Love this boot!! Very comfortable. Color is unusual in a good way: you won't see everyone else with the same thing. Not sure if they're waterproof, but would be great to have something other than the flat, ugly "wellies" everyone wears.

Not a bad boot -
If you are looking for a stylish boot, it fits the bill. The boot is a little longer than I am use to, but looks good alright. The sole seems kind of thin, so it wasn't the most comfortable.

Love this shoe! I have hard-to-fit feet and love heels, but alas, cannot wear them most of the time. This heel has an illusion that makes it look higher than it is. I did have to put an insert in it for proper arch support, but once I did it was great!

I finally found the almost perfect boots!
These are very close to being the perfect boot. So comfortable and easy to walk in. I had to take the back seam in because they were too wide on my skinny calves, but they fit perfectly now. Order a half size up or a full size up if you want to wear thick socks with these. My other Jump boots are the same way. If these were the same leather on the back as the front they would really be perfect. If these were all leather-no suede, no print-I would order 10 pairs. The printed "leather" feels cheap like it will wear out over time. I am still going to get another pair though, as my backup boots, overall a fabulous boot!

Cute but...
I bought these because I thought they were cute but they are not meant for feet. The zipper didn't even zip over my foot! The material feels very flimsy and looked bad after trying them on once. The way the heel was shaped made it seem impossible to walk!

I have a really hard time finding a tall boot that runs narrow in the calf. These are perfect! They fit like a glove! I love them!

Nice style, bad material -
Rugged handsome boot, but very poor material. I love the way the boot looks, but after wearing them for a while I noticed that the buckle keeps on opening up by itself. One of the straps starts to wear of just after a week of wearing. The leather feels cheap. Overall, I would not really recommend this boot.

Fits true to size. Innersoles have a nice cushion. The boots are not too warm. Comfortable all day long. Felt broke in the first time I wore them.

Winter staples - These are great boots and going to be my everyday shoes this winter. I love the color. It goes with everything and is more original than the standard black boot. Plus, the detail around the toe keeps it interesting even when my pants cover most of them. The wedge heel makes them comfortable too while still giving me some extra height.

Snow boot -
I bought these boots because I've been searching for a cute wedge that I can wear with my jeans to walk about town. These seemed to fit the bill. I got them & was so, so disappointed. In person, they are not as cute as in the picture here. To me, they look like old lady snow boots. Nothing fashionable about them at all. I did slip them on quickly and they were quite comfortable (I bought 1/2 size larger as many reviews suggested to do). I just think for the price, they're not worth it.

Definitely interesting, but for a wider calf -
This shoe looks nice, has a good wedge, but my leg looked weird from the side. The calf area is super wide. I have regular width calves. I still think this boot is great for a person with wider calves.

My total Zappos experience is nothing less than phenomenal. Ordering was a breeze, no hassle returns and exchanges, receiving the product earlier then expected, and the Keen brand is the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased for the price. Definitely without a doubt I would recommend both Zappos service and the Keen line to anyone as I'll be a return customer without question.

Cute & Comfy -
I was worried the shoe would be clunky and heavy, but it's anything but! Great soft shoe with a very pliable sole. Extremely comfortable right out of the box. A great "dress down" shoe for my longer jeans. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 and ordered a 7.5 in this. Worked great!

Just got them today - they look even better on than they do in the box. Comfortable right away and I haven't even broken them in yet. I'm an in between size - something like 8.75 so I went with a 9, which is perfect. My toes don't feel squashed. If you are an exact size though you may want to get half a size up. These shoes are very low top so if you have large heels you may not like them. I love them though. Gives me a height boost too, which is always a plus.

Great shoes!
I was looking for a casual shoe I can wear with jeans, but didn't want flat. This shoe is perfect. The buckles are elasticized, so it is really more like a slip on. Love 'em. I think I may order them in black, too.

Fashion sneaker - These shoes both look and feel great. As a med student I was looking for something comfortable that would also pass as a dress shoe (I bought them to wear in the hospitals on my 3rd year clinical rotations, which require a lot of standing and walking). A lot of students and doctors solve this problem by getting some type of fancy, overpriced clog, which I find to be completely ugly and clichéd. My only complaint with these shoes is that there was a small scuffed spot on the patent leather toe cap of one shoe right when I pulled them out of the box.

Love ‘em!
I really was sold after the words of others attesting to the comfort of these shoes. They are SO cute and in person, wow. I have a friend who is trying to find a way to get me to give her mine; not happening. I got the red ones and they are that perfect neutral red that goes with just about everything. Zappos as usual delivered next day and I couldn't be more thrilled! Love you, Zappos, and these shoes!

Rockin' purple boots -
I was drawn to these because they're unusual and I wanted to feel cheery all winter. I'm a dancer with a wide foot. I have a hard time getting a good fit on shoes and I'm super picky. I've had these boots a week and so far they're working for me. My downstairs neighbor wants JUMP to make these for men.

These boots are so comfortable!!! I am a paralegal and am constantly running up and down stairs all day long. I can wear these and not feel tired at the end of the day. They are nicely padded on the ball of the foot. They are so comfortable that I am checking out other styles by the same company.

I was worried that these boots would run small, but I got them in my normal size (7) and they fit fine. I have plenty of toe room. They are a petite cut boot around the leg and great for adding a little height (I'm 5'). You don't feel the incline at all - there's no discomfort for the added height. These boots are even more attractive in person and will go with just about anything. They are very flattering. I love them!
