Walking Shoes -
I like the double hook and loop and the comfort is great, but after wearing and walking every morning, I am running the heel over on the left shoe and the outside material is peeling off. This shoe is not worth half what it sells for.

Her Smile Says It All -
It has always been difficult to find shoes that fit my sister's short and wide feet. However, these shoes brought smiles to her face when she slipped them on. The Velcro fastener straps are convenient, and the rubber soles provide the comfort that she needs. The wide toe box fits her beautifully-no cramped toes. These shoes fit so well: I have already ordered her two more pairs of shoes-athletic and sandals. Before, all I could do was find shoes at SAS; however, you have allowed us to find extremely comfortable shoes that are also attractive and age appropriate.

Great fit especially for wide feet - These shoes are super cute (I wear them with capris and short little dresses). I typically wear a wide, but was able to just get a regular size and they fit just fine.

The shoe is very comfortable. It looks good from the sides and the front, but I find the back detracts a lot from the overall appearance. I think that if they could have rounded out the back, like the front, then it would be a great shoe.

How long will they last?
I like the look and feel of my Aetrex Cross Trainer. I will be curious to see how long they last. It seems like shoes don't last six months any more. If they are still comfortable in six months they will get an overall 5 stars.

Not to be bought online -
I buy a lot of shoes and sneakers on Zappos, but for this shoe I say, "Sorry Zappos, but buy it in a store." I bought this shoe online, but the "Mozaic™ Customization" really needs to be done professionally in a store because they use a tool to see where the pressure points are. This is what it says in the box. Doing it on your own correctly is nearly impossible.

I ordered these because they came in the right size (5EE) and were not a sneaker. To my surprise they look better in person than on the web-site. They are comfortable and accommodate my orthotics. I wish they were a tiny bit deeper but even so, they are quite comfortable. I replaced the laces that are quite stiff, with stretch ones. Thanks Zappos, for providing great variety for us with hard to fit feet!

The strap is supposed to stay put with velcro, and it often becomes unattached. Also, the heel is a little lower than I expected. Otherwise, it is very comfortable and attractive.

The best for high arches -
This shoe is unbelievable. I am six feet tall, 170-180 lbs, a neutral runner with high arches. These are the best I have ever had. I highly recommend them from experience. They will last longer than other shoes too. Very comfy!

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I have bunions and a neuroma and, for me, the shoe was roomy enough for everything including orthodics. Plus, I also wanted a good looking shoe. These fit the bill. They have the youthful look I wanted in a comfort shoe.

Very Comfortable!
I have foot problems and this shoe is not a really rocker sole which is too awkward to walk in but perfect to keep the foot supported, aligned and cushioned. I have tried many leading brands and find this to be a perfect shoe for me. Your customer service rep was very helpful in steering me to this shoe which is considered therapeutic. Just what my doctor suggested.

Good Looking Comfortable Shoe -
This shoe was much better than expected. I have wide, short feet with a high instep (not true what they say about men with short feet ;-) so finding a shoe I can wear all day long is tough.
Ecco has been the only manufacturer to consistently deliver until now. But Aetrex is just as good. These shoes look great, are available in wide sizing, and provide excellent arch support without breaking my in-step.

Great shoe for casual and dress -
This shoe is wonderful. It felt right from the first time I put it on. My custom orthotics fit wonderfully in them by using only the very thin removable insole. They look cute with dress pants, skirts, and capris. Very stylish and comfortable. I am so glad that I found Zappos for offering shoes with removable insoles.

Awesome Aetrex -
I have flat feet with bunions, and hammer toes on both feet. Although I have been active in weight lifting and stationary cardio for several years, I have been unable to add running to my fitness repertoire because I have not been able to find running shoes that fit me properly. The Aetrex Boss Runner have allowed me to run comfortably with no spinal or foot discomfort for the first time in my life! Now I can step up my fitness level and become the runner I want to be!

Get with it!!
GET OVER MUSHY RUNNING SHOES! Your life as a runner will be much longer with stable footwear. Yes, I too love the mush soft springie shoes out there, but eventually you WILL end up with hip, knee or back problems running with those. These may not be a "fun" shoe, but I am a healthier, fit, better runner with them and will NEVER buy another running shoe. If you really want runner's longevity, give up the bouncing mush shoe for a shoe that will save your future.

Love Zappos. My husband wears a large size. Most of our local stores do not carry 14's. I can get them from Zappos, delivery is Great. The walker is a good looking shoe, very comfortable and size is true to size.

Excellent shoe! Run a little narrow. Had to get a size wider. Can’t say enough about the service from Zappos. Called in to tell them the first pair was too narrow, they sent the next size wider, and I received them in less than 24 Hrs!

The perfect shoe... finally!
This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Fantastic support and perfect wide (9-2E) shoe for those who have a hard time finding comfortable wide shoes.
