These are very cute shoes! There are two things I am not real happy with though. The first thing is that the shoe laces aren\'t long enough to lace all the way to the top and the second thing is when I try to fold down the high top to change the look, it doesn\'t stay down and the flap unfolds. Maybe I am doing something wrong with that, but I hope I can eventually get both looks to work for this shoe because they are very cute!

Baby Phat Toddler Boots -
These boots are very cute but the quality is not great. The very first time I put them on my daughter, the zipper ornament fell off. They are difficult to get on and don't seem to be very well made. For the price I would expect better quality. I'll be surprised if they hold up through the winter. Also, they're not true to size. My daughter is a 7 & I had to send back the 7s & get 8s, which just barely fit. As always, though, it's a great experience to shop with Zappos.

We just recently adopted two children after our own children had moved out. Having older children they will not let us dress them any old kind of way. When I found Zappos I was so happy. I could shop on line and still keep our child in the best foot wear. We ordered the Baby Phat muse and they fit true to size I love the way they look for our little girl. We just ordered for our son. 5 stars for Zappos and 5 stars for Baby Phat.

When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
