The Best Summer Sandal!
I love this shoe! Bought it in white and the rose color. The shoe was comfortable right out of the box, and on my foot the straps didn't rub at all. I have a pretty standard medium width foot, and ordered my usual size. Sometimes I need to size down in sandals, but not in these. Definitely a great value and Zappos rocks!

Thong type shoe that is actually comfortable!
I purchased this sandal in white from a Clarks store. I have never been able to wear a thong sandal - they always hurt. This one is wonderful. So, I wanted another pair in brown. Quick and easy with Zappos.

Cute shoe - but too tight for my wide feet. Cut off the little decorative straps, which cut into top of foot. Then, can’t return the shoes, and they are uncomfortable at the toes! Probably perfectly comfy for medium or narrow.

I wish they didn't have to go back!
This is a lovely shoe with great style, a just right heel for someone who doesn't go in for heels much, BUT I think because I am fairly flat-footed, there was too much rubbing at my instep and so back they went. (I tried them in red and really wanted to keep them. Sigh.)

Great commuting shoe -
I live in New Jersey but I commute into NYC for work. So I am climbing stairs, running for trains and walking on sidewalks. This shoe makes it to and from work with me without any pain and they look great! Didn't think I could get a shoe that could look this nice and feel this good!

Great little boot but...
Just ordered this boot in high hopes it would be as cute as shown. It was but I will have to return because of the fit. The toe area is fine but it is very loose in the heel area. I even tried it on with a thick sock and the heel area still slipped. I was disappointed. I wear lots of Clarks and love them but could not keep this one. I loved the look.

A great shoe for those with a wide toe box! I ordered these in my normal size and they fit straight out of the box, with a surprising amount of room in the toe area and padding in the footbed. I have narrow heels, so I'll probably be adding a heel grip, but I can walk in them as-is. If they could fit an orthotic they'd be perfect. I have the brown metallic and will now be ordering one of the blacks, too.

Narrow is good -
I am pleased to find a variety of shoes in the larger size, narrow width. Almost no one in my area carries narrow, especially in a larger size. The thought is, "bigger feet must be wide feet."

I wore these shoes the first day for most of the day at an outdoor event where I did a lot of walking. I have worn them often since and only one time did they bother me. That was on a very hot day and my feet perspired and it made them rub across the top of my foot. I may buy a pair in another color.

Cute, but fit is off -
I normally wear a 6 1/2W, but ordered a 6W due to the recommendations here. The length was fine, but the heel was wide - I walked out of it with and without socks. The toe box was nice and roomy, but the area where the strap is was a little pinched. No Clarks/Privos for me.

Attractive and comfortable - I bought a pair last summer and loved them. I have long narrow feet, so buying shoes is always a challenge. I did have to cut out the elastic under the strap at the front because I couldn't make even the narrow size fit snug enough for my feet with the elastic in place. But otherwise they've been great. When I developed a severe case of plantar fasciitis this spring, these sandals were the only shoes I could wear without pain. Did I say I love them?

I really enjoyed this shoe. The soles are like that of athletic shoes, cushy and soft, but supportive. The only problem I had was the front strap. After 8 hours of wear it starts to get a bit tight. Overall I love this shoe. I can run in them!

My favorite summer shoe! Having bought another pair of sandals earlier this summer from Clarks Indigo line, I just had to try another design. I just got tired of hearing that awful slap-slap sound from flip flops, so I was looking for a simple, comfy (but stylish) sandal with a heel strap. This is cute to wear, ultra-comfy, and cushiony. I'm a perfect size 7.5, and the 7.5 fit me perfectly. Required no breaking in at all. As comfy as a pair of Crocs, but so much prettier.

This is the best sandal that I have ever worn. The arch support is great and very comfortable, and the strap between the toes is soft and flexible. They are wide enough for my feet. I have purchased the black, beige, and brown sandals and really like the colors.

I bought these to replace a different style of Clarks sandals that are no longer made. These were comfortable straight out of the box and I have been wearing them constantly since I got them. I've also gotten several compliments on how cute they are.

The shoe is as excellent as Zappos, the "store."
I like every shoe I've bought at Zappos. Sometimes it doesn't fit because shoes do vary in their sizing, but the ones that are the right size are all excellent. Zappos is my favorite place to order on line. Partly because of their tremendous selection at various price ranges, but mostly because they ship quickly with free return shipping and the staff of every single person I've talked to or emailed to has been super courteous and efficient. I'm here to stay!

These shoes are even cuter in person than they look on-line. Very roomy in the toe box, which is usually a problem for me. The heel seems to be a little too deep, resulting in some major rubbing in the heel. I'm still working with them (heel pads, inserts, etc) and hope it works out cuz they are SOOO cute.

Delivery was really fast. I liked the look of the shoe, but it felt a little longer and looser than expected. It felt like there was very minimal arch support. I returned them. Love the free shipping both ways!
