Cute AND Comfortable -
Ordered a size 31 (EUR) for my 7-yr-old, which is supposedly equivalent to a size 13 (U.S.). It was a full size bigger - in length and width. I'm exchanging it and getting 1 full size smaller of the same pair. The shoes are perfect for my daughter, who is both active and fashion-conscious. The soles are made of rubber with raised "nodes" to provide traction and prevent slipping. The upper textiles are contrasting shades of iridescent and metallic gold - very chic. The footbed is a really soft and "cushiony" leather. It is as luxurious and rich as women's Italian shoes. I've bought too many cheap shoes that don't ever last and not-so-cheap shoes from high end department stores that hurt her little feet. I'm willing to pay more to get good quality, design, and comfort. I'm a firm believer that girls' and women's shoes should be both cute AND comfortable. I want to teach my daughter that fashion shouldn't cost her pain or discomfort.
