Cute and pretty comfy -
I have these in both white/chili and black/chocolate. The black/choc is cute but a little boyish. The white/chili is adorable. I normally wear a women's size 8, but after trying a few sizes I found the best in a men's 6.5 (6 works ok too, just a little snug). I even have wide feet, so I’d say they run pretty big. My only complaint is that there isn't enough height in the heel (maybe b/c they're made for a boy). Adding a heel support was necessary for me and does help. But in an ideal world the shoe would already be made with more heel height. Otherwise, they're comfy and really vintage cute.

Best boy shoes out!
I love Adidas and just bought these shoes for my son, and they're the cutest shoes for little boys you can find right now. They're the 6th Superstars I've got him and my favorite. I've gotten him every brand of shoes and Adidas I think is the best, they're are very well made, offer the best support for walkers, and are stylish since they don’t look like "baby" shoes. These new ones are perfect for summer, being white, and the stars are not girly. I was worried they might look like girl shoes, but the way they designed it looks good and not silly. My husband actually asked if they had them in his size.

Best shoes in the history of the game -
Ask yourself why Adidas has kept this shoe available for ~25 years. Excellent fit, great touch on the inseam and toe. A little barane or mink oil on them before your match and your good to go. Real futball players only wear black boots and the laces are where they belong... in the middle of the shoe.

Great Shoe!
The shoe looks great. Very cool, nice simple design. The shoe is really comfortable once I get it situated. There seems to be an issue with the tongue down low inside the left shoe which rubs my foot wrong. I usually have to reach in there and try to adjust it so it is comfortable every time I put it on. But once I do that, it's good. Could just be a small defect within that shoe.

While shopping for this shoe, I found the Samba and Gazelle were both too narrow, even if I went up a half size to an 8.5. Adidas must have used a different last on this shoe as the 8 fit me perfectly where the Samba and Gazelle would’ve crippled me after an hour. The leather is top quality, almost like glove leather and soft right out of the box. Once again Zappos made the exchange painless and speedy. Now, on a new note, if you can still find them, the Adidas Spezial is still the softest shoe in the world. It still is the best indoor soccer shoe ever made in my opinion. It still has a gum rubber sole and is cut wider than the Samba. This shoe is a low profile shoe, like a sprinting flat. It is good for those with a wider toe box who can’t suffer through Sambas or Gazelles.

Bounced back.
These shoes fit well. They looked and felt a little narrow initially, but they conformed to my feet with just two days of break-in. The cushion is very comfortable. Soft enough to not hurt your feet but firm enough to keep you going.
I do a lot of walking, so I felt the cushioning effect right off. They are also very light and the mess on the sides let my feet breath.
This is my second pair of Microbounce adidas. I'd tried other adidas running shoes and they never really fit well. So I used to always buy New Balance, Nike, or Saucony. I think adidas now has a loyal customer.

First - incredible shipping! Ordered at 5pm Tues and they were out for delivery at 7am Weds. Wow. Second - I got these as "budget-friendly" tennis shoes. Hitting around in my running shoes was not working out too well, so I needed something effective, but not high end (not really playing hard). The shoes are not all that exciting looking - lots of leather and dry looks. They look long... longer than my usual 10.5s, even for Adidas. A bit roomie in the toe box, however, I know that can be handy at the same time. After playing a bit yesterday, I did not stumble at all, so the size was a good fit - but I'd probably get a 10 next time. Performance wise - fantastic! Pretty light and great traction. Great shoe for the money (unless you want to look really cool).

Loud and not feminine -
I love loud colors. I actually never wear black, but these shoes are really BRIGHT. That aside, they look 'manly' like they are more made for guys. It's something about the shape I think, the size (too big) I can’t tell, but I am returning them.
Very comfortable otherwise.

I've been wearing these shoes for about 15 years and I have to replace them every 3 to 4. They are a classic and still are the most comfortable slip-ons out there. I wear them around the house, out to run errands, etc. Love them!

What's the old saying? "Everything old is new again." Leisure suits? No. Stan Smith's? Definitely. I wear mine with khakis and a button down on casual Thursday (I don't work Fridays). These seem well made and as always, Zappos cannot be beat when it comes to service. They're the best on the net.

