So, what’s in a name anyway? The name Diba was formed from an acronym using the words Dutch, Italian, Brazilian, and American. Here’s what each letter means:
D: The D is for Dutch design because Bronx footwear inspires Diba shoes. Frits Dijkmans and his design team in Holland design Bronx shoes.
I: The I is for Italian development. The Dijkmans design team works in unison with the finest artisans in Italy to produce the hottest new bottoms, materials, toe character, and heel shapes in the world.
B: The B is for Brazilian manufacturing. Most of the Diba shoes are produced in Brazil using great leathers and fine factories. Our Diba Design Team often works with factories to develop new and improved ways of producing beautiful fashion footwear, thereby allowing us to offer the best quality possible.
A: The A is for American ingenuity. Diba’s World Headquarters in St. Louis is always looking for the most effective way to bring high quality, high fashion shoes to American women.

I ordered these boots in red and tan. They are both really outrageous. I love them. They are comfortable and the heel is the perfect height for me. Unfortunately, I'll have to choose between them and send one pair back. I found the size to be true and the width of the boot is great because the material stretches. Don't hesitate to purchase if you want to expand your boot experience.

I love these boots. I wear them with them unfolded so they actually go up to mid thigh, so cute with leggings and a simple shirt. Or fold them down for a dress. Anyway, can't wait to wear them in Vegas next weekend! Comfortable too, pleasantly surprised for a 'pleather' boot, they don't even look cheap. I'm a more splurge on heels kind of girl so, with that said, A+.

Wow! That was exactly what I said when I tried on these boots. These boots look better than those highly overpriced designer boots. When I put it on, I already felt like I had met the shoes of my dream. I have skinny ankle but athletic calf, so the ankle part is a little bit loose. But I am definitely taking it to a cobbler and have it adjusted. I am keeping it. And for the material, the shoe really looks like real leather. Love it.

These boots are so hot! I was a little reluctant to buy synthetic boots (been disappointed more times than not), but after reading the other reviews, I figured why not. Besides, it's easy to return stuff to Zappos. But these boots are definitely keepers. I love the way they fit my legs, nice and tight. I actually like the texture of the imitation leather, and it does stretch a little. I'm not a big fan of the pirate look, so I wear the flap up. (These would have been killer if the shafts were sewn all the way up!) Would also have liked a tad more substantial heel. It's okay, but on the skinny side and seems overpowered by the rest of the boot.

These boots are super hot! They are perfect for a night out on the town and for date nights. They look great with jeans, leggings, short skirts, and dresses. I personally love how they look over skinny jeans and with sweater dresses, but you can dress them up any way you want. However, they are definitely not casual boots.

I love these boots. Just got them in red but it's more of a burgundy or maroon look which I think is cool. I really wanted black, but my size ran out (darn all you size 6s). These boots are true to fit. They are smooth and snug (but not totally smooth like second skin snug and it would not be unless you get a fabric material). They are so comfortable and I don't do heels (I'm a sneakers and jeans gal), but they are super fierce. I wore them for 4-5 hours with no pain. I walked with ease and didn't look uncomfortable (you know that look some chicks have when they wear heels that are too high). They look amazing with tights or fitted jeans. A must have. Great price without that cheap look!

These boots were listed as "Black Suede", but the truth is, they are made of fabric. The fabric looks a lot like suede and I would have kept them had it not been for the fact that the shaft was too loose and a little too short for me. The straps on the boots are misleading, as they do not allow for adjustments. If you pull the strap through the "D-Ring" buckles, the opposite side will be exposed, which is a shiny, leather-like material. They boots are not bad looking at all, just not the fit I was looking for.

Excellent sandal, really comfortable and very pretty, true to the size. I have a really narrow foot and this is just perfect for a regular person, keep in mind that they run a little narrow.

