs and I couldn't even pull the boots over them. I'm not heavy, I just have thicker than "average" legs (from being a gymnast/runner). I guess thigh-high boots just aren't a possibility in my wardrobe! They definitely look nicer in person than online. The leather isn't as shiny as it appears (I ordered in black) and the footbed was super comfy. If you have skinny legs, I totally recommend these!

These are great looking boots. I usually wear an 8, but bought a 9 because of the pointy toe. Perfect fit, very comfortable. Only possible negative is the calf is tight, and I have fairly thin legs. Love these boots, though!

Does that 'dainty foot' look we all crave. I love these boots. It takes a million different boots going on and off to find ones that don't make your feet look bulky and off-kilter, so for a fraction of the time just trust and try these, they do that 'dainty foot' thing where the construction is such that the whole thing just looks effortless. I'm on the shorter side only 5' even and these extend my leg line, go with everything and are perfectly proportionate.

Amazingly hot boots! I was pleasantly surprised when I received these boots in the mail as I have never owned a Diba before. I typically wear 6 1/2 to 7 so I got a 7 just in case. Fits amazingly comfortable on, very flattering, hot, and totally fashionable. I'm about 5'3" and 108 lbs and the these fit me perfect, a little snug in the thigh area so I may not fit in it if I gained 5 lbs. I ordered at around 3 pm on Monday and I received at 3 pm on Tuesday. Zappos is equally amazing! Thank you guys!

I purchased these in gold, to wear to an outdoor garden wedding. They are PERFECT! Dressy enough to wear with a tea length dress, fun enough to wear with jeans on the weekend. Got TONS of compliments on them.

These are a brushed, suede-like fabric, extremely soft and very warm. If you are expecting leather, this will disappoint, but the fabric itself is very nice, if one takes that into account - I actually prefer this because of muddy and wet conditions. The sole is truly flat and rubbery, with plenty of traction. Easy to walk in, and very VERY comfortable. Would work well in slippery conditions, though hardly water-resistant boots. Sole is padded pretty well, more so than in most boots of the style. Also, the shape of the foot area of the boot is so superior to the majority of similar styles. Very sleek, feminine shaped foot, not at all clumsy or clunky. This was the biggest reason I chose this boot. Effortless slouch, but not too slouchy. Stands nearly as high as measurement suggests. All in all, EXTREMELY happy, knowing what to expect. Very light. I think if you do not expect real suede you will be pleased.

This shoe is beautiful. However, I have to return it as it feels as if it is 1/2 to 1 size too small. I bought my usual size, but it is so snug that there is no way I could wear this for any length of time. I would suggest going up at least 1/2 a size when purchasing.

My favorite sandals - I have the pewter color ones. The look is great! They are unique, simple but eye catching in the metallic. They are dressy enough for skirts and summer dresses, but of course go good with jeans. They did not rub a bit even the first day I wore them. It is true they don't have arch support, but the footbed is a little squishy and I've walked long distances with no problems.

Great shoe, but... I love these sandals; they are comfortable, stylish, don't leave blisters, and are very versatile. The problem: first a couple of the straps that hold the end of the buckle down (the belt loop for shoes) came off, not that big of a deal, but then the sole started to peel back on one shoe, I glued it back down, problem solved, but then the entire heel came off. Glue did not work, I guess they will have to be taken to the shoe repair. Normally this would not bother me, since shoes do wear out from constant wearing, but I have not owned this shoe very long. Just keep in mind that if you wear these shoes every day, they may need to get repaired rather quickly.