I buy 2-3 pairs a year, usually Nike, FootJoy, or Adidas. These are the best shoes I have ever had. In the past I had problems with the tongue of the shoe, but Adidas has fixed this problem. If you care to spend a little more, do it!

Finally a good looking shoe with an all black sole -
These shoes are excellent for warm weather and for people like me whose feet perspire a lot. Adidas are normally too narrow for me, but these were spot on. The only draw back is that I have to loosen the shoe strings from time to time.

Favorite shoe of all time!
I only use these for general walking, but I need something to keep my foot from rolling out since I tend to get tendonitis. I picked these because of the ventilation and the lateral support and I hope that they never go off the market. I have never had a more comfortable walking shoe. The tread is perfect and I love the added comfort of the venting even though I don't use them for trail running. I have used and abused these shoes and they have lasted better than any other walking shoe I have used.

Cute shoe for spring -
These shoes are super cute and very comfortable once broken in. It definitely took a couple days for the leather to soften up and stretch (my pinky toes were a little squished at first) but now they are wonderful. They look great with jeans and are very comfy. Of course, Zappos rocked - ordered them Wednesday night and they were here Thursday morning :-) Can't beat that!

I bought these to wear for work as I am on my feet for 12 hours/day, and I absolutely love them. I'm not sure they'd be my pick for trail running as they don't have much shock absorption as you strike the ground...but as an every day shoe, they are great!

Bummer of a shoe!!
I can't stand this shoe. It IS super cute!! I cycle all the time and thought these would be great for wearing before and after.
But...when I walk in them the sandal spins on my foot and I end up walking on the edge and looking quite pigeon-toed. Can't wear them, can't give them away!!

So I've just come from an intensive running and swimming program, much of the work simultaneously. This shoe lasted throughout and even beyond my expectations. I have an arch problem and with my orthotics my feet felt like they were in heaven. This shoe dries really fast --> welcome in moist environments. Great sturdiness, do not need to worry about rocks or sticks when running through the woods. My favorite and I'm buying it again! But if running on a treadmill it’s alright. Recommended for the adventurous.

This shoe is ok overall. I like the colors but they are a little weird looking. They are good for running but I wore them for about two weeks and my knee started hurting and I stopped wearing them and knee stopped hurting I think they have bad arch support :( its too bad because I really did like them but can’t wear them anymore :(

I purchased the Boreal TR as an everyday shoe and I have been happy with them since received. They are light weight and breathable, yet feel durable enough to use for day hikes. A very solid shoe that doesn't break the bank. Great for hiking in the foothills of Northern California.

I got these shoes a few months ago, and don't intend to get rid of them any time soon. I got them in a sand color, and months after I got them, I am still getting compliments.
When I got them they may have been too big, but there is so much padding in the tongue and heel, that the fit perfectly. The padding in this shoe is like no other. You would have to see it to believe it. I would easily say that the Comptown ST is one of the best looking and most comfortable shoes that Adidas makes.

Flimsy!! Not a high quality shoe.
This shoe felt great at first but after a few trips to the range and 1 round of golf blisters and arch pain. I even used my custom orthotics. I'm used to being on my feet as I am a marathon runner but these shoes are just not on par with high quality running or golf shoes.

Great looking top -
Bought this for yoga so I'd have something that stayed put when I did shoulder stands. I love the color and it covers the straps on my athletic bra perfectly. It's very fitted so keep that in mind if you don't like form fitting tops.

I've had adidas sneakers that were great, so I'm just going to assume that these were just not a match for my feet. But something seemed funky when I put them on - something about the inside was off...the lining seemed REALLY cheap and flimsy. I can't believe it bc Adidas is usually better than that! I was able to pull it right out. Also, even with Dr. Scholl’s inserts the sneakers hurt the insides of my feet. And I don't have wide feet. I tried to wear them anyway, but it didn't work out. I most certainly could not have run in them.

Very cool, worth a little stink -
I was a little nervous about ordering this shoe, due to the stink factor others have mentioned. It really does have a fishy smell to it when you first get it. In my case, the smell has faded pretty quickly. I have asked friends if they could smell the shoes and no one has. The look of the shoe is fantastic; you can't get more classic sneaks. In terms of fit, I found the recommended conversion from men's to women's size was fine.

