I called about the shoes I was looking at, New Balance Mr1011, cause I have a bigger than normal foot – size 15 with a really wide foot. lol. The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY helpful!!! And if I remembered her name I would say that your company needs to give her a raise, but since I can’t, give everyone there a raise! You guys ROCK! I have ordered from this company before and I came back because I knew for sure you guys had to have a shoe for me. Sure enough, you guys did. I can always count on this company. Every time I need shoes, I’m hittin you guys up first thing! OH! And the shipping! Holy mother of all things good! I ordered yesterday, and I got them about 15 mins ago! And they fit wonderful!
