These shoes are great! They are exactly what I was looking for in a shoe - not as much arch support, not as bulky, and very stylish. The fact that they are environmentally friendly is always a bonus. My only minor complaint is that the bottom is not as grippy as I'm used to, but it still does the job. It's true that they feel a little tighter than the size indicates so order 1/2 to full size up. Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I love these! I almost always get blisters with new shoes, but I wore these straight out of the box with no problem. Some other people talked about the sizes being too short or too wide, but mine fit perfectly. The colors are great as well. I would definitely buy this shoe again!

Basic shoe -
Nice basic "tennis" shoe. It's comfortable, but doesn't have a lot of arch support. Overall, I like the idea of the use of sustainable materials, and they're comfortable enough that I'd recommend buying this shoe.

Cute but OH SO UNCOMFORTABLE -
Unfortunately at age 49-I think I need more padding than these shoes give-the minute I put them on my feet hurt-they're very hard-I wore them for 2 days but couldn't bear to put them on after that!!

Super comfortable and very cute. These shoes look great with jeans. They run a little small though. I usually wear a size 8, but had to go up to an 8.5 in this style.

Cute shoes -
These shoes are really cute but not as comfortable as I would have hoped. I have bunions and a narrow heel and they tend to slip a little. There is not much padding in the inside, and I did get a little blister on my heel the first time I wore them for a day. With a little breaking in, they have been fine and I wore them happily and comfortably on a recent 4 day trip.

Great shoe! Very cute! Don't have great arch support but the sole is comfortable anyway. Did find that it ran a half size too small but a half size up is perfect!

Good for now, Great for the future -
Just got my new Simple shoes. They're great but the bottoms, which I know are made of some recycled materials, show some fabric thru the rubber. So once you wrap your mind around the fact that shoes made of post consumer materials will tend to show what they are made of they are great. Also Zappos shipping is awesome!

Super cute casual to business shoe. Maybe 1/2 size large? I normally wear a 10 and had to exchange for 9.5. Comfy solid shoe looks just as good in person as on the screen.

Inconsistent sizing -
I was excited to be getting these shoes since they looked great in pictures. I'm sending them back. The left one fits perfectly. The right on is obviously wider even just looking at it. It is way too big and even a different shape. Not nearly as cute on as in the picture. Not all that comfy either, especially for the price.

This is a really cute shoe. Everyone comments on them and especially point on the purple laces. There is no arch support but I use orthotics anyway so it's pretty comfortable for me.

I LOVE these shoes!!!
These shoes are so comfortable and a little more appropriate to wear to my office than say regular sneakers because they are suede. I work in a very casual environment, but even so my boss raises eyebrows at wearing sneakers to work...this pair got: "cute shoes".

All I wanted was a really unpretentious little canvas shoe to slide on at the beach and go well with a pair of shorts. This is perfect for that. Cute. Easy. HOWEVER, if the manufacturer is going to redesign them for next year, try coming up with the exact same style, only just a little trimmer around the toe box. When I look at my feet, they look like boats… these make my feet look huge. They ARE cute though. I don't think most people look at my feet from straight overhead, but more at an angle, so that allows me to wear them without feeling self conscious. Comfortable though.

Really cute boots. I purchased the blue Camo and it just goes with everything. Super comfy as usual with Ugg boots. They run a little big. I'm an 8.5 and ordered the 8 and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend these. Zappos is the only shoe store for me as they have the best selection and the return process is just so easy. Will start shopping for everything else here as well. Keep up the great job Zappos!

 |  | Tony, I would address you as sir, however, I just found out that not only are you younger than I, but we also wear the same uniform to work...T- shirt and jeans. So there will be no false formalities. I wanted to write and let you know how thrilled I was with my first Zappos experience. I purchased a couple pair of shoes online last Saturday evening in preparation for a trip to Ireland this Saturday. I wasn't sure if I should upgrade to the faster shipping option so I called the 24/7 helpline. I reached Kimberly, who advised me to go ahead and click "send" and she would adjust the shipping to "next day" at no extra charge. In doing this, she advised, we would still have time to make any changes should there be a problem with the shoes. I was expecting a Tuesday delivery and was amazed to have the shoes on my doorstep by 10:00 a.m. Monday morning. Wow! One pair didn't fit so well, so I called to see about returning them. I spoke with Karen, and once again was thrilled to speak with someone both friendly and knowledgeable. Incidentally, the shoes that I ordered in exchange, arrived on Wednesday. About half an hour ago I got a call from James asking if I had time to take a short survey concerning my Zappos experience. Needless to say, your company and people received top marks from me. The impression that I am left with after speaking to three different people is that your employees really care about pleasing the customer. The enthusiasm and sincerity to do right by me never felt scripted, false, or overzealous in any way, just real people actually wanting to help a real person.
