Very cute!
Love the look of this sandal but it does run slim for a "narrow" (filled in footbed size), would have preferred to order the regular (open footbed size) in this style/color. Still LUV 'em & will take the extra effort to break them in gently by wearing around the house w/socks.

I was already a huge fan of Birkenstocks...
I have lots of pairs of Birkenstocks and I find them to be my "comfort standard" - if I wear my Birkis to the store to try on other shoes, the new ones almost never measure up. The comfort footbed is outstanding...it meant absolutely no "break-in" time for me. I also like the style - the two-narrow-straps is my favorite look because it's a little less chunky, a bit sleeker...makes my wide feet look less square! I do wear WW, but the footbed fits fine and if I put the buckles on the loosest position there is no problem. I have to add that Zappos is a amazing shoe store...incredible selection, fair prices and generous shipping/return policy.

The size difference compared to cork Birkenstocks -
These sandals are just beautiful but too bad they are a bit narrower and shorter than my regular Birkenstock size! Having flat feet has caused my feet to grow a little weirdly so I have this bone on the side of my foot that curves out a little too much. With the regular width in Birkenstock, there is enough room width-wise for my weird bone to plant itself comfortably into the footbed and I expected the same in these Birki's until I tried them on. Because these Birki's are narrower, my bone nudges against the edge of the footbed on the inside under the first strap, so it causes some discomfort. These sandals are also a bit too short and because my toes are longer on the left foot, my big toe now sticks out of the rim of the toe area which looks a bit weird as well (I had no problems with cork Birkenstocks). Luckily, this footbed is made of a softer material than the traditional cork so having my big toe on the rim doesn't hurt me! Last thing is the arch support seems a little toned down compared to Birkenstocks. There seems to be no break-in time necessary. If only these sandals were cut exactly like the traditional Birkenstocks then they would be a great alternative if you want to wear them around water!!

Great for my problem feet -
I inherited these from my mom because she accidentally purchased the size too small. What a stroke of luck! I have Morton's Neuroma in each foot, and I also have exceptionally high arches. These not only support my arches, but they also provide relief from the nerve pain. I had the deep transverse ligament released in my right foot three weeks ago in an attempt to relieve pressure and shrink the neuroma. These shoes feel so wonderful! They are the perfect solution to my recuperation problem! I needed something that was presentable enough to wear to work but still gave me the space and support I needed to heal. I have them in army green and I seriously would wear them every day if they went with my outfit. (The only other shoes I can tolerate right now are Haflinger Grizzly Wool clogs, which aren't exactly appropriate for May.) These shoes saved the day!

Is what I hear almost everytime I wear them. I am into dachshunds so I wear these shoes as I walk the dog...too cute. They are NOT high quality, but for walking the dog, running errands, etc they are great. And obviously they are not designed for black-tie affairs, :)

SO Disappointed!
I LOVE Birkenstocks. I have about 15 pairs of sandals, but no clogs, so I thought I'd give them a try. OMG! I couldn't even get the straps shut. How disappointing. These are definitely not for folks with wide or "tall" feet!

Been cookin for almost 15yrs, and I have had 3 pairs now. Great shoe for kitchen, I just wish the price would stop goin up. I have bought the shoe for less money from European companies. Fortunately you can get them quicker from Zappos.

Passion brown CUTE, CUTE!
I ordered these on Wednesday night and received them the next day! Thank you Zappos! These are very cute and will go with lots of my autumn colored wardrobe. Fit great and are comfortable right out of the box. They look great with pants, capris, just about everything. Highly recommend!

As most Birki's, this shoe is kind of ugly, but really cute all at once. It is a great slip on if you want more coverage than a sandal. If you are a size narrow, this shoe is not the narrow that you can get in the sandals. it only comes in one width, but I still bought it to wear for a casual look.

The worst fitting shoes ever -
I purchased 2 of these to ensure the correct size. They run small, and quite narrow. I wore them around the yard and they hurt my feet after about an hour. I wore them to work, where I am on my feet for about 12 hours, and by the 6th hour, I took them off, they hurt my feet soooooo bad, caused blisters. They now remain in the back of the closet, because even when I attempt to wear them around the house they are very uncomfortable.

Not for narrow feet.
I just ordered these Birkenstocks bases on the online reviews saying that they were narrow. I wear a AA, and these shoes were not nearly narrow enough for me. I probably could have moved the buckle on the two straps that had one so that they would have worked, but the strap without a buckle didn't touch my foot. It stood about a half-inch to an inch away from my foot. Maybe if I had a higher instep it they would have worked for me. I love Birkinstocks, but I have only owned one pair that actually fit. I've had several, but have never worn them much because they were all too wide. The one pair that I have that did fit, I've completely worn out. I've probably walked over 200 miles in them. I love, love, love them. I just wish that I could find another pair narrow enough. I've also tried Mephisto, and while they are narrower, they are also much heavier. Don't wear that pair either. I guess I'll keep looking.

Zappos did it again!
Thank you Zappos for the fast shipping. I ordered these shoes at 9 pm Tues. night and received them Wed. early afternoon. These are the cutest sandals I have ever bought. It’s great to see Birkenstock make sandals like this for toddlers. It is hard to find a casual sandal that doesn't go between the toes, but yet not so girly looking either.

My perfect shoe, fits my lifestyle comfortably!
Easy on, easy off, my first requirement. Waterproof, a necessity here in the PacNW, and very comfortable.
In my case I got the next size larger to get a comfortable fit. The std width is fine for me.

Great Kitchen Shoes -
I bought these when my Danskos wore out. I'd rate both at about equally comfortable, I'm fine in the Bakery doing a 10-12 hour shift in these, and my legs don't start to get tired, or my feet to ache.
These are more stable for me to walk in, the Danskos, with the higher heel always seemed a little more rocky, and I was more likely to stumble, these however don't handle slick surfaces as well, although they are much better than athletic shoes, or most any other option.
They don't look that great, something akin to penguin feet, but as they're worn for comfort in a professional environment, I don't really care about that.
All in all though, a great shoe, that I'm extremely happy with. I also appreciate the removable insole, and the material of the shoe... if it gets too dirty, I take out the insole and run it through the sanitizer!

Not a pretty shoe, but a very comfortable one -
I have to be honest this is not the best looking shoe in the world. However, it is one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn. When I first looked at the shoe I contemplated sending it back. I had a choice between this shoe and the Crocs Professional. I choose the Birki because it looked sturdier. Not only was it sturdier but also a heck if a lot more comfortable than the Crocs. I'm very happy with the choice I made. I would definitely buy it again.

I am a nurse who works up to 12 hours a day. These shoes are great... they are comfy and easy to clean.
So happy with Zappos. My small shoe size was available and my shoes were delivered super fast.

So the hubs got me the white valentine Dorian's for our 3rd anniversary, which is the leather one, so he said. I was so excited when I opened the box. I just loved them from the start and I love how they make a heart when I put the toes together, that made them even more special. As for comfort some people said it would take awhile to get used to them but I’ve been comfortable since the first time I put them on. Excellent on support if you’re a bit flat footed like me. I could not be happier with them.

The Super-Birki is the ultimate kitchen shoe. Anybody who works in a restaurant needs to have them. They are light-weight, slip resistant and as comfortable as any non-work shoe I've ever worn.
