After working out of the basement of the Mizrahi brother’s retail shop in New York, they finally revealed their collection to the public in 1989. Perlina handbags were designed to be attractive, top quality with some of the softest leather in the business, and most important of all is that the handbags were reasonably priced. With the company doing so well, the Mizrahi brothers made the decision to add footwear to their collection.

I fell in love with these shoes, and then they showed up! They are even more beautiful not because of looks but because they are soooo comfortable. The heel is the right height and the leather is super soft. I'm an Esthetician and I like the stand when giving a facial. I can work all day in these and I was happy at the end of the day or to say, my feet were. I'm very happy with these perfect!!!!!! little shoes.

Great Bag!
This is a great bag, well made, as you would expect from Perlina. Just the right size, not too big or small. Very slender and flat, so it will not hold a wallet, but there are credit card slots and it easily holds lipstick, comb, etc. I took it to a wedding and it was just dressy enough and is so classic I will be able to use it for years to come.

Beautiful shoe -
I wore these to a wedding. Should have sent back for smaller size but had pads to modify. Put pad under toe area and in heel. Ended up very comfortable and it probably worked out better since feet swell during hours of wearing! Appropriate for probably all seasons too.

I was looking for a bag that had a short strap as I do not like carrying a bag on my shoulder because that is bad for one's posture. The leather in this bag is very soft and it is very good looking. The zipper is a little hard to work at times--doesn't always slide smoothly.

Almost perfect -
This shoe is so pretty and so comfortable. The only problem is I can't keep them on my feet. The heal keeps sliding off, I do have somewhat narrow heals, so others might not have this problem. My feet are a little wide across the toes and I did not feel squeezed in this shoe.

This bag is a good choice for travelers. The top and back zipped compartment are a bit awkward to access, but are adequate for storage. You need small hands. I'm five feet tall, so I had the strap shortened to wear it on my shoulder and touch my hip. Otherwise it was too long. I like the choice of using the shoulder strap or the handle. This handbag forces you to be organized!

So comfortable and so pretty -
I bought to cognac color. I thought it would be a bright orange but they are muted orange color, which is perfect. They are very comfortable. I can wear them all day without feeling tired. The color goes with almost any outfit. The color of the shoe can be used as a neutral. I am very happy with these shoes.

Really love the comfort of the shoes, especially the arch support padding. I don't normally wear shoes with arch support, and so was pleasantly surprised by how good it feels. I give it four stars because I feel that the bands are a bit too wide. I am keeping the shoes because I like the tortoise embellishment.

These look interesting and classy in the photos, but in real life and on the foot, they are ugly as can be. The point at which the two straps interlock one another stands up awkwardly. I ordered the silver, and the silver of the platform looks cheap and overly shiny. The description says they have a "suede lined insole," so I expected leather. It's not a leather footbed--it's yucky, imitation stuff. What they lack in looks, they certainly don't make up for in comfort. They are stiff and don't seem to bend with the feet at all when you walk. I would recommend avoiding these, if you prefer shoes that are comfortable and flatter your foot.

Comfy but conservative - I needed a pair of comfortable shoes I can run around in for work. These are great, although the look is a little conservative for me. The only other issue I have is that my heel keeps slipping out of the back. Otherwise the fit is perfect.

So far so good -
I got this shoe in the blue which is a really nice color; I sort of want to collect them all. I am super picky about shoes being comfortable, and so far wearing them around the house, they have been great. Also I've had knee surgery and they (so far) don't put pressure on my knee. They are very cute and have a distinct retro feel. The sizing felt right. There isn't quite enough padding the arch but I'm not sure I mind that, and I think it could be remedied by one of those arch insert things.

Pretty & Fairly Comfortable -
I ordered this shoe in gold to go with a metallic trimmed dress for a wedding and now that I am re-thinking my outfit, I may not keep the shoes. How often does one need a gold shoe? Anyway, the shoes are pretty comfortable for a tall heel because they have a cushy footbed -- not exactly a pillowy arch support, but not hard and flat. As with some sling backs, I do not feel I will slide off, and the heel is substantial enough to feel solid (doesn't wobble like a spike heel) while also being stylish. If I return them, I may trade for another, more useful color in the same style. I think this is a really cute shoe and it looks good on, even making my size 10s look smaller. Despite the heel height, my toes are comfortable and do not jamb up. Delivery service was practically overnight, so Zappos is my main go-to shoe source.
