Overall Rating:
Comfortable but a little loose. I would suggest putting in a heel liner or an insole. Otherwise, this shoe is really cute!

 |  | I am not easily impressed, but I must say you just completely bowled me over with your service. Late yesterday evening I ordered a pair of shoes online and selected the free, standard delivery. I felt comfortable doing that because every time I've ordered shoes from you, they've always arrived well before the projected delivery date anyway. I checked my e-mail from work a few minutes ago and found an e-mail from Zappos telling me that you had upgraded the shipping on my order at no extra charge to me. I found another e-mail notifying me that my order had shipped. I decided to check the tracking number to find out when my order would now be arriving with the upgraded shipping only to find that my order had already been delivered to my door at approximately 9:30 AM this morning! Order to delivery in about 12 hours time?! My chin nearly hit my desk. Absolutely incredulous!!! You guys give customer service a whole new meaning... I've found none that can even begin to compare.
