<b>All about Betseyville Shoes and Betseyville Handbags
Betsey Johnson officially stormed onto the fashion scene in the 1960’s. She spent more than a decade designing for other labels before deciding to branch out on her own and create the world renowned Betsey Johnson label. Following years of successful high-end handbag, footwear and clothing lines she decided to diversify, and create Betseyville handbags and Betseyville footwear, which still showcased her signature style however at a lower price point.
In 2003, while on vacation in Mexico, Betsey Johnson bought a magical little hotel. It turned into a dream vacation home used for visits and a source of inspiration; she named it “Betseyville.” A year later the impact of the culture and surroundings influenced her decision to create a new handbag line and subsequently named it after her new found sanctuary, Betseyville. At that time Betseyville handbags was created with the same whimsical idea as the original Betsey Johnson handbag line. Due to the great success seen by the handbag line, Betseyville footwear collection was recently introduced.
Besteyville handbag and Betseyville footwear collections are both founded on the principals that Betsey Johnson herself created; to “brighten up and bring the wearer to life… drawing attention to her beauty and specialness…her moods and movements… her dreams and fantasies.”

My 19-year old daughter was wishing for a Betsey Johnson bag more than anything else. For her birthday, I ordered the Pretty in Plaid/pink handbag. First of all, the shipment arrived quickly. The bag looks just like the picture on-line; the barrel size is big enough to hold her "stuff", but not too big to find things inside. She was delighted with the bag. There was a great selection of Betsey Johnson handbags on Zappos to choose from, so it was hard to narrow down our choice. For a designer bag, both the product and the price were good. We are both pleased with our purchase.

I love these shoes. I first saw them online at Journey's but I was in debate over whether or not to get them. When I went back they were gone. I did some searching high and low to find them and when I did I bought them. I absolutely love them. They are comfortable and absolutely adorable. I love looking at them and wearing them. I bought the white/red ones because they are different then another black pair of shoes and I have had a million compliments. I couldn't be happier with them.

I love these boots! I'd been looking for some black suede slouch boots with a little extra kick, and these hit the mark and then some. They're just the right height, and I have slim calves so for me they're perfect, even with my jeans tucked in. I was a bit worried that the black patent straps might be too gaudy, but they're not at all, and the hardware is very present yet not overbearing. They pull on and off easily even though I usually look for boots with zippers, and they're very comfy, but being flat they don't have any arch support. I'm used to that since I wear flat or low shoes all the time so it's fine. All in all, I couldn't be more thrilled. Zappos rocks!

Betseyville Betsey's Sweetheart Large Hobo. I have this bag in pink, and it's quite pretty. It has tons of room for everything I need. Even with all the things I carry, there is still plenty of room left. The two pockets on the front are convenient. I've always loved Betsey Johnson's attention to detail, and this bag is no exception. I love the big heart buttons on the front, and I love the little roses sewn onto the straps. I like everything about this purse.

I am typically so not an animal-print person, but I recently spotted this cheeky handbag in a department store, and just smiled. Made of a sturdy quilted cotton fabric, this bag is kind of a whimsical take on real leather animal-print handbags, which remind me of, eek, dead animals on a strap! Lightweight to carry, roomy, fashionable, and doesn't require a second mortgage to afford. I ordered the "natural" color from VIP Zappos. Received the bag the next day. Betsey & Zappos rock the jungle!

I love the look of this bag, but wasn't too happy with the sparkly pieces on the outside of the bag. I ordered this bag in red, but as I was looking at it, I realized that the sparkly red pieces on the outside of the bag fall off very easily. I had red pieces all over my bed. I liked the bag a lot, but I didn't want to spend that kind of money for something that was going to go from red and black to all black in a matter of a few days. So I returned it for a refund. Maybe if you got this bag in black, you wouldn't notice the sparkles falling off so much!

I am obsessed with Betseyville handbags, and when I saw this tote, I had to have it (well, I have to have every handbag I see). I purchased the strawberry and have received many compliments on it! It is kind of on the smaller side, but it still fits in a couple magazines, my wallet, keys, etc. nicely. I love the nail print lining and the detachable coin purse is to die for. Love!

So fruity! I brought this bag with me on my honeymoon and it was very convenient. The wide bottom and multiple pockets were useful. My only problem with the look is I think the silver stripe over the outside pocket is silly-looking, but I'm being picky. Love those orange slices on the front and the pattern is so cute! Perfect for a tropical vacation or anytime you need to just rock the fruit!

Wow these shoes are wonderful to look at and comfortable for the first few hours...but beware like any 4 inch heel shoes they will hurt after a couple of hours on your feet...but let me tell you theyu are worth every penny!

Cute, cute, cute. I only wear flats and cannot get enough black ones that are fun and kicky. These are fun with the studs and quilted stitching in white contrast. I’m ramped up for compliments on these. Fit fine, but little support. Probably not for all day.

These shoes are sooo cute! First time I wore them, I got so many compliments! The heel was a little higher than expected but they are so comfortable so the height was not an issue. Love, love, love Zappos! It’s the only way to go when shopping for shoes! You have a huge selection!! Easy website! No hassle to return shoes (which doesn't happen very often).
