This shoe is very cute! The heel feels fairly high so after full day of wear my feet were hurting some. Felt a little big although other shoes I have bought this fall I had to go down a 1/2 size on as well.

Great Shoe -
I love this shoe with the exception of the tongue? You have to use a shoe horn flat so that it isn't bunched up. Very comfortable other than that.

I really like the looks of these shoes, but they are not comfortable at all. I wore them to a wedding and they killed my feet, but they looked good. Maybe after wearing them a couple more times they will be easier on my feet!

I love the shoe, but...
I absolutely loved this shoe, however, after having it for only 1 week, the heel broke completely off. I called the same day, and customer service was awesome. They shipped me out another pair same day with no charge, and didn't even ask me to send the broken ones back. I received them the very next day. They even offered to send me a different shoe; however, I loved them so much that I just re-ordered the same ones. Customer service at Zappos is the best!

Cute but painful - These shoes are adorable on, but they run a little large. The consequence of this is that the stitched-in tongue for the shoe, where the bow is, digs into the top of my foot. Wearable for a couple of hours, but then I have to take them off.

These are really cute shoes! There is something a bit weird about this shoe and it may affect whether you are comfortable in them or not. The shoe is designed as though it were a lace-up - which it isn't. There is actually a small tongue behind the bow. This rubs the top of my foot which makes them uncomfortable. Also, the way the shoe is made it feels like the heel is much higher than it is. But, I think this is pretty common for Bongo.

I was looking everywhere for a decently priced grey pump that was also CUTE. I thought I found what I was looking for when I ordered these shoes... I was wrong. They look okay when out of the box, but when I put them on, I was very disappointed. It looked like the kind of shoes that Minnie Mouse would wear, very big and clunky. I immediately returned them. Also, these shoes run a half to a full size too big.

Love this shoe!
I have owned the brown pair in this style for 2 years and love them! So when I saw the black pair, I decided to get them, too. They look great, fit great, and last long. I would definitely recommend them.

Not for everyday wear!
These shoes are very comfortable for that kind of heel, but I've been wearing them 2-3 times a week all day and they are fraying on the sides! The weave is stretching and it's popping out from the seams, which is very unattractive. Also, I had to replace the bottom of the heel after 3 days of walking on the street - it completely worn off! So I would highly recommend these, but prepare to take some care of these long-term if you are going to wear them every day.

Pretty, but somewhat uncomfortable -
These shoes are stylish and good looking. However, the braided top portion and wrapped ring dig into the top of your foot if you do any substantial walking.

This is a big hit -
I love this shoe so much. They go so well with my brown slacks. The fit is very comfortable. I wish the heel was a little shorter as I can be very clumsy when walking but I can manage this heel. I recommend highly.

I really like these for work. Only one small thing. The straps do not stay up very well. I wear lots of ankle stray shoes. These have to be very tight to stay up.

Cute but ouch!
At first glance you fall in love with these affordable and cute shoes. Once they arrive and try them on... such a disappointment. The fit is terrible. I had to return them once for a bigger size; they run really small. There is no flex in the hard sole so it strange walking in them. I kept them because they are so cute and with tights they feel fine.

I bought these at a thrift store, and I can see why the previous owner gave them away! Walking around on carpet, they seem comfortable, but if you have to do any walking outside, they will shred your feet in a matter of minutes. Most uncomfortable shoe I've ever owned. The whole platform is totally inflexible and the shoe has no "give" anywhere, making it feel like you're clomping around with blocks of wood for feet. Ugh!

Stylish, but a little uncomfortable...
I have a wide foot and bought this shoe because it was stylish but looked roomy. I found it to be a bit of a tight squeeze. However if you have a B width foot you should be fine. It is not jet black shoe as I expected, more of an ashy black. The platform makes the heel height comfortable. This shoe is nice with forward fashion items.

Horribly uncomfortable -
These look cute and felt okay at very first. Wore them to work. Huge mistake. Was practically crying on the way home they hurt so much. Leather is much too stiff -- no give at all. As feet naturally swell during the day they dug in like a knife. I put them directly in the giveaway bag after one day of wear.

I bought this shoe a half size bigger thinking it would fit and it didn't, but it was really cushy and padded. I think if it had fit it would have been very comfortable to walk around in.
