I just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU! I am extremely impressed with the manner in which you handled my first transaction. A little back ground...I have two little girls and the 'world comes to an end' if one gets something new and/or special, and the other one doesn't. Monday their grandparents bought my youngest girl a new pair of shoes that flash ('sparkle shoes' my oldest calls them), but they were unable to find the same flashing shoes in a larger size for my oldest girl. Needless to say, this situation was not acceptable with my oldest daughter (...cue a lot of screaming and fighting over a silly pair of shoes...). We searched everywhere to find similar shoes for my oldest daughter, to no avail. For some reason the universe is out to destroy my sanity and we could not find any 'sparkle shoes' for her. So I went online as a last resort, as I didn't want to have to wait 5-7 more days to receive the shoes. I found Zappos.com and was impressed by the selection of sizes and shoes available for kids, not to mention at a reasonable price. So I bought the shoes on Wednesday and was expecting to receive them no earlier than the following Monday, which, in my 2 year old daughter’s mind was sometime in the next millennium! To my surprise, I received an email stating my order was upgraded to a faster shipping method for FREE and was going to be processed and shipped later in the day on Wednesday. To my daughter’s delight I just received my tracking information and discovered that my order was shipped overnight to us and would be delivered by 3pm on Thursday. We will be receiving her new 'sparkle shoes' about 24 hours after I placed the order online. THANK YOU! You have, at the very least, made a little girl extremely happy and earned a customer for life. It’s amazing how much free shipping (even standard ground) can motivate someone to use your site, but to go ahead and upgrade to overnight shipping at no charge...Wow. It may sound strange that something so small could prompt me to write this letter, but it was a huge deal for me, my sanity, and a 2 year old little girl. THANK YOU!

I purchased these shoes from Zappos in a size 11 but eventually realized that a 10.5 would be better - so I returned them to Zappos without any trouble at all! Thanks again Zappos! You guys are great. I took the 10.5s with me to Glacier NP for a week’s vacation hiking around the park. Glacier is a hiker’s paradise-to say the least! Get there if you can! Well, the boots are pretty stiff but definitely gave my foot the needed support for the climbs up the trails. The only issue I had was that the heel portion of the boot was a little wide, making for some issues for my heel and I was a bit unhappy with that. Nothing major but I probably need to somehow address that. I used hiking socks and liners. Coming down the trails there was also some toe jamming but again not too bad. Even wearing the boot at home for a few days didn't really give me all the feedback like being on the trail. The boot was nice and stiff for me when I was hiking in the snow down from Granit Park Chalet. I still am in the hunt for the perfect hiking shoe-if there is one. Maybe someday I'll get lucky. A well made boot and with the correct boot dressing was waterproof for me.

I love these shoes, but had to do a few modifications because the heel was too wide, which probably has more to do with my feet than the shoe. The toe box also has plenty of room.

Okay, I am not a 20 something but when I saw these shoes, I just had to have them. They are comfortable and cool just to look at. My husband even commented on them - and that is saying a lot for a guy who couldn't care less about shoes!

LOVE these shoes, even though my feet are in agony -
I have the nude color pair and they are gorgeous. The only problem is that they are very narrow and pinch my toes on the sides pretty badly. Not the most comfortable shoes, but they are very cool looking, and so I will deal with the pain and hope that they stretch out a bit. I usually wear an 8, and ordered these in an 8, but these seem like a 7 or a 7.5 to me.

My daughter is in love with these boots. They are c-u-t-e and very comfortable! They look great with pants or skirts. As always Zappos customer service was the best!
OUTSTANDING, COMFORTABLE WALKING SHOES -
This is his third pair of these walking shoes by New Balance. He is hard to fit, with a very wide instep but narrow heel. He also prefers velcro fasteners rather than lace-up, and other walkers that he tried did not tighten enough to stay on the heel well. These are perfect in all aspects and superior in comfort and support.
Very Sexy -
I received this shoe in black and I love it. Unfortunately I had to return it because it wasn't functional. The shoe is stunning and very rock n roll.

I love these shoes...I get compliments on them all the time! They are super comfy, and very stylish and cute! I would recommend them to anyone! They are like dressed up, stylish sneakers--I wore them to Disneyworld...and they felt great the whole wknd I was there.
Children's Capezio Tap Shoes -
These shoes are exactly what they should be...well designed and pretty cute. My only negative, and it's a small one, is that the leather is a little bit inexpensive looking. However, good value for the money and customer service could not have been more pleasant, accommodating or professional. It was a great experience.
