I bought two pairs of these shoes for my identical twin boys who run competition cross country in high school. They both felt that the shoes gave them better support and because they are so light and slim line added to their speed. They both broke their personal records at state sectionals the first time they wore them. They are both very pleased.

Fantastic shoes. All three of my boys are wearing these for cross country this year. Fast, light but with good support and more comfortable than most spikes. And, as always, the Zappos customer service and delivery was incredible.

These are not good shoes for running at all. They fit loose and are pretty heavy. They're more for looks. I've worn them about a dozen times now and they still don't feel the least bit broken in. I learned my lesson and will probably stick with Asics for comfort.

These sneakers feel like bedroom slippers on my feet. There is plenty of wiggle toe room and the cushioning is just right for my gym workouts. I had ordered these and Nike Shox but the Nike were tight and rather uncomfortable on the soles and I don\'t have the patience to wear them until they give a little. I much preferred the comfort-right-out-the box Pumas.

This shoe looks good. 5 stars for that, but this shoe is narrow, even if you get a size larger than what you normally wear, which is highly recommended for this pair. I wear a 9.5 and decided to get a size 10.5. So the foot length was okay in this regard, but the foot width still constricts the foot. I will return this. Zappos service gets 10 stars, though.

Great shoes! I've always been an Asics girl, but I thought I'd try something new, and I'm glad I did. I do have narrow feet so these shoes fit perfectly and the arch support is excellent. Great looking shoe, too! I get compliments on them all the time. Great mix of girly and rugged. Definitely worth the money.

I would follow everyone's recommendation to order at least a half size above your regular size. I have a wide foot and I probably should have ordered a full size up. I can wear them and they are comfortable (four stars) at a half size above my regular though. My advice: order a full size over. I was so excited at how cool these shoes are when they arrived, I put them through the wringer on Phoenix's own trail 100. Consequently; they are not "in their original condition" for return. They are light shoes, and wear well to be sure.

Not as interesting in person as on the site. They have a strange, pointy look and feel at the tip which doesn't really show up as much on the pictures. I had also ordered a pair of Adidas that were so so cool that I think it threw a bit of a shadow on these. Color was okay, but a little too much after looking at if for a day or two.

This is a super cute shoe! I love the colors! However, I returned them do to the fact that the toe part is really pointy. I read other reviews that stated the same thing but I thought I'd try them out anyway, no luck. Other than that they were awesome.

First pair of Pumas I've ever owned. I've been running for years and mostly buy Brooks. Have also had Saucony and tried Reebok. This shoe fits true to size. Good comfort. I have a normal stride, high arches, and weigh around 190 lbs. The jury is still out on this shoe. They hurt my feet a little in the heel, but I think it has more to do with using a completely different shoe. I did notice that the bottom of the shoe has come loose, slightly. I still like the shoe; may consider buying another pair.

Like a glove. Overall this is a great shoe. Fits like a glove, a bit on the tight side for me but that is usually the case for me in Puma. Also runs small, I ordered an 11 and had to exchange for a 12 I am usually a 10 1/2 or 11 in other brands. I will use these just for hanging out, but I felt tempted to use them for indoor soccer. Great job Puma!

These shoes make you go faster and are formed to propel you as you run. They have a lot of room and fantastic cushion in the toe box. They are so comfy I have been known to clean the house in them so my feet don\'t get tired out on the hardwood floors. Definitely worth a try, you will love them. And let\'s admit, the pink is too cute.

Didn't work for me.
When I tried them on in the store, they felt amazing. And different. Upon heading home, I threw them on again to jog a bit around the house. Within the first mile, the front half of my foot felt numb. Plenty of amazing cushion/support in the rear of the shoe, but the front was lacking. Ultimately, I returned them.

I'm not a big fan of Puma. I bought it because I'm a huge Chicago Bears fan. Our team colors are Blue and orange, so the shoe works for me. I was surprised at how nice the shoe feels to walk in. I would not use this to run in. I got it for the color . It's an okay shoe. If I were to run, I run in Nike.

Very Stylish! Have received several compliments on the looks of them. I have normal width feet and they run very narrow especially in the toes area. They are also a half size short. I ordered a half size bigger and my toes were still crammed! Good for style, not for everyday wear over trail like terrain.

These shoes look great! I have had many compliments on them from girls and guys alike. I originally bought them in my true size (10.5), but they were too small so I went to an 11.0 and thought that would do it. I wore these for a few weeks and developed a painful spot on my left pinky toe. These shoes taper too quickly towards the toe, crunching your toes. I should have ordered a size 11.5 as these are still too small. My friend wears a size 9.5 and I gave him my 10.5 pair and they fit him perfect. Just be warned to get a size bigger in these or you will feel pain.

These shoes are good for racing or tempo runs in practice. They are and feel very light and still give some cushioning. I also just wear them to work sometimes and they are very comfy...but if you just plan on some jogging or slower running dont buy them...there are better shoes for that :). I can just say for what I do with them (road races/tempo runs) these shoes are perfect; and they fit even on my very wide feet. :)

PUMA Complete Tenos VI Wn's | PUMA Complete Tenos VI Wn's 2009-06-27 09:00:12
Reviewer:Bonnie M.
from Columbus, OH Overall Rating:
The Tenos VI is the third incarnation of this model of shoe that I have bought. I have wide, flat feet and am a pronater, meaning I'm hard to fit. I got my first Tenos (Tenos I, I believe) at the Puma trade booth at the trade fair at the 2004 Boston Marathon, and they were heaven. I'm not a runner, unlike my husband, so I used them as walking and general street shoes. They wore well and lasted much longer than the usual six months. When they finally wore out, I subsequently replaced them with three pair of Tenos II online at Zappos in 2005 and 2006 (which I wore out one pair at a time) because I had trouble finding Tenos at most stores--they were either bought out, or else not ordered in bulk, I'm not sure which. In May 2009, I ordered a pair of Tenos VI (not sure how I missed the II, IV, and V models, which apparently came and went fairly quickly.) I just wore the VI model on a two-week vacation, and I must say that I'm a little disappointed. They seem a bit narrower than their predecessors, and when I tie them with my customary snugness, they cut off my circulation at the top of my foot a bit, which has never happened before. Also, I suffer a lot more foot fatigue when I wear them all day than I did with the previous models. They somehow seem less sturdy in the foot bed than their predecessors. Perhaps they are being made with lesser (read "cheaper") materials now? I don't know. Given that my feet are admittedly hard to fit, I will probably try the Tenos VII in time, but if the problems I've noted with the Tenos VI persist, the VIIs will probably be my last try with this model. I'm sorry about that, because I can't emphasize how much I loved the Tenos II. They were sheer heaven to wear. I wish Puma would revert to the way they made the Tenos II--I would be a happy camper!

I'm stationed overseas and exercising is a must. The terrain is mostly dirt and gravel. The shoes fit very well; they're nice and snug. The soles have great grip for the terrain, but they are very thin. The reflectors are great for running at night when it's cooler outside. All in all, they're a great shoe for all-terrain use.

 | | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old sons day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boys and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best. I know when youre a kid you don't want to wait for new shoes, now my son knows you don't have to. Nancy N. | | ~ Nancy N., September 23 2009
