 | Dear Zappos, I was pleasantly surprised to discover both of my orders awaiting me upon my arrival home this afternoon. Both orders were placed on March 20, 2008 @ approximately 7:00pm PDT & I received them March 21, 2008 sometime prior to 2:30pm PDT. Both orders were placed on March 20, 2008 @ approximately 7:00pm PDT & I received them March 21, 2008 sometime prior to 2:30pm PDT. Amazing customer service!!! Furthermore, I was concerned that some of the shoes I ordered might not be available as the Shopping Cart stated that only (1) or (3) pairs were left. Needless to say, I received all (5) pairs of shoes in perfect condition. Once again, amazing customer service!!! Thank you, Michael H.
