This bag looks incredible in the photo, but just isn't practical in real life. The leather is so thick and heavy, it's very bulky and awkward to carry, and it's incredibly uncomfortable if you try to carry it over the shoulder because of the way it bunches around the strap and digs into your shoulder. It's also very difficult to get to anything you need inside because it's so deep & the 2 side snaps are awkward. I tried this out as a purse as well as a business tote, and just couldn't get it to work either way. The overall style concept is a good one - just wish MK made this one half the size with much thinner & lighter/more supple leather, as well as slightly longer and more comfortable straps. This bag just doesn't work as is & was a big disappointment.

I got this bag for a steal, as I had several gift certificates from my Zappo's Visa (get one) and it was on sale, too. Typical for Michael Kors bag, it is well made, beautiful leather, nice brass details (I got it in mushroom) and my favorite part of all of Kors' bags, it has a key clip! It has several outside zippered compartments, too, which is where I normally put my keys when the bag doesn't have a key clip. Lining is beautiful and well made (logo), and it has nice handy compartments inside, too. My favorite bags are Michael Kors, as I'm never disappointed. Zappos overnight shipping makes it even better. I ordered this at 4 p.m. CDT and got it at 10:30 a.m. the next day. It was all I could do not to open the box before I got home. Beautifully packed by Zappos as well.

Terrific bag!
Just carried this bag on a long trip throughout Europe and it was extremely versatile and stylish. The size is perfect -- you can really load it up with papers, purchases and a camera, or pare things down with just essentials without it collapsing. The strap extends to a nice cross body length, or you can readjust it to a shorter length for a more conservative purse-like look. The nylon is sturdy, and looks good (not cheesy, like some of them do), and the patent and buckle accents lend just enough polish to make it quite pretty. Terrific pockets, too, lots of them, and great sizes.

Love, love, love this bag -
It is the perfect size, perfect fit, perfect color. In short, it is everything a bag ought to be. I get compliments just about every time I am out and about. People have also told me that they see ads for this purse in magazines such as Vogue. I also highly recommend Zappos for all of your future online shopping - the customer service is superb and competing sites are still VERY behind in offering the Zappos-quality of service. A winner! Commodious handbag made entirely of a thick, sturdy, top quality leather...matte finish, holds it's shape, stands firm & upright, not too slouchy. Lots of inside pockets for e-z access to iPod, cell, etc, plus a decent size interior wall zippered pocket (I'll keep my keys & anything valuable here). NOTE ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS ARE: 16W, 5D, 13.5H (inches). While it holds a TON of stuff, it actually snugs up nicely to the side of your body, making it very convenient & comfy to carry. Color called Luggage is a British Tan, what we'd term stateside as light brown. It's definitely darker than tan. It matches my Chestnut (light brown) Uggs perfectly. The leather may soften up over time, but it's not at all as slouchy as it appears in the photo- this is a plus for me, as I prefer a stiffer leather so I can find things in it- vs. a leather bag that flops all over the place making it impossible to find anything! Mine ('Luggage')has some dark marks on the front of the bag, I might return it for a duplicate...but I'm guessing this is just due to natural variations in a natural leather product. Check out the Lucky Medium Slouch bag for a near-replica, minus the metal studs & minus the numerous inside pockets...also the Lucky bag appears a darker shade (solid medium brown). Also I'm a little iffy about the silver tone metal studs on this Kors bag... If you like tons of carrying capacity, metal studs & the light brown color, this is a true designer quality, classic, 4-eva keeper handbag!

The picture does it NO justice at all!!! It also comes in "luggage" camel and choc. brown. I am desperately trying to get my hands on a chocolate one, so ZAPPOS do your the best… help a sister out!!!

 |  | Today I had the great opportunity to talk with Betty about a return in process. As always, Zappos customer service is THE BEST! Betty checked on my return, verified it was in the warehouse and issued the process to start the credit return. She also told me that since I had been with Zappos for awhile that she was upgrading me to a VIP Zappos customer and gave me the link to the new site. I am sooo excited and can't wait to take a look at it. What a wonderful thing to do for loyal customers...and the fact that returns will be sent quicker and processed quicker is awesome. I have been watching this latest return for over a week and worried it hadn't made it to the warehouse...so this is fantastic!
Thank you customer service...you were gracious, considerate, patient and such a great, happy attitude that was felt right through the phone. It is so wonderful to talk to someone that obviously loves what they are doing...it certainly has made my day!
