Not the chic boot I was hoping for!
I was looking for a waterproof and chic winter boot. I thought these might be the ones but they are very goofy! The thin nylon top is not warm and doesn't stay in place on the leg but sort of pops out. Also, they were very difficult to get on. I sent these back for a pair of Uggs.

These shoes are so comfortable. They feel like you are wearing a slipper. I would highly recommend this shoe not only because it is stylish but also because it feels great.

This is a very lovely boot. The material is high quality and the shoe is well made. The style is very classic, with the heel giving just a hint of uniqueness. I prefer shoes, bags, and clothing where the branding is subtle like this rather than blatantly splashed across the item. The four-star rating is for a toe box that is a bit tight and for not being quite as narrow in the shaft as I would have liked. I have very small calves, though, so for most people these should be nicely fitted.

I wear a size 8.5 US. I ordered these shoes in that size (according to the chart) but they were really tight. I don\'t know if I should reorder a size 9 or 9.5, therefore I opted to just not order another pair right now. I\'m disappointed because they are really nice and classy looking. Perhaps Burberry shoes. as other coutour shoes, run pretty small. I don\'t know. I gave them five stars because they are awesome. If they had fit, no doubt they would have been comfortable.

I love these boots! I just got them and they are absolutely adorable. The red color is very pretty and the boots are overall made very well. The sole is thick and will be good in the rain and snow. The leg is not too wide so they don't look like buckets on my feet. They are also very comfortable and easy to get on and off. Despite the price, the boots are wonderful.

Love these rain boots. They are comfortable and they keep your feet dry and warm. We do a lot of camping and these boots are wonderful on damp and rainy days trekking around the campground. I was concerned that if the weather was very cold my feet would be dry but not warm. To my surprise my feet are warm. They rock!

These boots were much shorter than I thought they would be. They came maybe to mid-calf. Also the fit was very very snug. It took me several minutes just to get my foot in and out of the shoe. I would definitely say that these are not worth the huge price tag.

I love these shoes! I love Burberry, but these shoes do not 'scream' Burberry, which I really like. Shoes are very comfortable. Shoes are not completely flat like a true ballerina flat, they have a 'built-in' heal that can be difficult to see in pictures. My only comment is be sure to order at least a size up. The toe box was rather tight on the size 38. Since I like my flats really comfortable I reordered a 39. Which fit very well to my liking. Five stars for Zappos easy and no charge return shipping. It was a breeze!

The 3 inch heel is what really attracted me to these boots. I was looking for a buckle boot that was not clunky or over 3 1/2 inches. It is difficult to find a stylish heeled boot you can actually walk in. They are comfortable for a designer boot and very well made. The grainy leather is durable but the boot still looks feminine. You should order true to size.

This style runs just ever so slightly narrower than a true B (medium). However, they look fabulous on, are comfortable, and every time I wear them I get a comment from someone about how beautiful they look and then they want to know where they can get a pair. I love Burberry!

When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