I had been looking for a pair of stylish Over-The-Knee boots for awhile. I almost bought a pair of Guess boots, but while shopping I saw these Diba Boots. I compared them to the Guess boots and thought I just had to try them. They fit perfect. If you have heavy legs I can see where they maybe too tight in the calf and/or thigh, but they were perfect for me. I wore them out to a club in NYC the first time I wore them. I expected to need to change into other shoes at some point in the evening, but they were so comfortable I wore them all night. I received so many wonderful comments about them. I love them. They are quickly becoming my favorite boot of all time.

I received a text message from my daughter, who is attends college in Pittsburgh, one day pointing me toward these boots as a birthday present. Much to her surprise they arrived at her apartment the next day. She tells me they are wonderfully comfortable, and warm, and best of all, her roommate covets them!

Fabulous, unique, sexy and comfortable to boot! Love everything about these boots: the discreet gold thread, the kitten heel, the paisley fabric and the price. This is the typical comment I get whenever I wear them: "Love your boots, where did you get them?" I recommend you get these boots while they last.

Oh my heck! I got these boots in the red paisley, just in the nick of time. They're gone in my size, but the taupe would be scrummy, too. They are comfortable, gorgeous and get tons of, "Where did you get those?" compliments. They are comfy and the heel height is perfect. I will be able to wear these for years. I'm not into fads, I'm into what calls to me and I'm a little Bo-Ho in my forties. These will look great with a simple black dress, or skirt, or a reddish sweater and leggings, over jeans, you name it. Zappos is the best and I love you. I sound like a freak, but these boots just buttercream ice my cookies and I love cookies with icing on them.

I'm a true 5 1/2 medium width. I ordered a 6 in the camel stretch because that was the color I wanted and 5.5 not available but also from reading some of the reviews, several said to order up a size. I believe the boots fit true to size. My feet had room to slide back and forth in the six, also there was an obvious bend when walking where my toes ended and the boot continued. Returned the boots, hoping the camel becomes available in a 5 1/2.

Super cute but not comfortable!
I was so excited to receive these and completely disappointed that they weren't comfortable. They also ran a half size small, which I think is due to the high heel and pushing my toe forward. They are great for skinny calves, they fit snug. Unfortunately, I am returning them and ordering a different boot. Too bad because my husband thought they were hot!

The fit of the boot along the toes and the calf is both snug and not snug enough, respectively. Also the heel (and I am a heel wearer) causes back pain if I stand in them too long. So, for putting on, driving someplace and not being on your feet for an extended amount of time they are fine.

The first night I wore these, I was at a club and danced from 11 pm - 4 am! Not a pinch, squeeze, nor any rubbing at the heels. I was able to walk out of the club without the loss of feeling to my toes! The best part is that they could pass for leather, too. Sure, not a high-end Italian grade, but they definitely do not look like they are synthetic. I have boots upwards of $600 and these by far are the most comfortable. What are you waiting for, girls? Go get your sexy boots!

I love these boots, so funky and great with jeans. They are fairly comfortable but the calf runs very slim, but you can scrunch them down to work. Not particularly great quality (won't last forever), but what do you want for this price? And the style more than makes up for the quality. They are hot!

These boots are perfect. I tried on so many pairs of boots and could not find a pair that was just right until I found these. I bought them in the grey. They are true to size and extremely comfortable and very stylish. I have a muscular calf, so a lot of boots don\'t fit me, but these are just the right height, and wide enough that I could tuck in skinny jeans, too; and they actually make my legs look thinner! I wear them with leggings or tights and long tunics, they look fantastic.

These are the first embroidered fabric boots I have ever owned, and I was hesitant, at first. Well, not only are they very comfortable, but they are stunning! Each time I wear them, a number of people stop to comment and ask from where did I purchase them. Zappos, of course!

I ordered these boots in red last year and received rave reviews, I was actaully stopped in the street. This boot fits small so order a 1/2 size larger then usual boot size and the calf is slim. \r\n This boot makes everybody jealous .
