 |  | I just wanted to say how awesome I think your company (and associates) are - and have ALWAYS been. I have been trying to find shoes (sandals) to fit my short, wide feet (although I am a petite person) for over 3 summers. Even though I have not yet been successful finding a pair with Zappos (or any other company), I still love looking at all your shoes and the fact that I can order them and return them with no hassle and no charge is just FANTASTIC (because I never know if any of the shoes will work for me unless I try them on). You all have a great day, and I look forward to getting my replacement shoes and hope they fit!! :) Thank you for everything!!!

PS: My ONLY suggestion would be for Zappos to keep stocking size 6 wide and extra wide in FEMININE, nice-looking, comfortable shoes! Especially the sandals! I would like to be able to wear what everybody else does too! :) Although you have a pretty good selection, I hope to see you have the LARGEST of any company in the country!