I’m so glad adidas is making these shoes again (Gazelle and Gazelle 2) they are without a doubt the best shoe I have ever owned...it really bugged me that for awhile you could only find them in boring blue or black. Solid Basketball Shoe -
This is a functional, comfortable and affordable basketball shoe that can withstand a high level of play. I personally like the original Pro Model 2g better than this newer model, based on comfort and look. I do believe though, that this is a more supportive and higher performance shoe. I would highly recommend this shoe to the basketball player of any skill level.

I bought these shoes looking for a Samba alternative with a short tongue. I thought they would be very similar to Sambas but I was wrong. This shoe feels a lot roomier inside than the Samba. The length was ok but my feet were floating around in them. I decided to return mine. On the bright side, Zappos was quick to deliver and made it easy to return.

I purchased two pairs for my two granddaughters who are playing lacrosse. While this is a different sport from softball and may include playing on a damp field, they have performed well. The leather makes them more comfortable than a synthetic shoe and they are light and easy to move in. They are a very handsome sport shoe.

Awesome right out of the box. Extraordinarily ugly and feel like my best pair of bedroom slippers ever. Crepe is weak as you'd expect at the gum-seams, sewing won't last on the leather either, but I would DEFINITELY buy again because they skate like butter.

I love the look of this shoe, but after a few hours of wearing them the top of the toe area started to crease. I wear a 9.5 in most Adidas but these felt too big, that may have contributed to the crease. I'm going to keep them and use an old shoe tongue to puff out the top.

great running shoe -
I am now buying my third pair of these shoes. great running shoes for me. I put about 15+ miles a week on them and they still have great support and cushioning. The material on the shoe it self is starting to fall apart, but after a year, I am not complaining:) I am 6'3" 215# and it is hard to find running shoes which give me good cushioning but these do it remarkably well.

I love these shoes! The colors are great and they are extremely comfortable. You will definitely be one of the coolest people around wearing these.

These fit great -
Let me say these are very comfortable, fit is great, very soft inside, style is sweet (I got the black with white stripes). The toe does look a little plastic like but not enough to matter.

Love these Shoes!
These shoes are so comfortable and so stable - I cannot feel my ankles/feet pronate at all when I run. They are also a tad narrow (which is good) and cute without being obnoxious. Thinking of buying a second pair, just in case!

Black and Silver Midiru -
Add a little flash to your athletic shoe wardrobe. The black and silver Midiru combines classic, soft black leather with silver stripes for comfort with a touch of bling. They fit like gloves with decent arch support and a flat sole. With very thin socks my toes slid into the sides too much, but with a slightly thicker sock they feel great! My foot runs narrow, and they fit well without having the laces tightened all the way! Great shoes!

Highly cushioned against those cruel sidewalks -
Great running shoe. Feels a 1/2 size large, but with thick running socks there is no problem. I love how Adidas gives you a replacement set of cushioned insoles.

This is a good running shoe. The shoe is very lightweight, but provides substantial cushioning. It would be great as a trainer and racing flat. The fit is right on and as always, Zappos’ delivery was super fast!

Ok I am in Iraq and I thought these shoes were going to be hot trying to run outside in. It is about 120 during the days and my feet are just as cool as with my ClimaCools. Only thing is that these are a little bit heaver than I thought.

Great Shoe -
Like the other review, this shoe felt larger than marked. I have another pair of Goodyear Race shoes that laced up and I compared soles, the CMFs were about half an inch longer. It took a little while to get used to walking with them (I developed cramps the first day), but later this shoe felt great.

Couldn’t even get them on -
Years ago, I had shoes that looked like these, and I was anticipating having them again. But they were so narrow that I couldn't get them on my left foot, and the right one felt encased in iron. I returned them.

Felt great -
I tried on these shoes (in my house, still need to test them in the gym) and they felt GREAT! They have unusually good arch support for Adidas and I really like them so far. They are cushy and seem to also have good support for the ball of your foot- which is important for high impact aerobics.
