What a cute bag! The leather is soft like a pillow. Hobos tend to be a little too big for my liking (even though that is the style nowadays). This size is just right! The frills give it such a feminine look! I got the white in this style for the summer. I like the way it drapes under my arm when I wear it. I get lots of compliments!

I'm not a flashy bag kinda girl, but the kisses,the lace, the patent leather strap, and the gold trim were all just too much to pass up. The purse is adorable in every way, and I cant go anywhere with it without getting compliments. From old people, to my middle school students, everyone loves it. I wear it was gold slip-ons, white sandals, and even some silver Juicy Couture sneakers and everything looks great with the bag. This bag can be dressed up or down, and it, I believe, is worth the price. It feels like a one-of-a-kind bag, even though it isn't, and it will last me forever, I know.

This wallet was definitely not worth the price! Just after a couple of months, the leather became black and was coming off at the creases as well. Also, the credit card slot seams began to tear. Looks pretty but not for every day use. Poor wear and tear.

I love my bag. I bought it in black several months ago and I get compliments all the time. It is clean, durable and roomy and you can easily carry a laptop in it. It fits over my shoulder perfectly- it was a little stiff when I first got it but the leather is so soft and supple and the act of carrying it around with weight in it has shaped it beautifully.

I ordered this bag is black, but unfortunately I had to return this bag. Not only was the leather already fading in some spots, but the handles aren't even long enough to keep on your forearm, making it very uncomfortable. Bag is very spacious otherwise, and as always Zappos offered excellent service with free overnight delivery!!

I agree! Sooooo cute I can barely stand it! Giving this to my sister for Christmas and stuffing it with makeup, brushes and lotions. I think it would be the perfect travel bag to put in your bigger bag. Thinking of getting one for my sister in law now. The other reviewer is dead on, it's way better looking in person! Love the attached lipstick holder too, super cute. This bag is well worth the money. ZAPPOS rocks!

I love all of Betsey Johnson's Betseyville bags and I am in love with this one soooooo much! It's a very BIG bag. You can cram a lot of stuff inside of this bag (laptop, books, etc.) It's very well-made and I would recommend this bag to anyone who is looking for an attention grabbing large bag.

For the girl who has everything!
Now you can put it ALL in your purse! I am a lover of big handbags, and this one takes the cake. Despite the shape of this purse, you don't have to compromise the size as with most other barrel bags. I have the light purple one and I absolutely adore the color. It's such a fun purse to lighten things up, or add some color to an outfit. This bag is extremely roomy (which I love), but because of its SIZE combined with the barrel-bag shape, it can sometimes pose the threat of being awkward to hold or carry. It does take lots of adjustments if you choose to wear it on the shoulder, however, this does not stop me from using this purse. I receive compliments GALORE every time I go out with it!

I got this bag for my birthday in May and the metallic silver started coming off the handle in July and I ended up ripping it off completely. My straps also started to unravel. I really love this bag but I am upset that I haven't had it for that long and it is already falling to pieces.

Cute - yes, quality? - Lacks.
I love Betsey and I love this bag...it is super cute and has just the right amount of pockets...HOWEVER, I am not stoked that the lining in the front zipper compartment (not the main, but front) completely unraveled within the first few weeks of using it. My cell and keys were easy to find until they disappeared into the abyss that the ripped lining created. I might send it back because of it.

DO NOT BUY THIS OR THE MATCHING PURSE!
This design IS awesome, but the quality is not! I first bought the hobo purse… super awesome, but those stud/marble things BROKE after the FIRST WEEK of having the purse. Now, I've bought the checkbook and guess what… SAME THING! SOOO DISAPPOINTING... but a word to the wise, I’m a HUGE Betsey fan, but have been finding her items to be quite cheap and not worth the amount of $$$...

Betsey Bags are FUN!
I bought this bag in the dusty pink and black animal print. The contrast between the canvas animal print, the patent leather trim, and the gold studs and buckles makes it a funky and fun bag. Sooo comfy on the shoulder, molds to your body, doesn't slip off. Definitely a great bag for casual use and weekends!

So unpleased...
I am the biggest Betsey fan, though this wallet was not pleasing. The polka dots are cool and the inside is adorable. Problem...the material looks really cheap/faded and stretched. The leather is not stiff enough and is wobbly and looks unkempt. I'm going to return it. :(
