Nike was founded by University of Oregon track athlete Phil Knight and his coach Bill Bowerman in Beaverton, Oregon. The company's first shoe was based on Bowerman's waffle outsole that was made with a waffle iron. The first collection launched in 1971 featuring the "Swoosh" and the name Nike, derived from the Greek goddess of victory. Good for elite athletes -
People have said this shoe is uncomfortable that maybe so to a certain extent. It take the Nike free concept and that makes your feet stronger which maybe painful for some people who have never trained their feet prior...I had the frees prior and these shoe are very comfortable. - There for agility's and athletic training- this is not a running shoe in the pure sense.. Basically do not buy the shoe unless you actually train at the collegiate/pro level. This shoe is super responsive to cuts and accelerations drills but if you don't already have those down very well this shoe might not work out for you.

Great slim-looking shoe. I got these as practice shoes for dancing. Initially the shoe felt a little stiff, but after about a week, it was broken in and has been feeling very comfortable ever since.

This shoe is even more awesome in person. The colors are so vibrant. I get a lot of compliments on this shoe. I have trouble with aching feet and tried on lots of shoes, this one felt great when I put it on. It has a lot of cushion in the ball and heel.

I wish I hadn't bought these. Within a day of wearing I needed to buy new insoles to raise my foot up because the heel rises to high and was rubbing against my Achilles tendon. Within three weeks the elastic strap was stretched out and the velcro itself was not sticking. And now, only a month and a half after I bought them, they're developing holes and tears along the seams of the (apparently fragile) fabric, where it meets the sole. Now I need to go buy some cute AND sturdy Keds for half the price I paid for these, like I should have just done initially. :(

Overall the shoe is great but, the toes are to pointy which they did not appear to be in the picture. Besides that ordering from Zappos is the only way to get shoes. The prices are unbeatable and they upgraded my shipping and I received my shoes the very next day I ordered them. I will order again from Zappos.

I play intramural soccer at my college and needing a decent, but cheap pair of cleats. These boots fit true to size and are very comfortable. I got them in black and I think they're really cute, too. The cleats are great for semi- muddy, uneven grass. Overall, great deal for your money.

I love my new Nike Shox Electro. They have been comfortable from the first moment I put them on. I wear them to the gym. I love that they are lightweight. Really cute little shoe. Also Zappos had them at my door the day after I ordered them, gotta love that!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS SHOE!!!
This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. It is a great walking to running shoe! I mostly use the "auto programs" feature on my treadmill. Which means it will vary between speeds and inclines automatically. I'll be walking for a time, then it will switch to a run for a time, and continue to vary the program throughout. So, I wasn't sure of the right type of shoe for my needs. (ie...walking shoe, running shoe or a walk/run combo) I called the customer support folks at Zappos and they were very helpful. Plus, this site also has great guides to help someone figure out their gait, foot arch type, etc! Kudos!

Just what I expected...
Shoes looks great -- can wear them working out or with jeans. Fits perfectly now, but for the first week of working out in them, they were a little tight around the sides of the upper foot...probably just needed to break them in a bit. Love them!

Size up!
I have wide feet and I am usually a size 8 if the shoe is wide, 8.5 if it is a medium/wide. I ordered this in a 9 based on the reviews and I am glad I did! Based on my shoe experience, if you are a medium width, then size up a half size. If you are a wide and have wide toes, go up a whole size.

Really cute and comfy -
I bought these for the specific reason that they did not have that much support. The Nike free line is created for that reason and any reviewer that criticizes Nike for making less supportive shoes should have read about that before they bought them. I do really like these shoes. The only problem I have with them is they rub on the bottom of my ankles when I walk. Otherwise they are very comfortable.

The only problem that I have with this shoe is it runs SSSOOO big! I normally wear a 10.5 in tennis shoes and even the 10 is a little too big, but for comfort, it's awesome!

I loved the Dart V, and the VI seems to be as impressive!
The shoe feels very, very light. It has similar feel to the Dart V, but perhaps slightly more room towards the ball of my foot, and in the front it doesn't seem to be as pointed. This is exactly what I was looking for in an improvement, way to go Nike! I will be looking for new colors in this shoe!

Attractive shoe, quite comfortable for high impact exercise -
I have been looking for a shoe to use while doing high impact aerobics/cross-training indoors on a hardwood floor, and based on the other reviews on Zappos, I decide to try this one. I am very happy with the weight (light) and look of the shoe. Also the tread is great for pivoting maneuvers - my ankles don't twist or ache while doing kicks and side jumps. Major plus! I do have to tweak the tightness of the laces depending upon the main exercise I will do each day (sometimes my heel slips out while doing lunges), but that is a minor complaint and easily remedied. I highly recommend this shoe.

Fun/sporty -
This is a nice, small good looking watch for every day wear. It does not have an alarm as another website claimed. Also, the strap hangs loose when it slips out of the loop, but otherwise, I really like it. I have black/bronze and it is versatile with clothing.
