I would like to just tell you how WONDERFUL I think your company is!! I can't believe the service and the amazing quality of your items!! I have been talking non-stop about my experience with you! I placed my order at about 6:30pm est. Thursday night and had my order in hand Friday at about 5:30pm. AND OVERNIGHT WAS FREE!!! That is the best when I mention that part of the story to friends and family. I even posted the story on our local mom blog because all of the women on that site share information with each other and when we find great sites like yours we tell everyone!! There was no surprise when 8 people wrote back right away about their happiness with your site. Then so many comments about people that couldn't wait to check it out!! So in closing...You are doing a FANTASTIC job with customer service, product quality, product price,return policy and of course your VIP program!! In a world where so many companies hear the negative, I could not pass up the opportunity to add the positive!! You will have a permanent shopper in me!!
