The shoes are beautiful, but after wearing them for sometime, I thought that it would fit better; it doesn't. It does not fit like a 5.5 size.

These sandals are everything others have posted. Just great overall! The leather straps are very comfortable and soft, as is the suede pillow footbed. They do run wide, as other reviewers mentioned, so the 9 med was perfect for my usually 9 W feet. I ordered the 9 W, just in case, and ended returning them since my foot slipped forward right out of them. Since the straps are soft leather, I was concerned they would stretch out and be too wide. But I've worn them 20+ times this summer, and they have not stretched out at all and still fit perfectly. I have the Tuscany color, and find they go perfect with so many outfits, capris, dresses, shorts, jeans. They can be dressed up or down. If I didn't already buy white and black sandals in a local store, I'd be buying Softspots Sybil in those colors too. They style is so versatile. If I were to say anything negative, it would be that the soft suede footbed has started to bunch up a bit between my toes and ball of my foot. But it neither shows while wearing them, nor does it bother me. These sandals have become the mainstay of my summer wardrobe. Zappos is the best to deal with! I'm so glad I found them and have told many friends about this great site. :)

I tried 3 different sizes and it just didn't work for me. The arch didn't hit me in the right place. I like the look and have had Softspots before so I will try another style.

This is the 2nd pair I have purchased. I wore my first one non-stop since October 2005. To last 3 years with my killer feet will vouch for its durability. Comfort is supreme. A must have if you have wide feet.

The Softspots Tatianna shoes that I recently ordered are exactly as advertised. They are comfortable and so attractive, and they go with many different outfits. The wedge heels offer more stability than skinny little heels, and yet feel better than completely flat heels. I would recommend these shoes to others. Thanks also for such good service.

These are awesome flips. Very sturdy with pretty decent support (for flips). Others felt that they ran a little small and at first I thought the same, but after one or two outings in them, they felt like they were custom made for me! Don't hesitate...buy them! Zappos is awesome!!!

Great shoe!
Got it in white (8.5WW). Was worried I'd fall out of them, because I'm not used to high heels with no back strap. These are great -- I don't slide forward and I don't fall off the back. Comfortable, dressy, and would have bought the black too, if they'd had it!

Great dress shoes! I have black and white, both. Excellent comfort, great size (8.5WW) and nice looking. They feel a bit 'tippy' at first because the heel is narrow, but I got used to it pretty quickly. (I still wouldn't want to have to run in them!)

My favorite bronze shoes! Although these shoes run a little large, I took advantage of Zappos friendly policy and had two different sizes sent to me, and am I ever glad I did! These shoes are comfortable and cute too! And I have a size 11-12 foot. I recommend ordering a size smaller than usual in this style. In a different pair of Softspots, I had to go a size larger. So, just keep trying and you'll be happy you did.

I love this shoe, and it goes with everything in my closet practically. It is a great color (gold). I'm a teacher and I am on my feet all day long. This shoe has been very comfortable. It did not need a "break-in" period at all. I wore them all day long right out of the box. I typically wear Steve Madden shoes and Nine West on the weekends, so I don't like matronly looking comfort shoes. This shoe is the perfect work shoe for comfort and style.

These are very comfortable shoes - lots of toe room and cushy insole. The leather is soft and doesn't rub toes. The fit is true to size, with a comfortable heel height. Wore them all day with no problems! Great shoe! Really cute with jeans, too.

Loved the Softspots Sybil -
This is the first time I purchased a Softspots shoe. I'm so glad this was it. They fit well, had a great color and I was able to wear them immediately. I walked at least a mile in them each day for several days. They looked great with slacks or dresses/skirts. The leather "squeaked" a little, but it wasn't bothersome.

I think I've found the perfect dress shoe for my problem feet. They felt totally comfortable from the moment I slipped them on & look great. This is my first purchase from Zappos.com and I am very pleased. The shoe is attractive, extremely comfortable, and fits well. I wear a 10WW and have difficulty finding shoes that accommodate my feet when they swell. These shoes have plenty of give to them and are extremely cushiony. I highly recommend.

I needed to have a comfortable, but nice shoe/sandal to wear while on a business trip/vacation. This shoe was almost perfect. I had to order a 1/2 size smaller than normal, so it was a bit uncomfortable after several hours of walking - but I think if I had been able to get the correct size - the shoe would have been perfect. I wore the shoe walking around town, but it was nice enough to wear to business-casual meetings.

Great shoe for women with not so great feet.
I am tall (5' 11"), plus size, wear a size 11 shoe, and usually get blisters pretty easily. Needless to say, I rarely wear heels because they usually hurt my feet too much, but I desperately wanted a stylish and feminine looking heel to wear to work. These shoes are perfect! The heel is modest (1.5 inches) and thick, which reduces the strain on my knees, but it is still high enough to look feminine and classy. The insole is incredibly soft and comfortable, which eliminates any pain or blisters I get on the soles of my feet. I highly recommend this shoe for those of you who have sensitive feet, but really want to wear those cute shoes that every other woman has!

I found this to be a very comfortable shoe with a great cushiony footbed. I have constant swelling of my ankle after reconstructive surgery and these shoes made my ankle look more "normal". Also love the adjustable cross strap. Love this shoe - bought two pair.

Not the quality I expect from Softspots -
I have owned a few pairs of this brand of shoes in the past, some good, some average. Overall this has been a pretty reliable brand for comfortable, modest shoes that still have a little style to them. These shoes do not have much support. They are very big in the heel - I have wide feet, but these are too wide even for me (and I bought my normal size). The arches tend to flare out like you would find in a cheaper shoe. Not good. They are not particularly sturdy-feeling - again, it feels like wearing a much cheaper shoe. They really don't look all that great in person. I bought these in black and they just don't have the look of a quality shoe. Not impressed.
