My son just received this jacket. It is stylish, warm, comfortable, all a kid needs and wants. The cost is a little more than many, but well worth it as the craftsmanship is out of this world and the details (special spyder buttons, snaps, etc.) are awesome. This won't be the last Spyder jacket we buy and since I have 3 boys at home, they can certainly expect more of my business!

Excellent Purchase -
My son is just finishing his third year with this jacket. It is his "on the slopes", every day to school, playing in the back yard, and in the woods camping jacket. Throw it in the wash (hang dry)and it looks like a million bucks again. He is never cold in it, and loves it. We are now looking for a bigger size and a different color, but he wants the same jacket. The quality of craftsmanship and construction is top notch. He loved his so much, that dad went out and got his own Spyder. I love mine also. Most stuff you find today is junk. This is an excellent purchase.

Very well made jacket, nicely sewn, good quality zippers/snaps/velcro. My son says it's the most comfortable jacket he's had (has owned Spyder jackets in the past). Used everyday and for skiing. Nice selection of pockets that are easy to open and close with gloves. Keeps the snow out. Stays water repellent even after careful cold washing. Still looks new after many washes (hung to dry, no dryer). I think the jacket is worth the extra expense.

Great Jacket!
Having purchased this jacket for my eight year old grandson as a combination Christmas/birthday gift, I admit I was skeptical of spending this much money on a child's jacket.
However, it's extremely well made, and should keep him warm and dry in blustery Chicago. Plus, he was just thrilled with it. I have to agree it's a very sharp looking “cool " jacket.
I am not a believer that kids should have everything they want, but in this case it worked out just fine. Expensive, but worth the money. Mom should be able to resell it at good value when he has outgrown it.
As usual, Zappos came through with extraordinary service. I was so happy to find just what I needed in the right size. The jacket was here in less than 24 hours. Plenty early for the Birthday boy's visit. Thanks yet again, Zappos!

This jacket was purchased for my grandson's 14th birthday. He saw this jacket in a local ski shop but they didn't have his size in the blue, he described this jacket to a tee and we were able to find on your web site.
