My family just realized today that we should have been buying our shoes from you all along, and my dad recently told me about a news segment on how great your company is to its employees! I just want to say that your policies are great and I can't believe a company is so customer friendly. Free shipping (and you gave me an upgrade for free!), free returns for a YEAR, and the fastest delivery I've ever heard of. I've never felt the need to tell a company they were fabulous, but you guys are FABULOUS! You make life so much easier than having to drive all over creation to find a shoe store with the shoes we want. Again, thank you!
